You will find most rude people at the reception and be prepared to stand for long. Watch out if you are sick. You might get fainted while standing

I do not believe Life lab has done stool culture test because I still have problem with diarrhea. The result shows negative of stool culture test but symptoms still persist. After traveling diarrhea started so I went for test but it shows negative. I must have done stool culture test five times in last ten years but the result came always negative.

Mandy helped me get my bloodwork done in one go, it usually takes 3 or 2 and they still don't find it. Really impressed thanks Mandy!

I was here for blood work and submitted my paperwork. The blond receptionist then said that you are missing another sheet and so I panicked looking in my pockets. It was timely so I needed to have the blood work that day and turns out it was just on the back of one of the sheets I had already gave to them. Instead of apologizing they doubled down and said oh your doctor shouldn't have gave it double sided which is just deferring blame to others vs they should just double check the paper work received versus giving someone anxiety for no reason. Then the nurse continued to ask about it and made me concerned it would be a problem when in the end it is not my problem that they couldn't just look at the documents clearly. Rude staff is the bottom line that can't just take accountability for their own ineptitude.

Absolutely the worst service ever! The rudest individuals who must absolutely hate their jobs! Roa and Vahide Kelmendi especially! Couldn’t care less for Clients and are just collecting a cheque …. Go to a different location!

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Wait time is much longer than anticipated. Taking too many days to reveal test results. Will never visit this location again

The staff is very unwelcoming and rude. Particularly in the front when they are checking people in. One of the staff was yelling at an elderly lady as she forgot a mask, and personally when I went to the front to sign in and send an electronic copy of my blood work requisition to them, they gave me an attitude because it took two minutes for their inbox to receive it when I had already sent it. It's already hard to have health issues that need to be looked into, and they lack empathy and patient care.

Was at this location this morning. The girl at the counter was very rude and offhandish. No CS skills whatsoever. I asked her name and she said JC (or Jessie?). They need workers with some training, which is sorely lacking in this location. They are full of Ego and customers will sooner or later get fed up and go to other Medical Labs.

Worse worse place in entire town, arrogant staff, poor hygiene and wait times are killing, not worth for even one star

Not sure I understand other reviews. Great service, quick and thorough, didn’t even have an appointment. Thank you, the lab techs are great. Keep up the great work.

My lifelabs experience has been worst lately. Twice they have missed few parameters on my blood test. And i have been recalled to get the tests done again. I am pregnant and working its so hard to get time
Off from work and see them for there repeated mistakes. I told the technician make sure you dont miss anything but this lady missed it still. How inconvenient and unproductive

Be prepared to wait despite online times, very long wait times, and always get bruised when they take blood.

Worst service. Rude, unprofessional and untrained staff. The pathetic service I ever experienced.

This is the worst place! I agree with all other people that the staff here is extremely rude and have very negative attitude.

The lady with bob hair in blond tried to direct me to tell my doctor not to add tests that will inconvenience them and it’s of no benefit to the patient and a complete waste of time. So I questioned her if she is health care professional to make her recommendations on my health when she has no history or reason as to why I was taking the test. She immediately buckled and tried to question me about my family’s medical history. I then asked her why she needs to know my family medical history and how is it associated to my lab work being conducted today. She went speechless and had no answer to it so she tried to wiggle her way out of me questioning her. She was unprofessional that in middle of my bloodwork she started attending personal phone call on her cell phone.

I wonder what kind of quality control does life lab management conducts to ensure that their staff are serving the patients at optimum level?

This place is a joke I'm dying of liver disease and can not wear a mask due to medical reasons and they they were so rude told.me I had to wait outside and treated me like I was worthless and a no body. I feel so hurt my life is danger and I can't even get help. Thank you life lab's will never go back after this
