Just walked in at 7AM on Saturday. I was well taken care of. Only waited under 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This place is busy but for good reason. They take care and are very quick; when you make an appointment. If you don’t; expect to wait upwards to 2 hrs. The lady who drew my blood was polite, gentle and didn’t even leave a mark and it was generally painless. Highly recommend for all your blood draw/urine sample needs. Just make an appointment!

I had my appointment for 2: 50 PM, and they took me at 3: 05 PM, and the client service was fantastic.
They truly improved; recommend them 100%!

I tend to get very nervous (sometimes even faint) when it comes to needles but the nurses and staff at LifeLabs made me feel extremely comfortable! They’re friendly and helpful and to top it off, I was in and out even before my scheduled appointment time. Highly recommend this LifeLabs location.

Paid out of pocket for two stool tests. First one they report that the results could not be processed second one I paid over $150 and results are still pending for over a week now.
My doctors appointment is today. They are very slow to process if they even do and are quick to take your money. I’d like a refund.

If I could I would give them zero stars. My husband went to his appointment with his requisition from a Doctor from Unisson and they refused to attend him with no reason. We have been treated pretty well in other locations but this one was the worst.

Worse experience ever

My appointment is 11: 50am, I got there at 11: 45, and I wait until 12: 50 to get my blood work done.
If I have the same waiting time with the walkins, what’s the point of making an appointment ahead?

It’s very unfortunate that they don’t share your results with you once they are up and can only be accessed by the doctor. The patient have the right to see his data. Very disappointing.

Worst service.
I had an appointment at 8: 10am but the call me at 9: 20, they attended people with appointments after me, and I had to tell them twice that I was first than the rest of the people that got after me.

Your drivers are an absolute menace on the road they frequently drive through and park in bike Lanes make turns with no signals and without looking it's almost like they're trying to keep y'all in business by injuring people

Waited too long just to take blood work.there was only 2 people when I walked in with my senior mother. But yet Waited over 45minutes. Not sure where the staff is they have 3girls that I see 2 just at the front no clue what the other one is doing. Obviously not servicing patients hence why the line gets longer.we were told that there was just one ahead of us.taking online bookings ahead of the walk ins.

My appt was at 4pm, and I was in right at 4pm. The staff was very friendly and gentle with their phlebotomy.

Very experience getting blood drawn. The nurse did a fantastic job no bruising or anything and was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process.

Had a good experience here. Booked online and was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff were all friendly and professional.

This is an amazing place to have whatever needs done done. Very skilled and caring folk. Made it easy to get bloodwork done which is important.

I went here recently for blood work to send to my doctor. The practitioner was not professional and was "fishing for a vein" in my arm by moving it within my arm multiple times. She was unsuccessful and called another professional in to finish the work. I do not recommend this location WHATSOEVER. Selection of staff is not taken seriously. Bathroom was dirty and had no soap.
