Rude elderly lady with short hair doing the blood tests and stuff. She has shown no respect nor was she welcoming. Attitude clearly indicates she hates her job. Avoid this location if you can.

I had a very disappointing experience at LifeLabs. The people at the front desk are disorganized, rude and lacked management skills. I was given a lot of excuses that didn’t make sense and felt like I was being lied to. I would not recommend this location.

Front desk staff is rude especially that it was my first time there. It will definitely be my last time going to any life lab below 4 stars

Had the worst experience of my life at this location. I have been to various Lifelabs location and never had a problem.
Been here for a blood test and citing past history of nurses not being able to find the veins on the arm, requested to have a butterfly used instead on the wrist. The person simply ignored multiple requests and proceeded with extracting the blood from the arm. After struggling to not find the vein, went with the butterfly and viola, it worked. For someone who isnt a fan of needles, this additional stress fainted me and I passed out.
Never going to this location again! Wish this would have come under the purview of medical negligence and treated with a strict oversight by Lifelabs.

Busy place, even with an appointment. Set aside a good chunk of your day if you have your appointment here. Will take longer than expected.

Almost cancelled my appointment after reading so many negative comments. I had a 12pm noon appointment. I didn't have any trouble finding a parking spot in the lot behind the building. The receptionist was not friendly, but she was efficient. I was called in on time. The phlebotomist was friendly in spite of how busy they clearly were at that time. And I was out by 12: 05pm.
Glad I did not cancel my appointment.

This location is highly recommended.
After having a bad and disappointing experience at the lab in Speers road in Oakville, a very nice and professional lady took many blood samples from my little 3 years old baby, it was very painless and smooth and she found the vein within a second.

The front desk receptionist (Reem) is rude doesn’t know how to treat with people also I had an appointment at 12pm and I’ve waited until 12: 35pm

Why people are low rating this place? I never had bad experiences here, always quick, no wait time. Results are quick and available online

Walked in on a weekday morning & Quick in/out within 10 minutes. 5-6 free parking spots in front of the building but there are some others just to the plaza on the left.
Wait times are clearly displayed on the screen along with patient names. The wait times seem quite conservative as mine was listed to be 49m at start which quickly went down to 28m & then 5m.
Places like these tend to get low ratings because people with good experience never bother to write a review while Everyone with a bad experience Always writes one.
