In short, don’t trust any lab with new born bloodwork if they are not equipped with essential like heel warmer, unless you want to leave with agony, a broken heart, and a job undone.

The LifeLabs locations closer to home had horrible reviews so I drove out of my way to this LifeLabs location and I am super happy I made that choice. I was in and out in 30 mins. Great customer service and friendly staff. Organized and clean. Highly recommend this location.

My wife got her blood test today for pregnancy to find out if she is pregnant or not in preparing for surgery the next day. The Requisition says urgent meaning the results should have come out fast. It is already almost midnight we don't know if we should cancel the surgery or proceed with the surgery coz the results is still pending. I am not sure if this life labs understand what the word URGENT means. I don't know what would happen if my wife proceeds with the surgery and the results came back positive for pregnancy it will ruin the chance for us to have our first child. Will this life labs bring that back?

What an amazing place to get your blood work done! This lab has employed experienced nurses who are warm, courteous and know their job. I had previously been to Box Grove 's dynacare and my oh my it was absolutely painful and frustrating. I waited there for 3 hours and finally when my turn came, they were unable to find the vein and poked me 3 different places and still couldnt get the job done! I visited Lifelabs twice, once walk-in and the other time with an appointment. Both the time, my blood work was completed within 5 minutes!
I really hope they maintain their standards as they're the best in the area.

Place doesn't have many people working, but if you make an appointment during the day, you will be done within 15 minutes. Been coming here for years and no issues. Avoid the Stouffville LifeLabs, that place is brutal with the meanest front desk ever. Management hasn't fired the person and she has been there since for years. Compared to that, this location is much better.

Clean environment, high work efficiency, we make an appointment at 8: 05, arrived in advance after checking, direct blood tests, the staff attitude kind, a face with a smile, but also patiently answer questions, the whole time did not exceed 30 minutes (30 minutes within the parking free)

I made an appointment 1 week ago, my time was for 1: 30pm with a 90 minute wait today. Why make appointments? This is unacceptable. Short staffed? Ok, however, how about calling patients so people can make decisions whether they wait or rebook. We are told its best to book appointments, so I did.professional courtesy. Patients need that professional consideration. Not everyone is at home, retired or on vacation. Very disappointing and considerably dissatisfied, this is the leader in laboratories? I think not.

No Walk-Ins, must book appointment for this location. Didn't go in, but eventually saw the small sign at the door, left, and went to a Dynacare location and waited 90 mins for walk-in service. The Life Labs place in Stouffville is fully booked with appointments more than 1 month ahead, so you might have to wait a while for a walk-in there.
