The net checking in does not work. The staff really cannot communicate. They close the walkins arbitrarily. Names disappear even when you have checked in overall this is what happens when you let LifeLabs to be a monopoly. Thanks health care system

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This was my first visit to this location. I was there at 7: 50a.m. For a walk-in blood test. Door opened at 8 a.m. Sharp. I was out by 8: 30. Overall good experience.

I travelled far because the waiting time in this lab was relatively less (16) minutes yet I had to wait for more than an hour. People who came after me were going back after the procedure. On top of that the receptionest is extremely rude, I very politely and nicely tried asking her twice and all she said was I am busy. And the other time she was like why do you keep asking cant you see there are people go and wait I am busy and alot more (veryy rudely). I would say avoid this branch if you can. Also the receptionist should’nt be dealing with the customers if she doesnt have basic manners to communicate with people.

Dr sent me an electronic requisition for a blood test. 10 minutes later, I'd submitted it by email. Used the app to find an open Lab with a short wait time and turned up here. Quickly registered, Seen in less than the wait time, blood taken painlessly first time. The staff are efficient and professional but not the most sympathetic (otherwise 4 stars). That's OK as I'm here for a blood test, not a chat.

Horrific. Showed up at 815am for a fasted blood test. I waited until 11: 00am for blood work. Staff was incredibly rude. Don’t waste your time

I can’t imagine it could be any worse, I was there at 8am as soon as they opened, I was n6 in line waited for 2 hours, mixes between appointments and walk-ins, no one can tell you how much time you need to wait. When I asked about my turn she couldn't find my papers coz they were misplaced, on the desk instead of in the box, so I believe she skipped my turn.
2 people on site, shouting, angry, agressive, doing everything on Saturdays. A horrible Nightmare.

SLOW SLOW SLOW. No one in the waiting room and I still waited over an hour …. Emailed my lab req as a “photo” as per their recommendations and the secretary didn’t know how to print it. Wanted me to resend in another format. It’s basic computer skills to be able to open an email.if you can’t function on a computer and be kind to patients this is not the right job for you.

One positive I will say, the needle did not hurt.no pain at all.

However, unfriendly. Incredibly slow. Extremely unhappy. Sad to say this but this was my experience.

Usually have great service and have no problems with my wait time. The staff usually is professional.

This was 3rd time in a year I had bloodwork done at this clinic. First 2 times were a dream with friendly staff and excellent technicians. Didn't even feel the needle.
Third time was like being in a horror movie. Nasty woman kept slapping my arms to find a vein. She poked me 3 times couldn't get blood. Decided to go in a vein on my hand. You should see the bruise. Hand swollen and very sore. Will be showing my Cardioligist tomorrow. Nasty nasty nasty

Booked a covid test online for 10: 50am. Went to the lab and said they don’t do covid test until after 5pm. What in the world is that? Had to get it done to fly out if the country the same day.

Even with an appointment you should expect to wait up to 45 minutes because they’re so backed up all the time and only have probably 2 or 3 people working, definitely not an efficient system - guess it’s always just super busy.

The service is so awful and especially the receptionist (no gonna name it). Poor management and poor attitude if i were the supervisor I would replace the whole crew in this branch.

I had a great experience at life lab River Glen location in Oakville
I went to do blood work for my daughter and myself last Friday
I usually suffer whenever doing blood work because my vains are thin and hard to find, however at this location we were helped by an amazing lady named Filomina who seems to have lots of experience. Everything went so smooth that I didn’t even feel the needle.
I m planning to always go to this location and ask for Filomina.

Why they never answer the phone, tried so many times at different days and hours! So frustrating,
No spot to book online except almost 2 weeks and have to do an urgent blood test so had to go as a walk in, reached this Neyagawa location and was told to go into a room after waiting outside for almost 20 minutes then waited in the room for another 20 minutes, tried to find anyone outside to ask but suddenly found a nurse saying can you wait in your room we are busy in a very rude way without me even saying anything, so went into the room until that same nurse came and said again I am here now (in a rude way still have not said anything), seems the nurse needs to be trained on how to deal with patients in a kind way.

If you have time to waste then LifeLabs is the place. It's not just this location but the fact that you can't speak to anyone at a particular location means that you take your chances and then visit the location. In my case I waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told that my requisition couldn't be done at this location. Recommended was the hospital or Trafalgar location. So I showed up at the Trafalgar location at 1: 30 PM on June 23rd only to be greeted by a sign that says closing at 1: 00 PM today. What a waste of time.

The nurses are very quick, efficient and knowledgeable, however could be a little friendlier. My blood appointment lasted only 25 minutes and didn't hurt one bit.

There is free parking at the plaza and short waiting time. The back is composed of cubicles and the entire clinic seems very clean and sterile.

