Poor customer service very very rude Receptionist she told up front when I asked how long will it take she was like you want to wait you can or find other lab for your service

Poor wait time management even after having an appointment no proper sitting arrangements I would not recommend anyone

Unbelievably disorganized. I booked an appointment and showed up on time. Still waited almost 30 mins to be taken into the cubicle. The actual blood draw also took forever - they messed up my paperwork and also didn’t tell me one test needed to be paid for until I was already in the chair.

Why book an appointment? They don’t check you in on time. They don’t even acknowledge you have arrived. They have no regard for your time. Horribly managed.

Not like there's a lot of options but I wouldn't recommend this place as booking appointments seem to mean nothing. So far my experience has been you'll get called in late if there are multiple walk ins ahead of you. Parking is paid but that's pretty much the case for every location. Staff seem nice though and results got posted quickly.

Terrible! My doctor recommended to do blood test here, and told me the cost is approximately $25. When I arrived the nurse told me $75, and unclear to explain why so much price increased. At the end there was no actual printed receipt but only hand written one. I was really disappointed.

Worst place ever. When called to ask what is the wait time they told its 12 minutes. I went there checked in and waited for 1 hour and still they didn’t call me and when i asked how long its gonna take at front desk they said 30 more minutes. This is completely not acceptable at all, Such a wastage of time.

This place use to be so quick with polite competent staff. But is now horrible the staff is rude, its clear the font want to do their job, they take 20 min per person, love to argue with the customers. And for someone who had been coming here for over 5 yrs am vert disappointed, and will not be coming back here.

These people are still asking people to wear masks and will discriminate you if you won't wear one.

Unprofessional and undescent people.

Line is always wrapped around the building. Even in winter. Nurses clearly hate their lives and no hustle whatsoever. For being the highest paid privately employed corporate nurses - pretty grouchy. I decided to leave and go to next nearest location where I was served immediately. Don't go here - needs a total makeover.

Went there for my blood work without an appointment.
Staff was very helpful, explained me the whole process gave me few options as well.
Wait time was around 40-60 minutes.

The lady who took my blood was good as well.
I will definitely recommend this location.

Had a great experience doing the Gestational Diabetes test. The receptionist was nice and the technician was great as I have small veins and tend to always be a problem when drawing blood. It was nice I was able to leave the clinic for the hour too.

Friendly and fast service all around from the moment I arrived. The lady at the front desk was nice and so was Amira. She was so kind and professional, we had a great chat that distracted me while she took my blood samples.

I went early as a walk for my urine test. The staff was really nice and friendly. I am new to canada and went back twice to ask questions. The person at counter was really nice and smiling everytime even though I am sure it was frustrating for her.

They lost my blood work. I or my doctors never received results after the blood test was completed

Booked appt a week earlier, when i got there lab closed at 1 pm for staff training.my appt was for 320 no notice given to me.i use a cane NOT HAPPY

BEWARE OF AMIRA! - No free parking
Someone else has already posted a review with the same title. I had a very similar bad experience with Amira. She does not know how to insert the needles properly and needs more training. I hope LifeLabs will get her some training rather than allowing her to experiment on people.
She inserted the needle only half way which caused the blood to flow all over my arm and the chair. She cleaned up and tried the other arm. Once she was done, both insertion points were swollen and red and looked like someone cut slits at the insertion point. I have never experienced any pain or swelling after blood work like this.

BEWARE OF AMIRA
I went today around 9.40 am and there was a lady her name is ''Amira'' beware of her she has no experience, no good manners as she asked me to put my burse outside the room (: this is the first time someone of this lab staff do that behavior), and not following safety and protection instructions since I put a tissues paper on the chair to put my arm on it, but when she get into the room, she took them and put it back into the clean tissues after I used them instead of through them out in the garbage. Then She tried to find my veins in both arms to take the blood sample, but she failed and tried one more time the left arm and pulled little blood and couldn't continue then took the needle off and left me and get out the room and brought other lady to help me.from the first time that lady has experience and knows her job: she was very nice and trained very well. I put 4 stars for this lab and other staff members but for that lady I suppose put 1 *

Professional, clean location. I came by on a Monday afternoon as a walk-in and I was taken in right away, without any delay. The nurse was gentle and kind. Excellent service! Thank you.

Went here for IME blood test.stars for the lady who gave me injection supper sweet.

The women at the front are so full of ego and attitude, they called me and didn't guide me at all or even didn't tell me the way. There unwillingness to help clearly shows.

In our experience, not reliable at all for important medical tests! We delivered two home test results in person to someone on their 1 Centrepoint, Ottawa front counter on June 22,2020.
When questioned as to having no feedback on the test results we were told that they hadn't received the test inputs. How could anyone have any trust whatsoever in this company?

Went in today around 1: 40-1: 45 pm and there was no lineup when I go there but waited a little bit for the staff to finish assisting the people who were already in the back rooms. The staff was fantastic, friendly and competent. Just great customer service and care and it truly put me in a great mood. Clinic was clean. When I left at around 2: 10 there were about 8-9 people waiting inside and 3-4 outside.

Customer service was fine, but this place was really busy. I arrived at 9: 15 AM for my blood test and thought that it was late enough to avoid the rush. But the waiting room was full and I had to wait an hour to get my test. Maybe Fridays are the busiest days?

Previously had no issues but this time they closed before their posted hours. Could hear one of the nurses in back complaining, "no, we are closed" when their sympathetic receptionist went to inquire. Will be using a different lab from now on.

I discovered this place by accident when trying to get blood work done. Amazing and friendly staff and very clean facilities! Which should be an obvious but so many blood clinics are quite run down and nasty. This one is great and the wait time was minimal.

Imposes unecessary bureaucratic hurdles by requiring forms that DynaCare does not. Go to DynaCare.

Friendly staff and comfortable enough facilities made the unpleasantness of a blood and urine test convenient and easy. They added a digital waiting list so you know how long you will need to wait.

Went there for my emedical test for immigration purpose. The lady at the desk denied to do it because I was carrying emedical information sheet only and was asking me the other form. They don’t have the updated information about the online immigration process. She was asking me my physical permit and wanted to copy that. I went for physician and for x ray as well and they just took the information sheet and did their work properly but at this location she was too lazy to find out about new rules. Anyways I went to dynacare and everything was easy as it was supposed to be.

No one likes going to get their blood taken or give whatever samples. So going to a place that is bright, clean, and friendly is important.to me at least. I've been to labs in the past that just make you feel gross. This place is an exception. Clean, fast, friendly, efficient. The kind of place that doesn't make you feel that you have to Purell your hands immediately after leaving. For any future testing, I will only be going back to this one. Thank you.
