I have been seeing Jignesh for the past month and a half for an injury to my shoulder. The treatment plan and exercises Jignesh has conducted are assisting in relieving the pain to the shoulder and assisting in my recovery. He is always very welcoming at each visit and genuinely concerned about the recovery process. The staff in the front office are always a pleasure to deal with as well.

I have only had great treatments from Carlie and keep coming back for help when I need it. She is able to help me understand my injury and what are the best practices to recover. Would recommend her to anyone who needs help.

I was struck by a vehicle while riding my motorcycle a few years ago. The accident resulted in issues with my shoulder, back, and knee. Monica and the team at Lifemark were the only ones in the medical field that took my injuries seriously, and have helped me make big strides on the road to recovery. Without Monica and her written recommendation, I would not have received a shoulder surgery. The receptionists and the entire physio team are incredibly friendly and I look forward to my appointments.

After a shoulder injury I was given the contact info for lifemark by my doctor’s office. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the lifemark team. My therapist was Farah Mawani. Farah was truly excellent! Her knowledge and compassion in regards to my injury was very impressive. She worked with me on my recovery for about 3 months. During that time she got me on a program that really targeted the muscle groups affected and helped me regain strength and use of my shoulder with great success. This organization illustrates exceptional professionalism, knowledge and understanding. My experience post knee replacement was the best ever. Farrar and Cameron were caring and persistent while constantly challenging me. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. Key components was the ability and respect for people’s time- worked like a fine oiled machine. Secondly all home exercises could be done with your everyday equipment at home so need to buy equipment.
