Better to go to dynacare than life labs overall. Your results from here will take days to get by other places usually have the results ready within a day or two.not happy with this service at all. Charged me 105 dollars for a test and didn't even tell me the correct time frame to get the results. I would have gone to dynacare if I had known

All other centre showed closed on Victoria Day. They showed open till 3 whereas on visiting I found it was closed. Why can’t they just update like others. I drove all the way to this location as I thought this is genuinely open on Victoria Day.

This location is great. Book an appt online ahead of time. The staff puts up with terrible patients and still maintain professional

Brutal customer service. I had an appointment at 9: 00am on a Saturday and at 8: 42am, as I'm pulling into their parking lot Life Labs calls me and tells me they are understaffed and therefore are closed for the day. When knocking on the door and getting a chance to speak to somebody, I asked why somebody could have not let me know sooner that they were closed, as they open at 7: 00am, they stated that no one was there to do so. So let's get this straight, you open at 7: 00am, no one is there from Life Labs and at 8: 42 I get a call saying that they are closed, after apparently being open for almost two hours prior.

Talk about terrible service. There's this new technology called email. Maybe Life Labs if there was any level of organisation and foresight you'd realize that sending a mass email to appointment holders earlier might be a wise choice so people don't drive 30 minutes to an appointment and then are told when they arrive that they are not open.

Now I understand that short staffing is an issue across the board right now, but in this day and age you need to have contingency plans for these issues. If you think staff shortages will be an issue ahead of time, then don't open at all, communicate this with your patients well ahead of time and if you can't fulfil this, then maybe your location shouldn't be in operation.

My wife went in at 2: 50 pm the person just wanted to close shop, the person was so rude made up some excuse and rudely asked my wife to go away will never recommend this location
If there was an option to give less rating than 1 star I would give that

If you're reading this and you're upset about the walk in wait times, well that's what appointments are for lol. I don't live in Brampton but I go here because you can typically get an appointment just the day before, whereas other clinics are booked up a week in advance. Yeah I've had to wait a bit sometimes even with an appointment but that's just Ontario healthcare for you, don't take it out on the staff.

I have been to Life Labs with an Appointment for blood work on 11th January, at 11: 10 AM. I am highly disappointed with the treatment we received from the day at the reception at that time. The receptionist (on January 11th, 11: 10 AM) was ignoring and made us wait for 30 mins when we just asked her for a number on the file after our blood work is done. After sometime, she took 10 sheets and searched my name and told its not there and asked us to wait again. We were so polite and requesting. I don't know if she has any personal problems, which she was showing it on the patients who were coming to give samples. Everyone at the lab today who visited at this time, was seeing her strange behaviour and were talking about her attitude. This lady was behaving highly ignorant to everyone who came in at that time. So, after we waited, another woman came from inside (she was wearing white beads chain) and she asked for our name and she took that 10 sheets (which the receptionist took and checked already) and immediately gave our number. Thanks to her.

LIFE LABS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN HIRING YOUR PEOPLE. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE REST OF THE SERVICE. JUST BECAUSE OF THIS LADY WHO WAS AT THE TIME I MENTIONED EARLIER, THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING.

I Sincerely request you to take action against her and teach her how to treat people with some respect. Once again repeating - JAN 11th, 2023 at 11: 10 AM.

The facility is clean and well maintained apparently. The wait times the day I went were horrible. Showed up on time for my appointment and I'm writing this after 40 minutes of waiting. No end in sight.

Long wait if you don't book an appointment, but the staff were all kind and considerate.
