Just finished a great treatment plan with my physiotherapist Vihita and kinesiologists Vaseem and Matthew. The team has certainly helped to accelerate my recovery from knee replacement surgery. They’ve kept me on track with the exercise program to strengthen my leg and increase flexibility with the new knee. Thanks for guiding me back to pain free activity!

My first experience with physiotherapy, and first time going regularly to a massage therapist. I have been dealing with neck and back pain for over a year now, but feel a real difference since beginning physiotherapy and after each massage.
I highly recommend both Shane (physiotherapy) and Joanna (massage). They both are knowledgeable, so compassionate and very friendly, making the experience comfortable and pleasant. Shane answers my (many) questions, offers great advice and alternatives that help me stick to my exercise/stretching regime, and Joanna truly works magic during our sessions.
The staff at the front desk are also very pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to try and accommodate your needs. I will keep coming here for as long as I require treatment. Thank you!

I've been seeing Matthew Spina for the past year. First was for physiotherapy pre-surgery and now post surgery for a knee replacement. I also see Xuan Tan for kinesiology in conjunction with the bundled care sessions. I highly recommend both Matthew and Xuan.

Was sent here after a car accident for rehabilitation physio therapy and everyone was incredible. I will continue to come for massage work for the foreseeable future!

I have had quite a few physical therapists for multiple injuries over the years and I can confidently say that Dhruvita Pandya is the best physical therapist I've ever had.

Dhruvita explains what she's doing while she's working on my problem areas, in a very easy to understand way. So not only do I leave feeling better, she arms me with the knowledge I need to live my life with less pain.

I will 100% go back to Dhruvita when my pain becomes a little too much for me to deal with on my own, but in the meantime, she has given me the tools I need to manage it on my own.

I saw Mona about my knee and hip. When I went in, I was in a lot of pain and had trouble walking and sleeping. She worked with me for a while and now I walk with little to no pain and can sleep with no paid. She explained what was going on and gave me exercises to do and it is increasing my muscles to alleviate the pain.

Mona is courteous, professional and a knowledgeable Physiotherapist. I highly recommend Mona to my family and friends. I miss not seeing her each week.

Best experience of my life. I would highly recommend to family and friends who require physio or massage therapy. Matthew Spina was absolutely fantastic and put my best interests first. After a terrible MVA, I was contacted by Lifemark within 24 to 48 hours to come in for immediate treatment. If I could give a 20 star review I absolutely would no questions asked. I feel 100 percent better than in March of this year. Ian is a fantastic massage therapist. Thanks again for all of your help

Jacob is the worst physiotherapists. Incompetent, inappropriate, talks bad about his colleagues and no drive.my husband had a terrible session with him and he is a physio so he knows whats expected. So many better quality clinics and therapists out there.

I injured my back at work and I was lucky enough that WSIB covered physio and kinesiology, which I was extremely grateful for. My physio therapist was amazing, and respectful he really helped with my recovery. My kinesiologist was also amazing, she pushed me but not to hard, she was professional and and respectful and friendly, I highly recommend lifemark physiotherapy to anyone. I know it sounds like a cliche and had thank you numerous times but when I had my car accident I was resigned to the fact that pain will be my companion for life. You changed that. You provided me with tools that I could pick from my baskets whenever I experience pain. The exercises and the take home reminders including the guided imagery video to help with stress, anxiety and improve sleep. You treat your patients as a whole not just a sum of parts. I have been attending regular physio therapy sessions with Gillian since my MVA in July 2019. The office staff have been extremely helpful in this whole process and with the required ongoing care. Gillian is a great physio therapist, she is always pushing me to get stronger and challenge myself. Gillian is open and honest with my care as well as my treatment plan and is very personable. Will continue ongoing care and treatment with this clinic! Highly suggest this team of incredible professionals! Great work team!

This clinic is totally amazing from the time you enter the office, the front office staff are welcoming, compassionate and would do anything they can to help you, I started my experience in March 2018 after a auto accident and finished in July of 2019.
The team who helped me were Sanchita, who I cant speak highly enough about, there wasn't anything she wdnt do to help. Amazing Physiotherapist. Special thanks to Treena and Nathan they both helped me immensely and Joanna my Massage therapist, a better therapist could never be found, she is also the very best.
I would recommend this location to anyone. They are the very best team you could ever find. I feel very fortunate to have been cared for by such a great team. Thank you to each and every one, I will never be able to say thank you enough.

My first visit to Lifemark was several years ago for a recurrent back injury. Since that visit, I have had treatment for a variety of issues including a new diagnosis of osteoarthritis. The team at Lifemark is fantastic, from reception to treatment. I can’t say enough about Shane and the kinesiologists. Joanna is one of the best RMTs I’ve met. She is professional yet friendly and she knows her stuff. She specializes in some awesome techniques including lymphatic drainage which was a god send after the birth of my son. I would highly recommend booking with her.

I was first referred to Lifemark (Whitby location) a few years ago for pelvic health therapy. Since then, not only have been blessed by the then therapist who helped me tremendously, but I sought regular physio therapy for work related overuse injuries of the back and neck, as well as massage therapy. What a difference the Lifemark team made for me! All their therapists have been remarkable! Joanna my massage therapist is incredibly professional and very gifted I continue to see Joanna because she is absolutely amazing. Together we have explored rehabilitative massage, relaxation massage and lymphatic massage. Joanna knows her stuff! I have worked with RMT’s all over Canada and Joanna’s technique is spot on. If I could see her every week, I would. Can’t recommend her enough!

Awesome therapists work at this clinic. They are very good at their jobs. Attention to detail is unparrellel. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have had nothing but the best of care at the Brock & Dundas Lifemark location in Whitby. Over the years I have had professional help in recovering from a variety of injuries such as: a torn ACL in my right knee; a frozen right hip joint; another time a torn supraspinatus in my right shoulder; last winter a partial dislocation of my left shoulder and just this summer it was for bursitis as well as a domino effect of pain in my left groin, hip and knee. Each time I went in with limited range of movement and a high degree of pain in the affected area. At times I thought there was no way I would ever come back to being able to carry on with normal activities again, but with the help of the physiotherapists, kinesiologists and massage therapists at Lifemark I have fully recovered each time. I would definitely recommend this friendly group of professionals.

I have been going to Lifemark over the years for various injuries and have been impressed with the compassionate and professional way that they treat their clients. My latest treatment was for a minor motor vehicle accident. The way the office helped me through the mountain of paperwork from the insurance company was impressive. Shane was my physiotherapist, Johanna was a marvelous massage therapist. I appreciated the way that Nathan assisted, they all work together to make a fantastic team.

I have only been attending Lifemark for a short time to help with a back injury and I am impressed with the compassion and professional treatment I received. Shane, Trenna and Nathaniel have been supportive and very helpful. I am motivated to go to my appointments because with their skills I am seeing results. It will be a slow process but I know with time and their positive attitudes I am on the road to recovery.

Shane and Nathan are amazing. When I started physio I couldn't lift my arm and was in a lot of pain. After a few months working with Shane I started getting some mobility back in my arm and now I'm 100% better. I truly appreciated their patience with me. Both Shane and Nathan have a great sense of humour and made my visits entertaining.

Abbi has been fantastic. After struggling with a forearm strain for 3-4 months that limited my ability in the gym, I made the right decision to begin physiotherapy. I experienced instant results and within 3-4 weeks I was back to 100% pain free. Abbi is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her and Lifemark Whitby.

Super great, casual atmosphere without feeling unprofessional. Going there feels like getting advice from a friend for your problem except said friend is a medical professional who can figure out exactly what your issue is. Highly recommend.
