LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services

This isn't against anyone's at this location specifically but they state open tell 5pm but closed at 2 telling to go to another location that is will be open and available only for those locations to be closed at 2. Lifelabs is not consistent with their hours of operations.

Friendly staff; never personally had any problems going here, and I'm a "returning Customer": D: D

The staff is rude and they don’t have the basic knowledge for how to fix the paper issue of the printer. They are not accommodating to the advice given how to fix the printer. Next they printed the old requisition and when told it’s the old one they were rude that we have printed what you have sent us. After that they kept me waiting more until asked to be attended.
I reached the location at 11.40am (appointment for 12.10 pm) and the blood work got done at 12.40 pm)

After reading reviews, I was hesitant to visit this place for lab work, but I had quite the opposite experience. Staff were pleasant and enjoyable to talk to and they were fairly quick. They were a little delayed with my appointment time but that’s expected. The staff are doing the best they can! Overall great experience.
The only negative is the payed parking of $5 but there is signage to find free parking elsewherei f you wanted. I would still visit here again

The most rudest stuff please avoid coming here at all. I booked appointment and I still had to wait 20 minutes what is the point of having an appointment. I am talking to one person every other nurse has to jump into our conversation and make nasty comment. I feel attacked and uncomfortable. All the reviews are true please avoid coming here if you don’t want to be assaulted by the stuff

I came for blood test on Saturday morning. I waited for 1 hour after registration. When my turn came they said they are not doing the blood work I needed on Saturdays. They could tell me at registration. Wasted my time and have no regrets for that. Ridiculous services.

Shameless, We waited an hour in lineup, came to the front of the line, still had 10 people inside. Worst part, we waited at the door for 30+min to realize, only one employee drawing blood and paperwork. Atleast have courtesy to inform us that they are short on staff today. Took 2+ hours

I go early in the morning and I am in and out within 20 minutes. The staff are experienced and friendly.

Excellent staff friendly and courteous. Made an appointment online and came in 10 mins earlier as requested. Was seen on time and was out 10 mins after. Cant ask for anything more. Thank you.

Really bad service. Their system is really slow and they provide an email so that you can send your requisition form to them yet they were unable to use it and complained that their computer is slow and it doesn’t work. They really just didn’t care to help and seem unhappy working there honestly so it’s a direct reflection of the service they provide.

I am so disappointed. I booked an appointment almost 4 weeks ago for Easter Monday and I even got a reminder email two days before my appointment. I show up today and the building is closed. I called no answer. I finally got through to customer service and she tried calling then called the manager and no answer. I took a day off work to get my blood work done and it wasn't even open. I am so disappointed. The lady on the phone felt so bad but there was nothing she could do. This is why I don't go to Life labs. Always disappointed with their service. Why would you let me book an appointment if you knew it would be closed. They wasted my time.

Had a very good experience overall. The staff were very kind and friendly throughout the process. They also manage the walk-ins very well.

Worst place ever for blood test.very unprofessional staff. I am 30 weeks pregnant and they don't care if I stand in line for an hour.the staff is busy with talking to each other and talking to clients for more than half an hour.it doesn't look like a life Lab but more look like a party hall. Staff doesn't really care about you; for them you can actually go to hell they won't care about you. I will never ever come back here for my test and I will never recommend no one to come here and waste thier time.

Had a walk in appointment today. Was greeted by a lovely young Indian girl who was very polite and professional. The tech that took my blood, a black lady with black and red hair treated me very kindly and was able to collect blood on the 2nd try. It is not easy to find veins on me so she is very talented and skilled to get it.

Their online booking service is horrible! I made an appointment for 1.30 pm and arrived early only to be told they close at 1pm and that their online booking system does not work! Unbelievable! The lady there told me it was an issue that head office should deal with as it happens all the time. This is the second time I've had this problem with lifelabs. I drove half an hour for nothing. Also, their address is incorrect and they have not bothered to change it online. So good luck finding them.
