Hats off to the staff that work here. It’s a fast paced environment but they do a great job accommodating everyone. Tracy is amazing and I was glad to come back here once again!

Every time I've been here I've had my blood drawn by a woman who's name I don't recall - hair combed back with glasses, darker skin. Anyway she's absolutely amazing. I have deep veins but she manages to get them every time first try. Most people have a few failed attempts (and a bunch of bruising for me) but not with her. And super friendly/personable. Truly an asset to the company.

2023 edit: Tracey still works here and she's an absolute gem to the company and the industry. Extremely friendly and does an amazing job!

I don’t usually give negative reviews but want to warn folks about this place. One of the worst bloodwork experiences I’ve ever had. First nurse pricked me twice before calling for backup. After another two attempts, she gave me a hot pack to draw out the veins and asked if I was okay to wait 5 minutes before trying again. They both forgot (!) about me and I was sitting for another 30 minutes before they came back and finally found a vein. I think the worst part was that they blamed me for not yelling to remind them that I exist when they’d forgotten me.

First and definitely last visit. I’ve always had good luck and quick, painless draws at the Eglinton/Bathurst location and will go back there.

Also, parking is hella expensive. If you’re able, just park at the McDonald’s across the street and walk.

Terrible experience. Took 2 nurses over 3 hours to take my blood. Never had such an experience. 2 unprofessional, uncaring individuals.

Quick service, friendly staff. Love their reception monitor which informs clients of their expected wait time.

It's more efficient if you either book an appointment online or use their Save my spot app so you can sign in on your way there. Otherwise you could be in for a long wait.

Very quick and professional. Tracey was amazing! I hate getting blood drawn, but Tracey made it quick and painless and kept me distracted so I didn’t even notice it happening.
They are understaffed though; having someone full time at reception would help this location out for sure.

Honestly baffled at the reviews - I had a great experience here. Had an appointment for 10: 15 was seen at 10: 10 right when I got there and checked in. Loretta is the lady who took my blood and she was so friendly. I almost fainted after taking my blood and her and another nurse (who I did not catch the name of) were so caring and didn't rush me. The clinic was clean, bathroom was clean.

Knocking a point off because the website is terrible and was a pain to book an appointment. Parking here is also a joke, overpriced as hell. I live close enough to walk, but I have parked at the McDonald's and walked over in the past.

Difficult to understand how this ladies been at the same chair for years and the same years I se them been rude nasty rude no manners no education the act like they owe life labs should someone tell them this service is not free please is NOT FREE

If I could give this 0 stars, I would, extremely rude lady at the front desk, not even sure if the medical lab technician lady knows how to properly draw blood, someone should do an inspection at this lab and see if they even get proper results, someone get health Canada there right now because that place is a NO NO

Everything I go to this location the reception at the front the dark skin elderly lady with the low cut blonde hair is so very rude, maybe she should consider retirement she is far from polite or mannered. Lifelabs please consider who works for your company the front desk is the deal breaker they are the first to greet patients and with that attitude from the front desk your ratings will forever be badly reviewed She's rude!

Your website needs a tremendous amount of work to become 1.functional, and 2.user friendly.
It's designed so bad that it's impossible to book an appointment. I'll look elsewhere.

They don’t work well with. Had been trying to call this lab for a week now and had no luck at all! Pretty disappointing…

This was my first time here and my last time I would never enter this hell hole ever again. (Hey LifeLabs please hire people that have an education and who know how to properly talk to people) this place is a hole, and the employees that work there are losers and have no personality or they think they are above when they are beneath. The only thing this place is good for is to take a pee or have a Sh#t on the floor and leave.

Was told that they don’t take walk ins and to book online there are no spots available for the next 3days but if you do a phone call there are spots for after 1pm. They don’t book you in at the laboratory tho.

So disappointing this location, everyone please be advised, one hour parking is only free for those getting a pharmacy prescription filled. So that “Free 1hour parking” advertised is not only deceitfully displayed, a huge parking lot of such capacity wants money around covid time as well!

The folxs at this LifeLab need to be a bit more private when collaborating with their colleagues and asking clients regarding client files/ information. Please be more mindful of the fact that you’re dealing with sensitive and personal information which is protected by HIPPA Guidelines. Talking out loud about other clients blood work, address, medical condition is an ABSOLUTE NO NO! Do better LIFELABS!

I went in today for testing. Everyone had a friendly demeanor. Nicolette drew my blood today. She is awesome, I didn’t even feel it. I have had chemotherapy and radiation so, I have had my blood drawn numerous times, too many times to count, by far she is the best I have encountered. Thank you Nicolette for the good experience.

Customer service was very poor and unprofessional. Went there for blood work due to pregnancy, the worst experience.

Long waits.they should offer free wifi to pass the time. Have to pay for parking.sometimes the lab technician are rude. I only go here because it’s close to my home.
