Easy to find, clean office space, friendly enough staff, very quick wait time considering i was a walk in. My only complaint was the individual who administered my blood work. While i didn't have a problem with her directly, she was very rough and ive never had such a painful experience getting blood drawn.

I Had Bloodwork done today. Everyone was very helpful and efficient. Maria was amazing, I didn't even feel the needle.

I came as a walk-in and I was surprised how fast I had my blood test done.
I looked at the LifeLabs app and noticed that the waiting time was about 3 minutes. I went there and was attended to within seconds.
The staff are amazing and efficient.
The lab is very clean.
Look for the entrance with the Life Labs sign.

Efficient and quick.it seemed crowded when I arrived, but I was able to get my blood work done and be on my way in 15 minutes, even though I didn't have an appointment.

Poorly run, extremely slow. The wait time clock started at 31 minutes, after 20 minutes it went up to 41 minutes. Asked if there were any problems, they said no, is simply extremely poorly managed.

5 *STARS* for Fatima my blood tech! Extremely professional and so gentle with the needle that I didn't even feel the slightest pinch! A+

Rated my experience 4 stars overall because though I had an appointment, the location is now open to walk ins and the space is TINY. Wall to wall people in the waiting area and in the HALLWAY! This is not conducive for preventing infection, too many people in a small space.

My visit yesterday was very disappointing to my wife and myself.
My 3 years old son experienced a very painful time while the lab stuff tried hard to find the right vein, after several attempts they left the little boy with blue marks on his arms.
This morning I toke him to the lab on Hurontario with Dundas and the lady there was so expert and professional where she took many blood samples very smoothly in a painless way. My son didn’t cry at all.

Booked online, arrived 10 mins before my appointment. The front desk lady was very pleasant. Got called in within 10 mins and out the door.

Appalling technician. No empathy for the patient, no assistance in helping to get on the table for the scan, or afterwards. Patronizing & uncaring. Practiced a fair bit of "ageism. " Shame on you & your lab.

Went recently to get some blood work done. The lady at front desk was really nice, although when I got my blood work done, I got brushed and had lots of pain afterwards.

This happens all the time when I come here.

I have been here a few times and everytime there is a white bigger girl who is so rude to me and others. She checks in people and never wants to do walk in's. She has no patience and seem mad all the time. However not all of them are like this. Some are very kind and willing to take walk in's

Really good medical laboratory. The technician who took my blood and. ECG was very fast and efficient. Both times I've been here I've received consistent and fast service. They do take COVID protocols seriously so be sure not NOT enter until someone brings you inside. Line up in the hall. Parking is available and it's accessible from the side entrance closest to the parking lot.

Ok- ish. Booked an appointment on line and showed up on time. The person who greeted me had the customer service skills of a fish. While I was waiting, an old guy I’d say @80, on a walking frame turned up. He was a bit early and wasn’t dealt with very well. He clearly had hearing issues and the whole situation could have been resolved by being caring and giving him a seat in the hallway outside. Seemed to be too much effort to do this. Easier to just stand behind your desk shouting progressively louder.
That said, the last two years, everyone working in healthcare has been under immense strain, not to mention the daily risk of exposure. Some of the poor reviews I read are just garbage. Eg: what do you expect when you turn up half an hour early for an appointment? To just be pushed to the front of the line? Ignant! Not a great experience but got the job done I guess.

Workers here are extremely rude and do not have manners.

There was a line up sign outside and I was waiting in line for 15 mins. While waiting I thought of letting them know I wasn’t able to print out my requisition form. Therefore I went in to ask them if they were able to print the form while I wait in line.

The lady at reception scream at me Infront of 3 other people seated and told me to go outside and wait for your turn. She told me “there’s 4 people in the room therefore she will not answer anything until it’s my turn”. I tried telling her nicely that I am on line and I’m waiting for my turn but I just wanted to let them know because if I’m unable to print the form then there’s no point of waiting in line.

The lady did not care and rudely told me to wait outside for my turn and she will not answer any question until then since due to Covid regulations there allows 3 people and me in there makes them 4.

I understand Covid regulations should be taken seriously, however I still don’t feel staff should have the right to scream at people and embarrass them infront of other patients. This was not a “professional” way of dealing with the situations. She should have nicely told me that too and I would have waited for her outside.

Please teach your staff manners to deal with patients nicely and respectfully.

I was hesitant about visiting this place because of the poor reviews but.just like usual, upset reviews don't tell the whole story. I had an appointment, went in and came out in 15 minutes doing 3 different tests. People were professional, place was clean, what more can you ask for? This is a lab where you get your blood test done. Not a hair salon or a car dealership where people will sweet talk to you and be fake friendly to try to sell you something. Do your business and get out. Five stars!

