I would recommend anyone to go to this physiotherapy centre. The receptionists are very professional in person and on the phone. The centre is clean and organized. The staff is always friendly.
Louisa really helped with my mom's vestibular issue affecting her balance. She is a life saver!

We saw Louisa when my son was 2 months old for his torticollis. She was so incredibly helpful and kind! She was very patient and taught us how to play with our baby in a way that would help support normal milestone development and improve torticollis. We saw a huge improvement right away and his issue is now completely resolved. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone interested.

Very good massage, hands on from the therapist, very comfortable. Explanations with use of bone models making understanding very easy. Home exercises realistic and easy, fitting into my personal busy life style. Over all, the pain has reduced and I feel good with this theraly experience. Would recommend to everyone.

Visited Lifemark Church Street following Tommy John surgery (twice) and hip replacement surgery. Louisa and her team were outstanding. They helped me get back to 100% sooner than I would have ever thought possible. They were knowledgeable and reassuring during each step of my recovery. James Koo was amazing and I've never had a better physiotherapist. He explained everything that was going on after my knee replacement. He was kind and compassionate.
Soumya Menon was very good and kept me on track with my excersizes and told me what they do to help with recovery. She was kind and encouraged me along.

After 2 total hip replacements within 5 weeks, Louisa at Lifemark’s 377 Church St location was phenomenal! I would definitely recommend her for your future therapy session. Thank Louisa!

Was trying to book the appointment for Physiotherapy and seems like this company doesnt have any standards and are totally disconnected. Call center booked the appointment and quoted $130 at one location and $140 at another location for initial assessment.also quoted $100 for subsequent treatment where as the the local office increased the price and mentioned $115 for same service. Sadly.seems like these guys are up for quick money

I had the pleasure of attending Lifemark for a few sessions, very clean office. I had physio with Lawrence and he was great, and a massage with Fion, she was amazing!

In my experience, this clinic is clean and the staffs are welcoming. The therapists are very knowledgeable and took the time to liste to my concerns. I've seen significant improvement in my condition after treatment.

I have gone to this location for the passed 3 months and eveytime I come they remembered my name and are always very kind.

The clinic is clean and ready to go. I alway see the staff cleaning the equipment once a patient has used it.

The therapists are very encouraging when there's a task that's being requested and they are also very patience with me when I wasn't able to complete what was being asked.

I definitely would recommend lifemark to my family and friends if they should need any therpy

I recently completed a regimen of 8 physiotherapy sessions at Lifemark Physiotherapy in Markham. Mannon was the physiotherapist who treated me and he worked closely with kinesthesologist Jonathan. Both of these individuals were great to deal with and helped me address injuries to my wrist and knee that I sustained in a fall. From experiencing a lot of pain before my first physio session I am now virtually pain free. Eureka! Mannon and Jonathan were always on time and provided hands on treatment and ongoing encouragement that really helped me. Thanks guys - you are the best! Paul

I have attended Lifemark Physiotherapy at, 377 Church Street since my total knee replacement rehabilitation in Nov. 2022.
Having had multiple surgeries in the past and a strong familiarity with physiotherapy treatments I can honestly say that Lawrence Tsang has provided absolutely excellent care. He is knowledgeable, meticulous and has a compassionate bedside manner. His approach and encouragement have made all the difference in my recovery.
