Chronically understaffed. Tried to call, but there is no way to get through to anyone through LifeLabs central number, the system ultimately just hangs up on you. Horrible service.

This lab has incompetent and lazy techs. They lost all of my samples now I have to do them all over again. Don't go here!

Even though it was such a busy day in addition to the clinic being understaffed, they were very accommodating to me and my needs. Thank you so much to the team who served the public on July 22nd. You made my day and my life a lot easier by accommodating me. You made drawing my blood a less daunting task

I visited this location on July 22nd and didn’t have the best experience in the first place as my wait time kept on increasing every few minutes and I got really frustrated. But then when it was my turn one of the team members Mandeepak helped me explain the process and very professionally and calmly dealt with the whole process. She had good knowledge of what she was doing and made my experience go very smoothly! Thank you to her!

Very helpful and professional staff. I didn’t had appointment but it took not more than 30 minutes to have all the tests done.

This location has really bad reviews but I’ve been here twice now and both times were fine so I feel like the 5 stars are warranted. The common denominator, however, is that I got the same woman twice. I didn’t ask her name but I should’ve (she has brown hair and I believe she’s Eastern European). Her and another woman were great with my toddler the first time and my second time with her for me was easy as well. Both times were for walk-in and I didn’t wait more than 30 minutes. It’s such a relief when you find someone who knows what they’re doing and do it well because I don’t know anyone who enjoys getting blood work done.

3rd time, I was unable to do my testing. # 1, ok information was not included on my requisition, not their fault, asked if anything else I needed to know on my return - told no. 2nd visit got there at 3pm, told can't do my test unless I come in at least a full hr before closing, that would've been helpful to know when I asked the same person on the first occasion. 3rd visit today to try to get this test done that was needed 3-4 weeks ago, took time off, traveled to get there, arrived approx 2: 45 - after checking on the website to confirm closing hours- told they're closing at 3pm from today. No update on official website, no signage on door and abhorrent attitude from front desk when attempting to get some assistance for alternative options. A woman and daughter came in just at 3pm, asking why there was no notice, and were rudely and incorrectly accused of raising her voice at staff as well. Despicable service. It's not the message but how it's delivered. Oh the reason is short staffed.

I want to add that I have had a few tests done here previously, but treatment seems to be determined by the mood of the person (s) at the desk and/or taking samples and their level of care that day or if you are deemed to be worthy of customer service.

There needs to be consequences for what the staff did at this location!

My 9 year old son went into emergency for sever sickness and the hospital gave a stool sample with a requisition form attached and glued onto the bag.

The lady who accepted the samples did NOT tell me I had to write the name on the bottle. Now my son's stool sample is lost. Your company did not want to complete the test without his name on the bottle. I went to Southdown to write the name on the bottle then I was told the stool sample is discarded. If they didn't know who the stool sample was for, how did they know to call me? This is time sensitive and life-threatening. And now we must suffer because someone at lifelabs didn't want to do the testing with a requisition form only.

They said they didn't know who the test was for, yet they called to say that they want a new stool one week later because the last one we didn't put the name on the bottle.

The test was dropped off 1 week ago and you call to say we need to drop off a new one. This is a stool sample, what was in his body 1 week ago is not there in his body now!

People are at home sick for 2 weeks and not knowing what is wrong with them. It was our last hope to find out what was wrong with my child and you throw our child's tests out because you didn't want to do the test over excuse that is not even valid! Shame! On the Staff working at this location!

HORRIBLE and incompetent.scheduled appointment wasn’t honoured.checked in at 5mins before my scheduled appt.told to wait a few moments which turned into almost 25mins. They admitted later appts.so they clearly forgot i got my papers and walked out.they seemed to have issues keeping’s peoples papers straight.never again at this location

Avoid if you can, they should open @ 7: 30 and people are waiting in line for 10 minutes already and still Lab is not open.
Not very nice to leave the people waiting when It is is -5C

I came here today around 9: 00 am on a recent Saturday to try to get an appointment. They were closed (sign says open 7: 30 am) with no sign and no indication of when they would be open. Another gentlemen who arrived at the same time says he had an appointment he was waiting a month for and due to the unexpected closure he will be waiting longer. I don't know if the current issues with health care are to blame but this doesn't appear to be a company that really cares.