I booked my appointment online to make sure I'll be the first since I suffer from autoimmune conditions and I didn't want to put myself at any risk being around too many people at the same time. They had 4 people ahead of me although my appointment was at 8: 15 on Saturday. They were short on stuff and it took they want to long to get a simple blood test.

To be honest, I have been so disappointed in Lifelabs since finding out my personal information was compromised when someone hacked into their computer system. Ever since this breech of confidentiality - I have so many spam phone calls and emails. It is so frustrating and causes me great anxiety. My biggest fear is someone stealing my identity and putting me in a bad situation. We live in a world full of criminals and Lifelabs should have safe guarded all of their clients personal information. We all know the troubles with technology and all companies who gather our personal information, especially a lab, should be doing everything they need to in order to protect your privacy and information.

I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10: 25 am. I get there at 9: 50am to check in. They give me a hard time at the front desk saying I need to come back at exactly the time. I ask if I could just wait outside the door there are only 2 people in front of me. She told me she would have to take walk ins if they came between 940 and 10: 25. Then one of the people doing the blood tests behind her. A woman started yelling “everybody says the same thing go wait somewhere and leave” I then got really angry as I had been fasting for 12 hours and waiting for 2 weeks and they were gonna take walk ins over me. I said give me my blood test requisition I’m going somewhere else. The people at this location have no social skills, barely speak English, are rude, and I’m afraid they are going to stab me with the needle. I recommend going somewhere else this was a terrible experience for me.

First time visiting was perfect everyone was so sweet. Second time a chubby, short, white female came out to assist people in line. Asked me why I didn’t label my lab work i told her I wasn’t asked to. She responded with an attitude saying “i know my coworkers they never forget to remind patients to label their lab work”. I told her their not robots theyre humans and she forgot not me. I wasn’t told write my information in any of the lab work. She wouldn’t accept the mistake the of her coworkers and continued to argue. Hahahaha pathetic like I MUST be the one that forgot it cant be the other way around!

No one cares about people's conditions.appointments are fully booked for at least one week ahead and the don't take you as walk ins (only if they feel like it). Horrible way of dealing with people and not accommodating the sick.shame on you and on the medical system that allows for such poor "regulated" practices.

For your staff to tell an elderly individual who does not have a computer or mobile phone that "It's their problem" for not being able to book a now required online appointment to take blood is horrific.

Shame on your staff, the government & the way this world is moving.

Yesterday was my second and pretty sure my last time visiting this location, the staff is very disrespectful, treating customers like if we are asking for favors or free stuff.no good morning no May I help you? , just Have an appointment? With a very high tone of voice, made me felt like if I were a child, and that happened to me in each visit I did

The staff were lovely and dealing with an overwhelming amount of rude and complaining folks, I commend the way they dealt with that. However, I had blood taken a week ago and the woman who took my blood was incredibly aggressive with my arm and I've been left with bruising that has persisted and created a lot of discomfort in my arm for over 7days now. I've had blood taken many times before and I have never bruised like this. I feel as though she rushed with me and didn't take proper care and I won't be going to this location again.

Faster than Argus location who had one employee registering and performing services today. Keep getting bumped by people who booked appointment. Don’t believe the estimated wait time on screen. 14 minutes went by and my estimated time went down by 4 minutes. You’re definitely better off booking appointment.

Went in for specific blood tests (out of pocket) waited 35min to than be told they couldnt complete all the required work requested. (A long wait on a callback from "the boss" to see if they could get a go ahead) then once everything was complete the manager turned to the other people waiting to apologize for the lengthy normal than usual wait as a difficult test had to be completed. Really? Difficult? So its a big inconvenience to service a request. Very rude! If it weren't for our health concerns, you wouldn't be employed! You work for us! I had to run over to another lab company to finish my testing. Dont waste your time with this place. Terrible! Poor mamgement!

I took my two young daughters here today. One of them petrified. The women who got the job done were on point. Patient, super pleasant, happy, lovely, professional and knew what to do to get it done. Really impressed. I did not think it would happen. Thank you very much. Wish I had your names.

Lightning fast service and great customer service. Very friendly. Do yourself a favor and go online and do the online check in. When I walked in my name came up before I even made it to front desk. 10 minutes later I’m walking out of there. It was 10am so probably best time to go but they even have expected wait times on the website and on a large screen when you walk in.

I had a great experience today at this clinic. There were almost no waiting when I arrived around 8 am perhaps because of snowing. Kristen was a very skilled nurse. I almost didn't feel any pain when she drew my blood. She was very patient and helpful with my another test as well. She transferred my coat from a cubicle to the room, explained to me multiple times as I had difficulty to understand the testing instructions, and found my phone in my jacket when my alarm went on while I was being examined. With all of this inconveniences caused by me, she was very polite and pleasant the whole time. Thank you very much Kristen. I hope I spell you name correctly here.
