This office is filthy. Absolutely never returning. One of the techs that works here treats the patients terribly. I know it is difficult working with the public but this one woman is always yelling at the patients. My mom needed some assistance today and by the end of the interaction with her, my 81 year old disabled Mom was in tears. That is sad to me. I wish I got her name as I would like to lodge a formal complaint. Shame on you.

I went here for my blood report. If you book appointments you will be given first priority. They will accept Ontario Health Insurance Card.

I always have a great experience with them. The front desk is always clear and quick. Phone lines are great and also quick. They know what they're doing and get to the point. The clinic is nice and roomy. I like the private cubicles.

In terms of lab techs.i had couple of blood work with them. They get to it and aware of lineup. There's always a lab tech or 2 that is power tripping but I've found that most are misunderstood by their bluntness or slight language barrier. But I've luckily had mostly my experiences with them or the very kind soft-spoken ones.

I recently visited the Lifelabs (Qyeensway) location. I found their offices very clean, organized and professional. My experience with the technican was wonderful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location.

My dad went here and was treated poorly. The lab techs were all yelling at him constantly, very unprofessional. Does not give any clear instructions at all and talks very fast. Will be contacting the corporate offiCe to file a complaint. Patients should not have to deal with unprofessional behaviour. Also very racist, the one tech spoke very softly in another language to other patients while always yelling at some other patient who does not speak her mother tongue.

I registered online for blood test appointment at 11.50am. Had to fasten before the test. When I arrived 5 min before my appointment there was a line up of walk ins, 8 people in total. When I repoted myself to the stuff and explaining that I have an appointment with them I was sent to the end of a line. I explained that I have a max 25min timeframe and feel dizzy because haven't had my meal on time but the stuff member just turned around, saying nothing. The other location I went a moth ago was very punctual. But this location didn't even desereved a one star.

I had a very good experience at this lab Monday Feb 8th. I have a severe needle phobia/fear and was scheduled to get blood taken at two separate times in that day. A lovely nurse by the name of Mimi was incredible, she did both draws, was confident in what she did and got the veins each time effortlessly AND PAINLESS. (Have my share of horror stories) I thanked her profusely and she humbly said that "We are all good"

I found the front desk to be very rude and unprofessional! Spoke down to me for no reason and was unprofessional. I will never go hear again (specifically the older white woman with an accent - Nina. Should be fired immediately based on the reviews here). Nurse was quiet but professional. This place needs a good clean up in staff or a real attitude adjustment.

Second time I am trying this location - still horrible. Very long wait times, very rude front desk and very rude. Go somewhere else if you can.
Please note: Other locations have also implemented the COVID19 protocols, however, I have had better experiences at other locations. Here, after checking in online, I was shown that the wait time is 9 min, when I reached there, it became 14 min. After waiting for 5 min, it became 20 min and then became 33 min. I left without getting my blood test done and got it done from another location where the wait times were lesser and staff was not rude! I have gone to multiple locations for lab tests, and this is by far the worst.

Just had my blood test taken at this lab and I am impressed how quick the whole process was. No line up, quick registration, and my blood was taken without any issues.

I have had blood work done here a couple times and both times were a great experience. The first time I made an appointment and was taken in extremely quickly. The second time I did not have an appointment and even though there were alot of people waiting, I felt that everything moved quick and efficiently. I have very small veins and usually have trouble with giving blood but the nurses here are so professional and are able to get it done without issue!

Worst and rudest service ever in my life. Nina is very rude and mean. She refused to do my genetic test that was given to me by St. Josephs hospital. Then a polish lady Anna came and did the test for me no problem. I will never come back here. This is not way to treat sick people.

I always had an excellent service here. If the ppl are rude, what can they expect? Education, my dears! Always the front desk treated me and my mom so well, so polite, even with my grandma who doesn't speak English! Nurses are so great, the front desk are so great! Always go back here!

The front desk receptionist either needs a coffee, hug, or looser underwear - so very angry. At 7am the average age of the patients is shoppers drugmart discount age. They earned the right to be a little slow, slightly confused, and most definitely hard of hearing. Regardless, this does not give her the right to yell at them and treat them like children. The only reason I gave them 3 stars versus 1 or 2 is that the nurses are friendly and professional. They have said that I have big arms. Why thank you, here's an extra star on your review.

Nice big lab! Clean, lots chairs! Many cubicles too!

AND, UNLIKE ALL OTHER labs, they give you online access to your test results, FOR FREE!

PS, there are absolutely NO Wi-Fi blockers or cell blockers, I can email, surf the web, and text just fine!

Staff are really friendly, kind and nice.

They're also very gentle. Often I don't even feel the needle go in, which is awesome!

You can make an appointment online too, at ANY life labs location, which is also handy, if you remember!

If you come and people go ahead of you, it's because THEY made an appointment!

You can park at Sherway, they never ticket, I've parked for 4 hours and never received a ticket!

You should NOT park at Tim Hortons, it's a VERY SMALL lot, and thus, it's inconsiderate to patrons who then can't park! The Sherway lot is a 2 minute walk people! Seriously, get those 10,000 steps a day in!

They perform all blood and urine testing, along with echo cardiogram tests (ECG).

My only complaint is that they aren't open as late as I'd like, they close at 4!

Booked my slot at eleven am. Arrived on time and was taken shortly afterwards. All very courteous and professional. Out of the car park in under half an hour ($3).

The nurses are the best.very friendly & gentle when taking your blood.so I give them 5 stars.the front desk is extremely rude. I arrived for my 7: 30 appointment @ 7: 05 am.first I was berated for offering cash to pay for my blood test that was not covered by insurance.then yelled at for having a $50 dollar bill to pay for a $35.00 blood test.didn't think $15.00 change was a lot to ask but according to the rude lady at the front desk it is & I was then informed I was lucky they took the $50 bill because most stores would not. Then I was made to wait until 7: 45 am for my blood to be taken even though I informed them twice at the front desk upon paying for my test & handing in my paperwork @ 7: 05 am.only when I went up to ask @ 7: 35 am on how long it was going to be before they were going take me in, because I had to call my boss to let them know how late I was going to be for work. Recommendation to the front desk.take a course in customer service.your behavior towards clients is deplorable.

Poor service - moments before I walked in the online wait time said 6 minutes. Instead it was over 30 minutes. Not acceptable.

The nurse does NOT mess around at the front. Be ready with info or get a verbal beating. Overall good.
