Perhaps the west non-functioning web site I’ve experienced in some time. This company’s disservice to potential clients is screaming for competitors. Truly astonishing that I can’t my blood tests at my hospital. I am a big believer in private health care delivery but LifeLabs is not the answer.

Didn't have an appointment but was able to walk in and get my bloodwork done in ~30 minutes! Incredibly friendly staff! Usually I dread getting bloodwork because of the wait but this was a breeze!

They allowed me to bring a second person in due to my anxiety, and gave me a smaller needle to assist. The wait was a tad long but the wait was acceptable because of the service. Thank you.

Short lineup which failed to move for 1/2 hour. Nobody at the desk. Short staff situation is bull. If people are paid appropriately there will not be a shortage. While waiting to be seen at reception I had ample time to check competitors. Dynacare wait time was posted as 6 minutes in surrounding towns. I will seek lab work elsewhere. 30 minutes to been seen by reception is unacceptable, not to mention disrespectful. My time has value.

I have chosen to come to this location for years. Good experience with majority of the staff. Rory was able to ease my daughter when she first had to get blood work regularly. I'm there every 3 months at least. Yes they are overworked but they try their best. I have been to many different blood labs over the years but this has been the best so far.

Always lineups. One day last week waited for almost two hours in lineup to be told my paperwork hadn't been sent in by my doctor, when in fact it had been. I guess they didn't bother to look hard enough. Sent away and had to return another day. Wait times always brutal. Not the staff's fault, but they desperately require more employees.

Had an appointment at 10: 10 on a Saturday. Was surprised to see the waiting room had only two other people. Got right in and then had to wait about 10 minutes in the exam room. Debbie was cheerful, patient, helpful, and thorough.
I have been here other times and had to wait quite a while. So if you have the flexibility, Saturday morning might be the time to go!

The staff are friendly, there just aren’t enough of them. Very clear to see. It’s not their fault. Even if you make a appointment you won’t be seen at that time. It’s not a quick experience. Anyone that is a walk-in can expect to be left standing for a long time in line just to register. Incredibly disorganized.

I agree with other commenters that we should be very concerned about increased health care privatization in Ontario. I feel sorry for the staff who work here, they seem under-supported and over-worked. Wait times are long, even if you had an appointment. This review does not reflect staff, but LifeLabs as a company.

The staff sound friendly but IMO doesn't make up for standing in line being ignored (why not have a 'take a number' ticket system) and understaffed. My 2 stars is for a poorly managed company, understaffed with broken computer systems, and not getting people to their appointments on time despite booking ahead.

And Doug Ford wants more privatization?

Stood in the line up for about an hour. Certainly not ideal for anyone who struggles with mobility or struggling with standing for a long period of time (elderly people, pregnant people, injured people). Very disorganized.

Rory could take a cue from Roxanne. Rory was rude, abrupt and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Not helpful. If you don’t like your job I suggest you quit OR learn how to fake it. Returned, dealt with Roxanne and she was fantastic!

I went there on Wed to get blood work done. It was shortly after 4 p.m. And it was CLOSED. Online says they close at 5p.m. Door was locked. Person inside open the door only to tell me that they close at 2 p.m. Every second Wednesday of the month. I Had come from Colborne to Trenton expecting it to be opened as advertised online.
I informed another customer as I was going out that they were closed. She also needed work done.
