This lab will be my preferred location. I do have a lifelab closer to home, but the drive is worth it. The people who work here are amazing! They are very friendly, make you feel comfortable and they know exactly what they are doing. Thank you, for making it painless.
I LOVE this lab and people in it. I’m a regular at this clinic with needing bloodwork every few months. Even before they took down the old building they were great. There are 2 really sweet gentlemen there who are always kind and provide wonderful service. Also a coupe of ladies that have been super helpful. I’ve been to other lifelabs and this one is my go to. I’ve gone several times without an appointment and was seen right away. Strongly recommend this location.
Really nice people work at this LifeLabs. They provided clear explanations and appeared patient even though it was obvious they were very busy. The wait time was better than I expected because we didn't have an appointment.
Unpleasant experience. Went there for my Dad blood work. Two weeks passed by and the Dr received all reports but one. Followed up on call centre asking status on the missing test results and they advise that they have escalated to the location where we took test and the location will contact me in a day. Days passed, no updates. Decided to go this location directly - it took them an hour to figure out the reason. Reason - they missed to mark one of the test from Dr requisition form in their request! Had to take blood again!
Mistakes happen - atleast apologize and show some care and respect for your patients.
I vil suggest please do not go to this location they will only make you to wait Nd wait they don’t even realize how much we are goin through with the pain I have a very bad experience with the receptionist
One of the worst! Very slow.poor management! Waiting at empty reception for 12 min! And I waited another 35 for no reason only my son and another old women waited for no one!
Why isn't anyone pick up the phones? 24/7 call centre and I've tried multiple times and no answer What kind of service? Apart from that I believe my sample has been misplaced, hence why I'm trying to call . Pathetic service
Went for a blood test. The receptionist gave me a hard time when I don't have OHIP or any medical hard card but I have a digital card for Health insurance from my School. I had to screenshot it and sent to the place's email but she kept saying the picture was not clear to read without trying other ways to fix the picture (rotate it). I was so tired that day (having stomach pain). She was rush because she had to go home so she left another guy to deal with me. Finally I was able to have the blood test but the guy took it was so unprofessional. I have known that my vein is small and hard to get but he just injected the needle into my arm right away and tried to adjust it inside. It made the hole very big and my arm was hurt a lot. My arm was livid for more than 2 weeks because of that as well. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Went today for walk in blood work Two men lab technicians at front are very nice and polite They are quick as well Had my blood work done in 10-15 minutes
They pretend to have a call center.but they never answer. What is see is simply not doing their job and pretending that covid means no service and no hirings. Ridiculous so many are making money on this pandemic
It took literally 1 hour to be checked in, and 1.5 hours after my appointment time to be seen by one nurse to draw blood. Absolutely do not go to this life labs.
Over an hour waiting with a scheduled appointment. Down-staffed and very slow work. I had to pay extra for parking with the additional wait time. Staff not friendly and slow.
It's a waste of time; they don't have enough stuff. Also not shaking the vials with the blood right after they're done drawing, that's a sign of poor training. No security camera and nothing to make them feel some sort of repercussion from their management. I will never come back again.
Great service, staff is professional, friendly and patient even when they are busy and there are lots of people there. I usually have issues with bloodwork (can never find my veins!). However they were quick and precise! Just make sure to make an appointment before going in. Might save you some time!
If I could give negative stars, I would! I have a medical mask exemption with medical proof that was shown at the intake. The intake people called ahead and had me wait in the hallway for 40 minutes. A man with dark short hair appeared at the door, refused to take my blood work and said “no one wants you here”, other people in the back ground proceeded to say “yeah, no one wants you here”. I said I would file a human rights complaint and hobbled my pregnant crying self to my car after this rude treatment! This is appalling!
You guys need lots of improvement. There was a lady with walking stick standing and waiting for I don't know how long before I came. Please look at your customers and see if they need help or are confused. I had to get out of the blood draw room stall because another customer was told to come in my room, they had appointment. ️
Such a waste of time. They ask us to book appointment online. And then there is 1 hour waiting. If there is waiting then why would they ask to book appointment. Very less staff and very slow work. Washroom is unhygienic too. I would not recommend this place.
This place is such a waste of time to go. They have lots of steps but nobody would tell you or even if you try to talk to them nobody will acknowledge you. There two of them at the front desk who don’t care about who is coming in and coming out. I know how hard it is working in a service industry, but these people are just working for the namesake. Hope the other customers are treated properly.
I went there yesterday to do my blood work. The staff are very welcoming and they care about the people. Very clean. Ample seating place. Due to the ongoing pandemic of COVID-19, sanitizers as well masks are available before entering the hospital at the entrance which is a very good thing. You can also check in through app. They also tell the live waiting time as well. When I went there on weekday the waiting time was negligible. The lady who took my blood, was very charming and I did not feel any pain as well. I was in and out within 10 minutes.
Very bad service.i wasn’t about to give them any single star for this.better to stay away from this location.very lazy staff.poor service highly NOT recommendable.specially for kids DO NOT go there.
Very nice location, clean office, short wait time, friendly professional staff. I get very anxious when it comes to needles and I didn't feel a thing. Thank you!
Also - a heads up, you can get 1 hr free parking if you choose the first option on the pay machine I forget what it is labelled. There is a sign posted in the lab's office - but sign wasn't very useful as you only see it once you've already parked, paid and gone into the office.
They are in the new medical center now 6th floor very nice office space. Never had any problem since I starting coming here nice curtious staff & best of all you can check your results online for free & they charge you $20 a year if you go across the street to Dynacare that place is a scam what a pleasure it is to go to Lifelabs
