Called customer service and confirmed their closing time at 4. I got there at 3: 30 and the moment they knew it was for my son, the lady said she won't be able to help him as she will require assistance. I asked if there was anyone else here to assist. She said yes but they were getting ready to leave for the day. I asked if she can possibly ask if they are willing to assist before leaving and so she went to back office. Very loudly I heard the other lady said "no, I'm leaving and will not be staying to help". A third lady said she is willing to stay, but the first lady responded saying she won't be able to assist because she is not confident in find the vain on my son's arm. The second lady finally stepped out of the office and she just looked, walked away and kept saying "I'm going". If I knew they were not confident and staff were not all were staying till 4, I wouldn't have driven there. I ended up going to another Lifelab who were a lot more helpful. Another Lady there was also about to leave and was in her jacket already, but was willing to help before leaving. Highly recommend going to another Lifelab.
Excellent experience today. Went at 1: 40pm on a Tuesday. No one in line. Receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Technician was courteous, efficient and we joked. Took my blood with no pain. Only recommendation with this location is there’s no cell phone reception. No worries! I was in and out in exactly 10 minutes!
The service was good like majority lifelabs. However, I am specifically giving a review for this location because they do not have mobile network as it is in the basement. The staff called it, "a dungeon. " Haha. My test required me to stay at the lifelabs for 2 hours - yes, I was bored out of mind without internet. If I knew there would be no network then I would download a book/movie - something to keep me occupied. I'll return here only if I have a quick bloodwork.
