Went to have blood drawn today and while waiting there was a young boy with his mother.the boy seemed to autistic or challenged. His turn was before mine and he was singing the itsy bitsy spider song. I couldn't see what was going on but could hear it.it sounded like he was scared and not wanting to get his done.the lab tech handled the situation amazingly.she did such a wonderful job with the young man.she sang itsy bitsy with him.showed her phone to him. I had a big smile on just listening to her with this scared young guy. Great job if this was you! More caring people like yourself are needed in this world!

Horrible experience every time I've been here. The woman intaking us and taking our blood seems like this is the last place she wants to work and had a hard time finding a vein to take from with my son. Somehow tried to make us feel like it was his fault. Just because you're in healthcare doesn't mean customer service isn't a priority. We will NEVER be going back to this location.

Long wait times. Today I walked in for my appointment booked for early afternoon & was greeted with very unfriendly service from the receptionist at the front. I had an appointment booked for the afternoon and waited 2 hours after my booked appointment time to be seen. Late appointments would walk in late and other appointments kept being pushed back. It seemed very stressful, understaffed and unorganized. I was seen by a lovely doctor that was very sweet and understanding. Though the doctor was friendly, I don’t know if I will be back due to the wait times and unfriendly service from the receptionist.

Need longer hours and more staff. Been here two weekends in a row as I cannot come during the week. In the line at 7: 00 and the wait time was already 93 minutes by 7: 20 and I was not even at the desk yet. No appointments available as per usual. Another private company on the public purse without the staff to meet the demand.

Rude, the people behind the desk wouldn't even make eye contact or say hello. How can you be so rude at not even 8am? I personally don't understand why you work in and industry if you hate it so much that you can't even say "hi" or be helpful whatsoever.

Won't be returning to this location due to the people behind the desk.

If I could rate negative scores I would. This lab doesn’t even deserve one star. This lab is woefully inadequate to serve the growing population in Bradford. Walk ins may wait up to two hours for their tests. Only two stations. Ridiculous. LifeLabs should be ashamed. Reception staff I dealt with on last visit were abrupt and impolite and refused to listen to you. I walked out and found a neighbouring LifeLab in the region. Any other lab is an improvement and worth the extra drive time over the Bradford location.

The place is too small. Way too many people stuffed in one waiting room. I had appointment still waited 20 minutes after pass my appointment time. Walk in wait time is about an hour. If really have to go there, better aim for the first one in the morning.

Literally never on time. I have had appointments 2x/week for the past few months following a procedure. The past 20 or so appointments I’ve never been seen on time. I book my appointments around my work and am constantly late back to my desk because of this clinic. It’s very frustrating because it’s just a blood draw and shouldn’t be a lot to ask. I assumed privatizing blood clinics was supposed to make the process faster? Lol

I had a great experience today at LifeLabs. Lou was so kind and personable. From the moment I came in, she offered a warm greeting and helped me get acquainted. I was a little confused with the process of things but Lou made everything clear and easy to understand. After this experience, I know all my future appointments will be here thanks to Lou!:)

I took my son to have his blood work done. He was very scared. The staff were great. The two ladies made him comfortable and although he was stressed, they were so fast, nice and gentle that he was feeling fine after they started. Then he got a sticker and was very proud of himself. Great staff. Too bad some people come without appointments and force the staff to get in.

I was just there went as walk in for my son's blood work. Staff are so nice and organized. Will make appointments going forward but for a walk in the waiting time was reasonable. THANK YOU!

Horrendous and useless. When you call you often get a robot answer that says were too busy to bother answering and the call will disconnect and then it hangs up. DO BETTER is 2021

Went to drop stool sample 3: 10 pm
No one was there, entry door was unlocked, but other doors were locked
Dropped stool sample next day, i told her the sample is from yesterday, i passed by but no okne was here.
She said she was there, i said no, no one was here, anyway, i don't mind that, I'm telling you that the sample its good for today (the notes on the sample said its good for 2 days.)
She said no comment.
Took the sample and probably threw it into the garbage bin.
It's been over 2 weeks and no report, can't call them because their system disconnects my phone calls due to to busy.
I have to go in person and see but i already have the feeling they don't have the sample anymore.
Danger people, this has to do with our health.

Worst people I went there today at 9: 10 am and the lady at the front told me we are not taking Wilkins any more. What the he'll is that? The closing time they have is 3: 30 pm. Then why they are not taking walking at 9 am. Is this the way they work? Can someone from the tlab dare o reply?

This place is a joke. They are always "short-staffed" here, appointment times mean nothing, they take whoever shows up first instead of what time the appointment is, and their attitudes show they couldn't care less. You're better off going ANYWHERE ELSE, or drawing your own blood!

