I went to get a blood test in the morning. I arrived 10AM on a Wednesday morning with no appointment and fortunately, there was no one there so I didn’t have to wait long. I was out within 10mins. The results were out by the end of the day. The staff (shout out to: CHRIS ROY) he was polite, compassionate, friendly, professional, and appear to be very organized. Overall very pleasant experience. Would definitely go here again!

I had a great experience, even with the wait it was well worth it, the staff is amazing and the lady who did the blood test for me was so kind. Thank you so much for being amazing even when it was incredibly busy!

Had a great experience gentlemen was very nice to me and I always tell the technicians when taking my blood I have small veins it’s always a problem this tech recommended I use baby needles and always mention for future references I had no complaints and I will be coming back for future tests I already came here a second time and I got a super nice lady who told me about when she was pregnant and her son and grandson and it made me so happy (because I’m pregnant) she was also great I wish I knew her name but thank you for being so nice to me

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff at the desk is incredibly rude to seniors and lazy.

I was at my dentist and waited for 30mins because they still had a patient even tho I came 5mins early for my appointment. Then I came here for my 3pm appointment 3 days ago and waited again for 15mins, I guess all appointments now are regarded as a bit pushed back nowadays. If you're not smart enough or have relatives or friends who cares for you to help you book an appointment, please be prepared to suffer the waiting hours as a walk in. 2-3hrs or pass out from starvation. I think the ambiance here was quite entertaining, and chaotic but the staff are either nice, clueless, or an escaped from a mental facility. The one I had was nice, and professional, also very fast too.

I had the absolute worst experience at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services. The wait was absolutely excruciating, I spent hours sitting in the waiting room waiting for my turn. Nurses are just screaming out patients name without a care like this laboratory was a fish market. No sense of professionalism or decorum. They also talk out loud about patients. One nurse said in her native language that her patient smelled bad.

To make matters worse, the entire place was disorganized, it seemed like nobody knew what was going on. There was a severe lack of staff and the few that were there seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demand.

To add to the misery, their booking system was ancient and outdated. It was a hassle just trying to get an appointment, and once I finally did, the process was slow and agonizing. I felt like I was wasting my entire day, sitting around and waiting for something that should have been simple and quick.

Overall, my experience at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services was an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The long wait times, disorganization, lack of staff, outdated booking system, and slow service all make for an incredibly unpleasant experience. Avoid this place at all costs!

I'm not returning any more to this place.
Staff is not friendly at all.
The lady that took my sample:
- Didn't hand sanitize
- Had super long nails with shellac over a week old
- I had to request a new lastic band as she was ready to use the old one sitting in the arm chair.
- I had a burning sensation during the procedure which never happened before, her explanation was that maybe the alcohol went inside.

Your Web site is absolutely brutal! All I wanted to do was book a appt for blood work, not spend 15 mins being bounced around this site.

Do Not go without an online appointment or be prepared to wait 2-3 hours as walk in! My feedback is to staff who handled registration.
They handled walk ins very discriminatory, they would write down names but anyone coming who had an appointment, regardless of the timing of their appointment, whether one hour late or one hour early, they would take them in before walk ins that have been there an hour and half! It was very frustrating to see when someone comes for 10 am and it is 9: 15, why not accommodate at least one from walk in list that have waited 1-2 hours!
I went there around 8: 15 and got out of there just after 11. I regret not making an online appointment but I decided to write this review for those elderly or people that don’t have access or resources to book online appointment…

Had a good experience here. Relatively short wait time. Blood work process was very good and painless. Staff was very friendly and patient.

She was extremely professional and courteous. All protocols are clearly being followed to a T. Was able to get an appointment easily online, there was parking available as well.

Just had blood work done at this location. I scheduled the appointment on line which was very easy. Arrived 5 minutes early. Was right registered and set to be ready for the blood work. Technician was very professional, and the procedure was painless and very fast. I will be using this location from now on. Very easy to get to. Take the subway to Jane St and walk across the street on Boor.

I been here in the last two years 5 to 6 times my cholesterol levels r high n all I can say they work hard n all of them r super friendly but especially girl who takes patients at front she is very clear speaking positive energy friendly and she does multiple jobs, taking patients information, directing them to rooms, informing them about what They need to do, she cleans rooms, but her friendliness n high energy makes u feel good n come back

decent (dark haired healthy active lab technician) also she remembers patients names I come today at 7 20 am was no much patients in lobby she took me right away to do my urine test and blood test

again all of them r hard working individuals with good care to help patients

Below negative comments are all lies. People here work very hard, they open at 7am for patients who are fasting, and meet patients with respect and smile even under pressure. A lot of us patients should be more aware and kind to nurses like them, they show up to work even without receiving hazard pay. The technician who took my blood was young and kind. I hear other patients complain but they don't have appointment and I had one. It's better if they have better common sense than self entitlement. Only problem is the online site very confusing and hard to understand.

Not always on time (but no lab ever is, right?), and great staff. I’m pregnant, so I have to go there every now and then and the staff always treats me with respect and care. Just don’t forget to book your appointment in advance, otherwise, the waiting time is usually long…

Staffs are patient and excellent manner. If you make an appointment is better than just walk in there. I walked in to my blood test yesterday it spent about two hours.

Super friendly staff. They are people doing their jobs, and when patients show up late or forget documents, they get angry and come here to give one-star reviews. My visit today was professional, courteous, and even friendly.

I usually have decent experience here however the last time I went which was on 6th October 2021 it wasn’t a good experience. The moment my blood was taken I knew it wasn’t done right. I had pain in my arm all day and then next day the area from where the blood was taken was bruised. This has never happened before. The lady was not careful at all!

My appointment was at 12: 15 pm. They called me on time. No people waiting. Nurse/assistant was very kind and professional.
