This centre is a joke. They can't keep employees and your paper work for insurance will get lost. I spoke with the director and she said "it's not my problem"

Ryan has been amazing with my care and exercises since my accident.
He really knows his stuff, and I genuinely feel better after our sessions.

He's very friendly and very knowledgeable.
Kyle at reception is polite and funny and is always chatty.

The people there are amazing and patient. All they want is for you to get better. If I ever need future physio I am no doubt coming back

Walked in and reception was amazing and welcoming. The massage was great! 10 out of 10! Sean is talented, knowledgeable and this is the first time after a massage, I felt relieve from chronic issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a focused, on point registered massage therapist that will help with what is going on and really knows what he's doing.

My recent experience with Lifemark Physio Kingston was very professional, from the day before email reminder for each appointment, to the welcome upon arrival, ending with treatments for my hip issues by Shiv. Shiv listened to each of my pains or troublesome areas, then addressed them confidently each visit,
I was never felt rushed and was carefully advised, as one would expect on a Physio visit. Much appreciated!

On Dec. 6, I spoke to the woman in intake who transferred me to reception to schedule an appointment. I left a detailed message, they say they will return phone calls within 24/48 hrs.they don't, they never returned my call to setup an evaluation. Lifemark Physiotherapy is losing money and clients because the office staff don't care.
I spoke to Kathryn, scheduled an evaluation and we're moving forward with consistent appointments. Thank you for taking the time to resolve the problem.

I was so pleased with Shiv and the service he provided. He really took the time to listen and try to help with my injury. All of the recommendations he suggested helped and I feel much better now due to his knowledge and compassion!

I would highly recommend Lifemark Kingston. After being involved in a MVA, I was referred to Lifemark by my auto insurance adjuster for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and massage therapy. During my time I had the pleasure of being seen by Kathryn Dunikowski, Rachel Avery, Sean Dunikowski, and Sebastien Dance as my treatment team. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient with my recovery process. At first, I was quite nervous about my recovery and its impact on my life - but with their support, I felt confident. They always listened to my needs and met me where I was at. I cannot thank them enough - I can only say great things about them all!

I watched as they took exceptional care of my brother's injuries and saw what a difference it made during a difficult time. Never took notice to LifeMark prior to an MVA. They have been superbly friendly and helpful during an arduous recovery.

I am currently back for my 4 time, with Lifemark and I honestly could not find a better team of people to work with. I have been seeing Lifemark since October 2017 on and off for various reasons and they honestly do tremendous work with injuries and pain therapy. I highly recommended calling or coming in to speak with someone, Lifemark does an amazing job at working with OHIP funded physiotherapy. I know that I will continue to work with Lifemark in the future when needed. Highly recommend. Fantastic environment, staff and treatment.

I have been receiving treatment from two different Lifemark locations over the past year following a MVI. I started my treatment at a Mississauga location over the summer, and am currently reciecing treatment in Kingston. I found transitioning to the Kingston location very beneficial over the previous treatment I was receiving.

The staff and services here are far more involved with and dedicated towards maintaining a positive environment at the clinic, as well as ensuring the various needs/concerns of all patients are heard and met.

Extremely helpful and understanding of situations, I have been with them for months and have nothing but positive experiences.

They make you feel included in the plan to recovery! They certainly appreciate each and every client!

Catie helps and tries to take care of all your needs.paperwork is incredible, organized etc. If she does not have the answers she tries to find it for you. Very thankful for her. The staff really work with you. Sean, Sebastien, Tyler all all very educated and experienced in what they do. Emily is the sweetest and very empathetic. Highly recommend this 1 stop facility.
