Show up 45 minutes before closing and door is locked. Waste of time driving there just to have to go to a different location.

Always fast when I go and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem at this blood clinic.

Doesn't adhere to appointments. First come, first serve. Nice peope, but no concept of time management. Constantly losing appointments.

After checking their website, and seeing that they are "walk-in", I drove the 50+km to their lab. Well, not only they make you wait outside in the cold. After waiting I was told that they are "walk-in" between 7 and 8 am, and that I needed an appointment. Considering my age and the 100+ km round trip, I asked for an exception, and that for my next tests would get an appointment, but to no avail. The bureaucratic mentality prevails. I would give them negative stars if they were available!

I waited half an hour only to find out then that they were fully booked and only appts.would be taken rest of day. I felt sorry for the 8 people waiting outside.uninformed.some who had paid money to park. Appts.should not shut a walk-in clinic from walkins.and people in line should not wait needlessly.tell them the situation

Been using this lab for a few years. Never had a problem. Always quick service (minus the wait time if you walk-in obviously, the web check-in and save my spot is perfect for that) and respectful.

Had to have a bunch of blood tests done so I opted for LifeLabs because normally they're quick and efficient. My doctor uses an app that shares tests results with me, and the app showed one test wasn't done yet. I called what I thought would be the lab, was told by someone who spoke very poor english that either the test wasn't done, or the results hadn't been submitted, and to wait 24 hours for someone to call me back from the lab. Very unprofessional.

I had booked an appointment for this morning. When I got there, the lab was closed. There was a sign that said that they were temporarily closed but would open at 7: 30 this morning weather permitting. The sun was shining, the roads were clear and the parking lot was cleaned. I need this test done in order to receive chemo on Friday.
