I have only been here once, but was pleasantly surprised. It was a very friendly, quick and painless service. And I had my results in a couple of days. I will be doing all my blood tests here in the future.

Be careful getting blood drawn here by a lab tech/assistant that don't know how to do it properly. It left a bruise for weeks for me and my spouse. Also it's beyond embarrassing that billion dollars corporation like LifeLabs can't notify their scheduled clients of a closing of their location with a simple mass email or text message.

By the way, they are now closed every second Wednesday.but it's only posted in a small note on the door above the hours that says they are open.maybe it gives them time to finally get soap. (I have to go every so often for testing. And the last three times, no soap. If it wasn't the closest one in the neighborhood I would go somewhere else.

These must be the rudest people in healthcare on earth. They were openly discussing my PHI at full volume in front a crowded waiting room while reprimanding me for the date my healthcare provider put on my req as well as the fact I hadn’t received my renewed health card and still had the renewal paper. When I tried to explain, the two started snickering and one said “she looks homeless. It’s probably not even her card”. First off, I’m definitely not homeless, I’m sick (but we’ll groomed) and didn’t think I needed to put on evening wear do get blood drawn. Even more concerning is discussing my PHI openly AND being harsh and rude to add to it. I will be filing a formal complaint with the MOH for PHIPPA violations and wherever else I can based on the treatment and received. You must have some nerve to treat anyone like that and the two wretched creatures who were working there today should be jobless. Do better.
