Booked a blood test appointment online for 9: 40am Wednesday. Arrived at 9: 38am and left at 9: 45am.
Quick check-in and easy process. Would return for future lab tests.

I got my blood drawn here late November of 2022 and developed fainting symptoms right after the lady drew my blood, but I did not actually fall unconscious. These symptoms lasted a good few minutes and were extremely painful. My vision went black, I was gasping for air, could barely formulate a sentence, and felt impending doom (thought I was gonna die). I asked the lady who is NOT a medical professional to call 911 at least twice and she ignored my requests. I was not capable of dialling 911 myself. Eventually blood got back into my head and the symptoms went away. The lady did not check my heart rate or any vital signs, and I was still extremely lightheaded so I asked if they had any juice/something sugary, but they did not. I was shaken up the rest of the night and luckily didn’t have to drive home.

A few major red flags about this place. When someone asks for medical attention you should not refuse to give it to them, (I.e when someone asks you to dial 911, you do it). Because you don’t know if that person has heart issues, diabetes, etc. Second of all if you’re going to refuse to call 911 for someone you should ensure that their vitals are in check, because how do you know what my blood pressure is by looking at my face? Lastly you should have juice available for people who have low blood sugar considering ur a blood drawing “clinic”.

Overall this was the worst “medical” experience I have ever had. I am traumatized and still angry from the way I was treated. Because even if I hated a person I would still dial 911 at their request.

Fair. Usually when you go in here everything is fairly efficient but, now things are messed up. NO local numbers, I can't find out if I still have an outstanding lab order without sitting on hold at some 800 number. More fees for everything now too.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Booked an appointment and was already in the area and walked in to see if they can accomondate a early walk-in. Supposedly it was a 20 minute wait but I was able to get in early and was out quickly. It's nice they have a few locations to accomondate people's need depending on which location is closest and convenient for them. Thanks for being awesome and keep up the hard work. Cheers.

I made an appointment online with no problem. Showed up at my scheduled appointment time, went right in.no wait. Was finished and out in less than 15 min. Staff were very polite. Eeezy-Peezy!

My granddaughter went last week for blood work. Her arm is still bruised and it hurts when she moves it. She has had blood work done in the past and it hasn't bothered her. She said when the blood was being drawn, she could feel the needle being moved around by the phlebotomist. She won't be returning to this lab.

Polite staff, kept me informed of wait time, and despite being a walk in it was a quick visit.
