I was 10 minutes late and they were super understanding and both ladies were so kind and when they found out they didn't have enough change one of the ladies went running to the neighbor stores asking for change even when I told her it was okay. Quick and painless

Never disappoint me this Lab. The staff are friendly and so professional. They handle the tests quickly and I get the results on time.

They advertise walk-in blood work and then I was refused service because they only do appointment only. Waste of my time and they were very rude.

App said 5 minute wait but been here 45 minutes now lady at counter said to email requisition to email address and then walked away and totally ignored me WILL NOT USE THIS PLACE IN THE FUTURE

They are very patient Christina was great at finding my vein quick she was kind and professional

I've been a few times, and liked the place. The waiting room is small and the patients are moved through at an adequate pace. The staff is efficient and friendly enough for me. Those who had appointments seemed to be being taken on time.

I would have given 5 stars except I've lost a lot of weight and my sit bones are too close the the very hard seats in the waiting room chairs, so I squirm while I wait. I'm bringing my own cushion next time I go!

I can't understand all the bad reviews - they do not at all represent the Life Lab I know.

Great experience. I booked in the morning today for 4: 00, when I got there I was warmly welcomed and sat there only 2 minute and one of staff I think her name was Elizabeth did my blood work, I was out at 4: 15. Their center was super clean, I used washroom and it was shiny. I am happy I drove from Kanata to this place. I will come here again.

Let's start by saying that I had an appointment for 12pm, got there by 11: 55 waited in line for about 15 mins as there was no receptionist at the front desk, the other receptionists were busy having personal conversations with each other when everyone in the waiting room can hear them. Me and my husband wait for a few mins I get called, the lady tells me my husband cannot come into the room due to policy!? I was not happy about this. I get in the room she tells me Turn off my phone, to look straight and not look at the ultrasound, also turning the screen away from me. I was really sad! It actually bugged me, she said "your husband will come in after and you will both she". To put the icing on the cake she tells me I can't get a picture of my baby they don't have "A PRINTER" so I can take one with my phone okkkk!? Upset for that too but atleast I got one on my phone. NEVER GO HERE!

Worse service and usability that you could image. Avoid at all costs. This place acts like it is run be a friend of Trudeau. Complete incompetence.

Clean, well-lit space. Free parking available. I made an appointment online, when I arrived I was seated immediately. Mask use is thankfully mandatory, and all staff wore masks. Friendly staff and the woman taking my blood samples was very skilled, better than most of my previous experiences for sure. A+

Today afternoon, I popped into Lifelabs 3098 Carling Ave to take a couple of tests. I found the members of staff very efficient and friendly. Their smily faces brightened up the atmosphere of the place and put me into a good mood. All credits should go to their hard work. Thanks

The staff are rude, never greet you properly. Second time I had to come because they lost my forms the first time around. They walk away when your standing there to check in. Both times I've come staff have acted the same way and treated the patients like we were annoying for disturbing them.

Very rude staff. The lady who was in the computer got my blood sample and she’s angry. Very painful when she got my blood sample and turns out a big hematoma after a day. I went to this location because it’s fully booked at 1 Centrepoint where I normally go to.

Don’t bother wasting your time with this lab. They will just throw out your sample without notifying you or your doctor, causing you to have to go for another appointment at another lab, delaying your treatment by weeks. After this incident my doctor said they constantly have problems with this company and to go to Dynacare instead.

The most incompetent, inefficient, careless, rude and confrontational staff I've ever witnessed.

Went to get a test here & they claimed I didn’t have enough paperwork just to dismiss me. Then I went to another lifelabs with the same exact paper work and they did it for me

Smh horrible

Went here in error was meaning to go to the dynacare across the street. Wish I had just gone over there once I realized. This place took forever even though I got there with only 1 person seated. They are insanely slow and severely understaffed. The older lady is super incompetent. Fought with me over my bloodwork req and kept looking at it. When I mentioned I didn't want to do my ecg here I would go elsewhere fought and forced me. A 10 minute experience took me over an hour. I do a lot of bloodwork as I am immunoconpromised and I will be discarding my routine follow up card and be getting a new req to go back to Dynacare. Stop using covid as your excuse for everything. Has nothing to do with how unprofessional and incompetent your staff are.

Very friendly stuff. I believe they also changed their appointment system: i had an appointment at 4: 20 and was seen at my scheduled time, a person walked in after me and they were told they only see people by appointment after 4 pm. They still took him as it wasn't busy.

I made an appointment, had little to no waiting time when I arrived, and the nurse taking my blood had very light hands! Really quick and easy experience.

Please change the staff. They don't know how to take a blood sample. The lady forcefully inserted the syringe. Seemed like she deliberately made it a painful experience.

This is the first laboratory I was actually able to get anything done at during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have gone to 5 Dynacares, and they were either closed, or they had a two hour or more wait time. I booked my appointment here at 12: 40PM. I was checked in immediately, I peed in the little cup, and I was out. The whole process took me less than 10 minutes. I will continue booking at this location because I am genuinely thrilled by how quick the whole thing went.

Please take heed of other’s experiences! Making an appointment at this location does not mean that you will be seen before those who walk-in. I arrived for my time 5 min before, and had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled time to get bloodwork done, but those who walked-in went before me. This was a longer wait time than any of those who walked-in were waiting when I got there. I appreciate that walk-ins got to be seen sooner, however I use appointment times when I can’t take off time to get a test done and need to give my workplace an exact time frame when I won’t be available.

Don’t choose this location if you expect your appointment time to be acknowledged, it is probably better to just walk-in as it’s possible you will be seen sooner. Nice staff, the test was done quickly, and I appreciate the care taken for COVID precautions, but the appointment time is an important feature for me.

LifeLabs has still been a generally positive experience for me! So I would recommend just finding another location, or don’t go into this one with the expectation of appointments being different than walk-ins.

I did all my blood work in this lab but today after I am waiting more than one hour I took my test and went to another lab I finished all blood test in 5 min

I agree with all the other negative reviews that indicate how slow they are, even though you might have an appointment. Avoid at all costs.

Waited at the ultrasound waiting area for over 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. No ultrasound reception or tech made themselves available.blood work reception told me to just wait because she took a walk-in when I had a scheduled appointment. Terrible service.

Not impressed with how the desk person speaks to people. One person in line, and the woman at the desk does not acknowledge the pregnant woman standing in front of her for 10 minutes. 10 minutes pass, and the lady at the desk says "Yes" in such a way that it seem as if she was being disturbed or interrupted from her job. Her attitude was rude and unwarranted. Who ever is in charge of this place needs to take a look into this. There are more horrors stories I've seen for the full hour I was there.
