Excellent lab, but I've only been once. I rushed over during my work break after another lab I went to had a 45-minute wait. I was in and out in 15 minutes here. I asked if the wait was long and told it depended on appointments but was given a form just in case. The technician was excellent and skillful.

I was able to make a next-day appointment here. Staff was courteous and efficient! The previous day I had gone to the College/Bathurst location where it was super busy and staff took 7-8 minutes to register each patient - it was really frustrating. I left that location after 25 min of waiting. Here, they take maybe 2 minutes! Great service!

Made an appointment for the next day and everything was very efficient and quick. Really great service here, didn't have to wait at all.

Went on a Friday at lunch and the wait times were insane. Over an hour at least. So I left and went to the one near St George and got in right away.

Staff is amazing, nothing against them. Talk about a tight space. Not even a nice picture on the wall. Felt like I was in a prison cell in a 3rd world country. Dirty, smalland common where's the pretty picture to distract me from the blood your ducking out of my veins ffs

Place is a bit outdated and dirty. But I couldn't imagine getting a better service. Always on time and the ladies are funny and like their job. I'm used to that clinic (years before LifeLabs took over). As I can see, some patients are complaining. But on my side, I've never had any problem. I recommend.
