I had a terrible experience at this Branch. One of the staff member wore extremely dirty shoes. That's were supposed to be white, But we're covered in dirt. The front desk staff consistently displayed rudeness creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. There was a significant delay during my blood testing appointment. This issues seems to occur across multiple life lab branches as encounters with their staff have been marked by rudeness and hostility toward customers. It is important for management or ownership within Life Labs to take action and address these ongoing concerns.

If I can give this place a 0 I would of, I came the day before I waited until it was my turn, they called my name finally and they said sorry we can't do your test because is supposed to be before 10am come back tomorrow, so I'm back today at 9am and they the waiting is more than 1 hour, she said find another place or come back another day.the worse place!

Service for blood collection was quick and easy.the key is to arrive early when they open (if you can), otherwise you can expect there to be a line up (+30mins) if you decide to do a walk-in appointment and especially if you go later on in the day.

In my report, they mentioned that only one urine sample was provided, while I actually provided two. How can I trust the lab's results when they can't even organize and handle the samples they receive from patients properly? I am not sure why the government is not auditing these lab procedures. It feels like a waste of taxpayers' money.

Good location. Staff completely crumbles under pressure when the place gets a little full.

Staff very friendly and efficiently helping people. Appt booked and they were on time with little waiting.

There is a middle aged Indian woman who is extremely rude to patients. During my visit she made many patients uncomfortable and a few days later when I called for my results she was being unbelievably mean over the phone for no reason. Try to avoid her if you’re visiting there.

I was there 3days ago to get container for my test and they made a mistake and with 45 min delay find out putted me in a wrong prosses and finally because of my follow up gave me containers with out any instruction.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Went to drop off urine sample before work. The guy on reception asked me to wait in a line for just drop off.

Small place and they are not helping just wasting time, even appointment uou have to wait 30 min never go there

I came today as walk in.guess, I was lucky, because I was the only patient. I was taken very fast and my blood was drawn by Ranjini (I hope I got the name correctly). She was very gentle and friendly, I even didn't feel the poke. My review is based on one visit only, but the visit was comfortable.

Very professional and kind staff! They did a great Job considering how busy it gets around closing time. I recommend getting an appointment beforehand and printing your requisition to save time.

Staff here are helpful, polite and haven't had a bad experience since going here for the last two years. We ate in difficult times and appreciate their help.

I went there as a walk-in. It was fast and easy. The staff are nice and this place is quiet enough as a lab.

The worst lab ever!
After standing outside in 40 degree heat along with another 20 people (including elderly) for over 30 minutes, they called me in to stand inside for another 30 min.
While inside i watched as they all stood around the front desk socializing, talking poorly about their manager and taking personal calls in loud voices completely disregarding all of the patients around them.
At one point the manager called and asked why the online patient list was showing most patients unmarked.well, let me tell you, its because they were all waiting outside for the past 3 hours!

Honestly, I am surprised why I have not heard yet about covid outbreak in this location. Combined with terrible service, not qualified stuff with too strong accent and long waiting time, we are getting a perfect location to get Covid.

I went there for a lab test and everything went extremely bad. They didn’t treat me well. They kept me waiting a lot, though I was pregnant and had a toddler waiting for me with her dad. The person who took the blood sample did the job in a way that the site of it was painful, swollen, and bruised for more than a week. She also was very bad-tempered. The washroom was terribly dirty! I don’t recommend this terrible lab. Go to another lifelabs if you can.

As someone who hates having any blood work done I had an amazing experience with Munira. I faint easily and I need to keep lying down after the fact. She was so kind and understanding about it. I did not feel rushed to leave at all. Not to mention I barely felt it and it was very quick. Over all a very good experience.

They refused to do a blood test without a form that no other blood lab has ever asked for, and no doctor has ever mentioned.
Don't waste your time.

The staff at this location Life Lab are terribly disorganized. Every single patient here was confused and disoriented, because they where unable to provide clear instructions to them. Everything from registration, to taking everyone's blood was all a mess.

I had some routine bloodwork done. There were quick and the person who took my blood was very professional, quick and friendly.

If one lifelabs needs to be shut down i hope it's this one the staff i encountered were the worst.would never go back.

The young woman in charge of the breath test was absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional and potentially stupid; after i breathed, she looked annoyed when she saw vapour in the tube and blamed me for breathing vapour into it.however she did not understand that air would diffuse in a confined space.when the 2nd lady (in glasses and very friendly) checked the tube, she told me the first woman may have not collected enough sample for me. Thankfully the sample turned out adequate but I probably would not go back due to the stupidity of the 1st woman

I saved my spot in this location by the app but what’s the benefit? ! My spot is keep postponing! What a waste of time.

I find them fast and efficient. I also find the nurses drawing blood are usually experienced and well versed. These guys draw blood the most painless and efficient manner. I stick to them after I had a nightmare of a blood draw at another place. The nurses here are older and experienced from what I find. Only used them for blood test so can't comment on other stuff. Used them about 15-20x with no issues.

The lady could not find my veins and she tried it two times! Now after a day, I have a big bruise! Do not do the job if u cannot do it!

Came in and told me the tests need to be done 1 hour apart. Walked out. Went to another LifeLabs location and got them both done at the same time. The staff at this location don't know what they are doing.
