Clean & friendly staff. Have been going there for blood tests since a few years now and always found everyone helpful.

I had to get blood work done and this place was the closest at the time so I went in. Every person I interacted with was very rude, and I spoke with friends and family who said they had a similar experience here. 2 stars because they did the work but if you're looking for decent customer service than go to any other place.

The map doesn’t show that they’re closed every second Thursday of each month. Please pay attention so you don’t waste your time like I did

Went in at 2pm to get blood work done and they said they were closed. Hours literally say open till 5pm but they just close whenever they want I guess. Do not go here. They will not help you.

Made an appointment for today about month ago. Received a call from then today around 1: 30pm to inform me that they will be closing early and my 4: 00pm appointment will be cancelled. The reason for closing according to the lady on the phone was that nobody wants to work until 5 and they decided to close at 3 and go home early. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

We went around noon and it was very busy. They allowed us to return later and were taken right away. We were a little concerned as they asked us to leave our health card.

Because I’m forced to put a rating, I’m giving 1 star. But If I could, I would put 0 stars instead. My first time here was the worst time and will be the last time ever! I booked an appointment for 10: 15 a.m for blood work and arrived on time. The receptionist asked me if I had an appointment and I said “yes for 10: 15am” and she took my health card and made me register. I was told to wait. While I was waiting, it was past 20 mins now and 3 people went before me who arrived after me…it was 10: 40 am and still my name wasn't being called up…and then I noticed they were misplacing the files and thats when I realized something was off and that they might’ve misplaced my file! So I went to the receptionist and told them “my appointment was at 10: 15 am and i’ve been waiting for so long…how much longer will it take? ” and the receptionist asked me if I mentioned if I had an appointment …and I said “YES. ” Then she told me to wait again until one of the rooms were available. After 5 mins, she told me to go wait in the assigned room and finally somebody came to do the blood work for me, and she said “hi dear, what time was your appointment? ” I said “10: 15 am” and asked if I was late…
…they made me wait for 25 mins and would’ve made me wait longer if I hadn't spoken with them…I booked my appointment for a reason. They didn’t take responsibility for their actions and put all the blame on me. UNACCEPTABLE!

Don't see why rating is low? Great place to go! I was in an out, like usual. Technicians are friendly, efficient and painless!

I had a staff named Ria to do a blood drawing for me today. She is nice and friendly. The whole process Just took 2 minutes only. And she kept smiling all the time. Nice experience!

DO NOT use this LifeLabs! Go anywhere else and be seen in a timely manner.
I'll drive farther to get way better service and reasonable wait times.

Disgusting Place No Manners or Respect. Do not get back to messages left on phone Two weeks now my Doctor sent in our requisitions and I was asked by my Dr to check to see if they had recei ed them I eventually got hold of a woman i n the office on Tuesday at 1p m she told office was closed when it was advertised to be open to 3 pm I asked her did they get our requisitions
She said I would get a phone call back still waiting Disgusting they are not organized one bit And I also got told a lie about opening times Keeping well clear of this place and Hopefully others will take heed.

Always a Busy location. Accompanied an acquaintance and had a pleasant experience. The phlebotomy staff Luiz and Memphya were great in customer skills as well as technical skills, very courteous, communicative, professional and provided a great service. Thankful for the service they are providing as front line staff during COVID 19 pandemic times!

I had doctor's requisition to have blood test done and I went to Life Lab in Pickering on Kingston Rd. What the horror. This was my first and last visit there. After waiting for over 2 hours I finally said to myself enough is enough. I asked the receptionist to give me back my papers and went somewhere else. They tell you that waiting time is 30 minutes. WOW! We have pandemic now and no one cleaned / disinfect anything in there. No door knobs, counters, chairs, railings, nothing was wiped after so many people were passing through as I was waiting and observing. I cannot post this message without evaluating, so I put 1 star where in fact they don't deserve this.

Horrible experience. To begin with the staff doesn't know where the keys are and running around to get the keys. This happens twice. Secondly they are very ruds. Thirdly they don't know the cost of tests. I was pushed back in line due to the lack of knowledge of the staff. Completely disorganized. It seems like a headless body running around not knowing what to do. One star is because I have to select to proceed to write a review.

Best lab experience ever. I made an appointment using their online portal and when I got there I was immediately admitted for blood and ECG. There were 10 or so people waiting, presumably who did not have appointments. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very impressed.

I just went to this location to pickup something my doctors office told me to get from Lifelabs. Before going to this location I called as I was advised to ensure they had the kit I was looking for and I was told that this location in fact had what I was looking for. Upon asking for the kit Agnes Nazano was extremely rude and offered me no solutions even when I tried to explain the information I received from their staff when I called prior to coming into this office. She was very rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said “we don’t have a supervisor” then I asked to speak to her boss she said they did not have a boss and everyone worked for themselves and I am appalled by this type of behaviour
