This location is the only one I will go to for my blood work.
I would like to commend an employee by the name of Afsenah, on her professionalism and how polite she is with patients.
I was there on Wednesday for blood work when a man in front of me was being incredibly rude and frankly, very mean to this lady.
She tried and tried to explain the circumstances regarding his visit and how one of the procedures had a charge attached to it. We need to remember that it is not the employee or the lab that decides charges. They are simply following the protocol involved.
Again, Afsenah was patient and understanding, having to explain at least 4 times the requirements to this man.
He was complaining so much and for so long that it put everyone waiting behind him behind schedule.
I felt incredibly sorry for this lady and what she had to endure. Furthermore, it is a small waiting room and the commotion was overheard by all.
Again, Afsenah was outstanding and should be recognized for her professionalism.
