I had an appointment, and my blood test lasted around 15 minutes. The person handling it wasn't very friendly. There was a lady who seemed to be bossing everyone around, and overall, they didn't show much respect to the patients.

Most of the team is great, one woman older with gray hair and glasses just a terrible person unkind and really shouldn’t work with ppl. I hope someone is actually reading this and might consider to check this out

The woman receiving the patients today is being extremely rude to customers. One man tried to clarify that he’s been waiting quite a while though he had an appointment. She, without looking at him, told him - 20 minutes. He said, but I had a commitment. She said, still not looking at him-20 minutes. Then she called another man to a room. She said, room. 2, no room 6. He asked to clarify, “number? ” She literally said in a loud voice, admonishing him, “I’ve told you THREE times number 6”. Everyone in the waiting room was shocked by this behavior. I don’t understand- we are being asked to be patient because they are short staffed but she can talk like this? This needs to change. My doc said he prefers LifeLabs for the quality of the particular test he wanted, but I’m switching to Dynacare after this.

Worst experience they have one staff on hand and 20 people in line stay away from this place staff are really rude

Zero is even high for this lifelab location. Rude staff. They say wait time is over 2 hour to get rid of the patients. They don't greet. They behave with poor patients like animal.
I hope either thus get closed or change their staff.
My date of visit is July 31,2023

I went today to get blood test done. The sign said it was closed at 3pm, I arrived at 2.45pm and the technician looked at me and very rudely said we are closed and walked away.
There was one person who went in just before me and was taken care of

Staff are dismissive. Worst.they've lost my specimen sample. It took me 2 months of waiting and there was no result and Lifelab pointing to Doctors office for the result they have just lost.

I have a very terrible experience at this lab. The person at the front desk asked me for over $200.00 dollars only for one blood test and an amount similar to this for the second one. I surprised and left the location. Today I have done the same blood test in somewhere else and I just paid $55.00 for one the other tests were free with OHIP card. Please be aware of this place.

The staff are very slow, it took hours for them to register patients.

This is by far the worse lab I’ve ever been! Staff is not friendly, not professional. During the 2 hours I was there, I saw 4 staff there. I heard one arguing with a patient, complaining about other staff talking to patients in their own languages. The other three were arguing with each other about one of them being slacking and wasn’t doing as much work as the other two. Come on! They didn’t care how many patients were there waiting, and how long they’ve been waiting. Most of them came fasting. When I was finally called in after 2 hours waiting, the nurse stabbed the needle into my arm, but couldn’t get any blood drawn. While she kept on moving the needle inside, she started blaming me not having drunk enough water. I couldn’t believe it. First, I have never had any problem in my life that a nurse had a hard time finding my vein. Second, I did drink a lot of water before I went because I know a urine sample was also required. By the time I sat down for the blood work, I needed to go to the washroom badly. This will be the last time I visit this lab!

I was very hesitant to go to lifelabs for bloodtest since all of them have lots of bad reviews but my experience was exact the opposite and I feel most people who have normal/good experience don't leave comments on Google.

I was refered to this place for bloodtest because the other place (not lifelabs) couldn't take my blood after trying my two arms and I was in shock because my veins are too obvious through my skin and I never had a problem with blood test throughout my life (back in my home country).

I had an appointment and I waited not much for my turn and the technician who did my bloodtest was awesome (I don't know her name unfortunately). Overall good experience for me.

The interesting part is that the other place that couln't take my bloodtest has better reviews than here!

The staff at the reception is not polite even with pregnant women, what can I talk about further. After talking with them, I cried for half a day.

Very quick and seamless lab. The lady at front desk was not so friendly she said my blood work can't be done today when she gave me back my lab paper and she added my doctor has to give some information. I was confused what information she needs, thanks to my husband as he explained the lady needs my doctor address and by a quick name search on internet we find the address and problem solved!

Rude, Irresponsible, and unprofessional staff and manager.location need some serious improvement and staff to be fired
