Rude & unprofessional technicians working here. Always in a rush and making mistakes. They keep saying yes and agreeing but when it comes to the actual work they keep making mistakes.

They opened at 7am, I was maybe 15th in line. I finished a little after an hour. Friendly staff, I have no complaints.

I went on Saturday, a lady was really rude with me. If she is no happy or rushing so, she must ask for time off but not being rude with patients. She was wearing a white coat. Second, wait for a week for stool test is unacceptable and this is what she said to me. Really BAD customer service.

Today, a lady dressed in all black, was the rudest person to my mother. She pretty much said go to another lab to do her exams instead of explaining the reasoning for why an exam that is posted on the Ontario page to be paid by OHIP is not covered. We urge to be contacted or we will go to another lab like Dynacare

Rude admin/secretary barely allowing us to finish the sentence about our visit. She was just rudely assuming what we were going to say.

Was just there this morning around 8am, very busy but convenient on a Saturday, I'm too busy to go during the week so that is expected to be very busy on the weekend.
The person that took my samples was very nice and did a good job.

Horrible, staff are very under trained and no knowledge about what their job is. Booked an appointment over the phone for some blood work. First of all, they never mentioned anything about the FASTING. Went there, checked in at reception desk, both lady definitely don’t know anything and very unprofessional. Never asked in if I am fasting before come in. Waited 1 hour from my appointment time, checked in the room, waited for another half an hour. Doctor came in, checked the list said you were fasting right? ! Nope. Never did. 1 - nobody asked me or reminded me to. 2- should that be the first thing that the receptionist ladies suppose to check with me when She checked my form? Wondering who hired those people to work for these critical positions to waste customer’s time.

Horrible service. Went to do bloodwork over 6 weeks ago and my specialist still hasn’t received results! Said that he needed to contact them directly for results? Never happened to me before with any other blood lab I’ve been to. They also mistakenly told me my health card was expired - they need to pay more attention to the right details! Would not recommend this lab to anyone who needs to do blood work.

At least one of ladies working at this location is rude. At first, I thought it was personal but then, with observation, I found she acted like a debt collector with almost every client. Maybe she is going through menopause or it is her bad days of the month? If so, I think she deserves a paid vacation or day off.

I don’t know why they schedule appointments when you get there and you have to make a line with the walk-in. No one was there either

It's impossible to socially distance yourself from other people here while you're waiting. It felt very unsafe in that regard

I came on time for my 1: 10 appointment and there was a 4 people ahead of me in the line. When it was my turned and told the lady that I have an appointment at 1: 10 she told me with attitude you dont have an appointment here! I checked my phone for picture so I can prove to her but she wasnt even looking and keep saying I dont have. She told me check the date! I told her today is Thursday Sept 03 right? She said yes. Then i said yes its today she check and like oh now i found it. I was like i was trying to show u. But u have been waiting waiting and waiting the guy who has an appointment at 1: 30 seen them first and with a question mark in my head? Now then call.me to go number 1 cubicle and wait again. And from appointment of 1: 10 to
seen me at almost 2. I never had this before and hopefully this is my last one on this place. I'm pregnant and dizzy also hungry and the last thing I need is to wait this long. Appointment is appointment it should be respected. Thank you

This location is really bad. The staff aren't trained in dealing with patients. They were extremely rude unprofessional. This came mostly from the staff at reception.

I'm going to have to SUE these guys for data breach.apparently they cannot be trusted with your private information

My biggest problem is when drawing blood, when they didn't get my vein at first, they moved the noodles everywhere in my arm. It was stinging so bad. This happened around noon. Until now, my arm is stinging & I seriously can't move my arm around. I can't even lift it. Staff is nice though.

This place was great and fast. I booked online maybe that's why but either way. I was in and out with blood work in about 15 minutes.

At 31 weeks pregnant, I went here for a routine glucose screening. After blood work and drinking the orange drink, I began feeling light headed (fasted for 12 hours prior as required) and very nauseous. I notified the personnel at the front desk seeing as how they have a disclaimer that if a patient feels ill, there is a room for them to lay down. However, she rudely notified me that the room was not prepared and that I should sit near the trash can or stand in front of the fan. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and after getting my second blood work, I spoke to another person who prepared the room for me to lay down in. Shortly after, still feeling ill, I was removed from the room to wait the remaining 45 minutes holding back the urge to vomit and trying not to faint. After my final blood work, I stumbled out of there. I would not recommend this place to pregnant women. They are not prepared to accommodate you for two hours of the glucose screening. I thank God I didn't faint in their waiting room. The attitude of the lady at the front desk was disgusting. Pregnant women, go someplace else.

Fast. Not the most comfortable seating area, but a least one can sit! The pay parking is a turnoff in this part of town, and makes me want to go elsewhere next time. Nothing against the facility.

Fast and friendly service. The staff are nice. Also, this location recently extended their hours. Mon-Fri 7am-6pm. Sat 7am-2pm.

I went got there 10 minutes before it opened at 7. There was about 10 people already in line. The team at life labs very efficient I waited about 20 minutes you see your time in the wait, very efficient. I did blood, urine and ECG in an hour. Paid parking every half hour.
Great team they really work hard, great experience.

The receptionist are incredibly rude and nobody ever answers the phone.when you leave a message, as the phone call tells you to, they never call you back.

Open 7 am to 6 pm everyday EXCEPT Friday to 2 pm, closed on Sundays.
Very friendly and professional staff. Paid parking available behind the building.

Receptionist disorganised. Booked an appointment for an ultrasound, but the receptionist neglected to provide instructions for prior to testing. Had to rebook, what an inconvenience.

Nothing much to say, u go and have ur test done, and the staff are very courteous and friendly.