Lifelabs needs a better process for dealing with local labs. To make an appointment for a regular blood test the wait is 18 days, there are walk in appointments available but it could mean going to the lab and waiting for an hour, is there not some way this wait time could be made available without having to go to the lab.

I had an appointment and my blood was drawn almost immediately after arrival. Prompt and courteous service. Very happy overall.

So I emailed my mom's requisition, to two emails provided by their lifelab customer service. Called them back to confirm email was received, they told me they didn't see it but that the location should search for it as they have access to it. So my mom showed up at her scheduled time and immediately was told they do not offer fax or email service at that location, and that they have no paper for their Fax machine? All bull as i have emailed my requisition several times before since this whole covid started.just some lazy receptionist not willing to search the PC, She was told to reschedule and show up with a printed paper.are we back to the stone age? Is this a way to treat our senoirs?

If you book an appointment, do not do it at this location. I have been waiting 20 minutes while they let in two people with appointments booked AFTER mine AND a walk in. Ridiculous! What is the point of booking if they aren’t following the booking times!?

I brought requsition form for complete baseline bloodwork. The lab nurse was aggressive and indignate to me and others. During a pandemic we have nurses at lifelabs that dont care. Or may be she was having a bad day with me and others. My family doctor said for my blood test the nurse needs to take 5 vials i guess lifelabs is saving at my healths expense by faking my results. I was advised not to go to lifelabs in the future. So its my mistake to coming here but try it yourself and see what your tells you. Yeah trust your guts. Funny company trying makr profits by hurting my healthcare during pandemic.

Extremely disorganized company, be prepared to wait over an hour. I’m sure the wait would be longer but most people that come just leave after seeing the line up. We had to go a second time as they messed up the blood work the first time.

Generally very slow service, today I go for routine blood test but I am informed I can not do without appointment. Now how would I have known?
So now I will not have lab results in time for my specialist. I have used LifeLabs for many years.perhaps if they change protocols they should let their customers know about it because had I known, I could have made an appointment.

VERY ROUGH. SHE HURT MY ARM. The technician who did my blood work was very rough, she hurt my arm when she put the needle in and still missed the vein. While the needle still in my arm she proceeded to "look for the vein" moving the needle in the arm. When I yelled she told me that it was due to "overuse", when I told her my last blood test was a year ago she said "that's why". My arm is very sore and bruised.

It’s 2020 & it’s COVID yet LifeLabs still requires physically passing blood requisition paperwork from your hand to theirs. Why not just use email? Because email has a “2-4 day lead time”. Yes, you read that right.

Staff are so nice and professional there! I have very slippery veins so to speak and it's hard to get the blood from me. However, the ladies working there never had a problem with it. Hit with the 1st try!

WORST PLACE EVER MY WIFE ALMOST WAIT 45 MINUTES AND THEY CLOSE THE DOOR FROM INSIDE SHE WAS THERE FROM 3.15 PM AND CLOSING TIME WAS 4 PM AND THEY CLOSE 45 MINUTES BEFORE I THINK WE ALL SHOULD STOP GOING IN THIS LOCATION

This is by far the best lab I've ever been in. Staff is amazing and they are masters in what they do. They also make you very comfortable and help you overcome a "bloodwork anxiety". Big THANK YOU to Sanda who has never failed to make our visit to the lab fearless and pleasant experience.

The minute I walked into the door, an older lady with grey hair was very unprofessional. Super aggressive and mean. Asked her a simple question and she had the audacity to laugh and throw my health card along with my paperwork on the counter, therefore I left right after that as being there in a span of 5 mins. So unfortunate that I live in Bradford because if I didn’t, I would go elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Horrible English - overall quite rude. I waited 43 minutes for the 800 line to be answered and was told that I only waited 9 minutes. Hung up on me when I disagreed and did not answer my question.

Just came in for bloodwork on a Saturday with no appointment. I have to say, I'm impressed with the service. It is staffed appropriately for the volume that occurs with people needing these services on a Saturday. I came in 1 hour after the time they open, waiting room was full. I left 40 minutes later with my bloodwork complete. Thank you for the quick response time. Very professional staff:)

Overall good service, as Bradford grows it reflects in waiting times. Most of the staff are Very friendly. But remember it only takes one bad apple to spoil the overall Review comments. Try the Online Booking website.it Works.

Have always had a very good experience with this lab and the technicians are great. They make you feel like a human being and not a number. They are friendly, kind and efficient. The wait time is quick.
I go there all the time and this past visit I needed to do a special test that would be sent out of Canada. I was getting the run around from the hospital and did not think I would ever get this test done here in Canada, but I went to life labs in bradford and they were able to help me! A special thank you to Alina and Sandra who worked very hard to make this possible and my request was dealt with professionally and quickly.

Accepts walk in. Friendly staff and fast worker and waiting time is quick compared to others within the region.
