The lab techs are generally nice but unfortunately had a bad experience here this time. I had to return 4 times just for one requisition that was not done properly. They asked me to come in for a recall and even the recall was not did not have the correct tests done. If asking me to come back over and over from their errors they should at least put me in priority and not have to wait for an hour in line.
We went there on June 2rd, my wife and I did a blood test there, one week later my wife received a call by saying one test result was missing so she had to go back and do another blood test.today which is June 15th I got a call from lifelab and that guy was saying one of my test result was missing as well so I had to go back again, couple mins later my wife received another call, same person and he was saying one of my wife's result was missing agin and she had to go back again for the 3rd time! That guy also said if we chose to not go back and do a new test then our family doctor would not be able to receive our results, the interesting thing is yesterday our family doctor already called us and said she has received the reports from life labs and would like to book our appt with us. It's been 2 week already since we firsty came to lifelabs on June 2 and we still have not received the report correctly. Idk whether the mistake was made from this location or the back office ppl who test those samples.it's definately an unpleasant experience!
This place deserves all your appreciation. Polite and respectful staff. All 5 stars are for the extra effort which they put to provide good costumer service.
