Thank you all team for professionalism and kindness, good attitude to patients. I am doing my tests.only in that place and always has a perfect service there, no matter crazy busy or not, every time I fill respect and kindness. Everyone is good and professional males and females there.

Today was my first experience at life labs (Aurora, bayview). The lab was clean and the staff were friendly. I went there walk in and it took 45 mins totally. It was a good experience.

Went to the location at 2: 30 but the doors are closed. Please update the business hours or leave a note if you're going to close before the expected time

Absolutely ZERO reason to book an appointment ahead of time. They will not honor your reservation. The useless lab technicians here are slow and have no concept of how to keep an appointment. This location is ALWAYS understaffed, it needs to be restaffed entirely with the current employees replaced if there is to be any hope of it ever becoming a functional clinic. Avoid this garbage location. Shame on you if you work here, you should seek employment elsewhere.

Needs management. 3 ladies working the front desk and only 0-1 doing the bloodwork. Should be the other way around. People with appointments waiting 1 hr extra, people without appointments walking away after waiting 2+ hours. Only good thing is the parking is free.

I had booked an appt for today first thing this morning however when I got to lifelabs there was no appt to be found.
Linh and Marsha were very accommodating and said there was a glitch in the system.
I was taken right away…thank you ladies for your help.

I didnt get a chance to get his name but the male phlebotomist (short hair, looks to be in his 30s) is absolutely amazing. Ive had him the last couple times ive been at this location and he is wonderful. He is so friendly and is great at his job. I didn't even realize he finished taking my blood. He is very personable and makes the experience much better!

Hideously rude reception staff. Happy to drive further to avoid such garbage treatment. My advice to this location is to hire people who actually like customer service. Those who don’t should work away from the general public because people have enough to deal with without adding unnecessary attitude and ill treatment from someone who has a tiny bit of power to ruin someone’s day.

OUTSTANDING TEAM: Excellent Service, Super-Efficient, Timely, Helpful, Courteous, and Pleasant. By far the BEST Life Labs in the Aurora-Newmarket area. (Just ignore any naysayer reviews here; they must have been having a bad day themselves.)

And now apparently they don't answer phone as the volume of calls is too high. Aurora needs a secondary location!

They have some weird system for Covid-19 that this location only follows. Has nothing about how their new system is on their websites, only low wait times. So once I go in I find out that they are fully booked for the day even thought the website says nothing about that, I end up quite upset

Told me I was in line then closed an locked door an never contacted me one of the worst blood labs I’ve gone to.

Horrible place. I didn't have an appointment. Lady at front door took down names and phone number. My pregnant wife and I waited for over 2 hours. I got no phone call. They closed at 4pm and told us that "they called but nobody picked up". I had my phone with me the whole time but no call was made. I was very upset at their lack of consideration or customer service. Very horrible service. I do NOT recommend.

"If you book an appointment you dont have to wait" IS A LIE! " oh I'm sorry we dont know how to organize our time and ate bottlenecking so let me just ask you at 5 months pregnant to wait OUTSIDE in the heat ". They couldn't even give me an approximate wait time. Not everyone has a car with AC and asking your patients to wait outside in the heat.especially when they are pregnant. Just disgusting behaviour in my opinion.

Total chaos. Aurora is desperately in need of an alternative provider given the huge waiting times and disarray here. At a time when appointments and their ‘save my spot’ app should be working to help people come and go safely and efficiently, They have neither operational. Just multiple staff with a clipboard Taking names and numbers and telling people to wait in their cars. With no guidance of waiting times. Easily 2 hours this AM. For a large organization they should be able to do better. Both for their clients and their staff during these trying times.

If the lab tech spent less time loudly discussing her personal life and cats I am sure the wait would have been reduced.

The lab itself is clean and waitimes are displayed so you know where you are

Clean, fast, professional. Lab.technician Sabrina is very nice and very skilled, (blood test) no pain at all. Thank you.

One of the best labs i have ever been to. Looked like a big line of people, but, i was in and out in 20 mins. Great service, friendly staff and spotlessly clean.

Never had a bad experience once I get in. But they randomly close for no reason certain days. Went on a wednesday at noon and they printed off a sign saying they would be closed.no reason. Then send you to other life labs and same bs