I have been going to this lab ever since it opened. I have found the staff to be very friendly, courteous and efficient. The Phlebotomist easily took my blood sample and joked at th time. All in all, I would say thay the visit as as pleasant as having your blood drawn could be.

Wish I could rate this Life Labs a zero star.
ALL of receptionist are the rudest people I have ever met. They also don't care if there are too many people waiting in the clinic over capacity. So if you are worried about getting Covid don't go to this lab.

Do NOT go to this LifeLabs. The staff are incredibly rude and were not maintaining the 5 person covid rule inside of their waiting room. The nurse taking my blood was extremely careless and unkind. She told me to come back the next day to drop off a sample, but did not inform me that they were closing hours early for "staff training. " When I saw the same staff member outside I told her I had a sample to drop off she said "it's not my problem" and left. Avoid this LifeLabs and go somewhere else.

I wish I could give zero stars to this place. I went for my blood test with the allotted time of 1.30 PM in February 2021. I reached there at 1.15 PM. At 2.15 PM, I was still standing at the same spot in the waiting line, with the same persons in front of me, and not a single person took our information. The only lady at the reception desk was busy at her computer and simply told us that she was the only one there at the customer service desk. In other words, she couldn't do anything for us who had stood in line for 45 minutes by that time. This was an unbelievably horrible customer service. I left without getting anything done as I didn't have a half day to get simple blood tests done.

I don't understand why LifeLabs are booking appointments when they don't care to service those appointments. There were 10 people waiting in a closed environment in the middle of a pandemic. This location is a prime spot for COVID transmission.

I would never be going there and I highly advise to avoid this place. Things are already tough with the pandemic. I don't need to go to a completely unprofessional place to make my life any more miserable, and reward the managers/owners of this location for their gross incompetence.

I've always used this Lab. Today I was shocked by a few people that were so rude to staff when they did not have appointments. I'm not very techy but called Life Labs and waited over a week to get an appointment. I was told by Life Labs that making appointment was better than walking in as wait times could be very long. Some labs maybe over an hour.

People were coming in walking up to desk with no appointment and staying I don't have time to wait. Seriously! Or how long do I have to wait!

Today my requisition wasn't received and one call to Doctor's office and it was faxed over.

Great staff, some of the staff were from Lab were on Sheddon Road. Parking is Free! Yes, sometimes it's busy but no different from any other labs! I waited with an appointment today but it's expected as they don't know what the doctor has ordered until they see requisition.

I have a big mouth and I really had to refrain from saying something.

Very rude staff at the counter at 9.15 am on 24 February 2021. I was unable to book online so I waited. After waiting over an hour I requested the lady at the counter to give me a booking for later. She gave me a booking and when I requested her that it does not suit me she started screaming that I don't have time to change appointments.

I have had my blood work done regularly at this place since it first opened and even when it was at the Sheddon location. I have nothing but praise for the service and staff. I am 76 years young and cannot believe the insults aimed at the mature blonde lady behind the desk. She is charming and works hard in the running of this lab.

This is a free service and I cannot believe that people are so privileged they feel they can comment negatively on the staff that do their best to serve them.

Thankyou Life labs. Continue the good work.

This is ridiculous, they said closing at 5, i was there 4: 30 and they said they closed.and come back later.and also they never answered the phone.this is very bad labs

Very friendly staff, I was in and out in 10 mins. By far the best experience of drawing blood. Great job!

This review come 4 months later. I have been to a few lifelabs before, but the staff on this location is the best. On April, My 4 months old baby needed a test, Fluti? I’m sorry if I did the spelling wrong. She was so nice and cares my baby. She put her in the test room a few minutes earlier to let her get used to, then put something to warm her arm, checked before she started. She was so carefully, and I immediately felt calm too. Of course my baby cried too, but she did such a great job that I can imagine. Thanks so much.

Great lab. But seriously honoring an appointment time for a patient who was 20 minutes late for their booked appointment while children and seniors wait patiently.unacceptable. Get your priorities right.

The old lady that everyone is probably talking about is absolutely awful! I had to take my 4 yr old for the first time ever blood work. And of course I knew it was going to be difficult experience - she poked her before being absolutely sure the vein is clear because she’s so rushed. And of course the vein wasn’t there my daughter started screaming and she didn’t comfort her at all - instead she started digging until I had to repeatedly say please stop now! And then not a word to my daughter who was absolutely in uncontrollable tears! Avoid this location by all means for sure!

Fruti is very polite and helpful, and short wait times on weekday. Parking is pretty easy. Recommended.

I drive all the way from Caledon to see Frutti. She is amazing at administering needles. I barely feel a thing and she is also very nice and pleasant greeting with a smile.

I use to see some of the staff at Sheddon! Awesome staff! Parking is Free! Yes, sometimes it's busy but no different from any other labs!

Technician was very friendly and professional. Made an appointment for noon - had three tests and was out by 12: 15.
