Lifemark Physiotherapy Carlingwood Mall

I had a recent car accident in April 2023 and suffered a concussion, whiplass and other minor injuries.
Nicole Terrier is an excellent physiotherapist and takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains them so you can understand your injury while also encouraging you to be an active member in your recovery.
Devin is an amazing kinesiologist with great knowledge of exercises and proper mechanics ensuring no risk to re-injury and confidence in what you’re doing!
I left the clinic healthier, stronger and happier than before the accident and would highly recommend them both to anyone! The admin staff were very supportive and helpful when completing the paperwork behind the scenes assisting with a stress free experience. Truly cannot thank them enough!

Lifemark ought to be the benchmark for physical therapist practice everywhere. The people at LifeMark are absolutely incredible. I'm so grateful for the whole team at Lifemark. The location I go to (Carlingwood mall) they are all absolutely wonderful, kind, generous, patient, and caring. I can't say enough positive things about the people at this Lifemark! These people are the best physiotherapist/Kin in the city, and they've helped me and continue to help me. If money were no object I would be there everyday. The atmosphere is calm and exciting all at the same time. If one works the program the program works! I recommend to everyone I know that they ought to go there for there physical therapy and Kin. I have never had such a good occupational therapist as Chris Dorcas or Christina Dorcas I wouldn't trade her in for anyone else! She's very personable and even though it is her job to come here to help me I consider her a very good friend. I have never been given so much help by anyone else that she gave me.

I have done physiotherapy at other places for ongoing nerve damage with very limited results. Anne was able to develop a full care plan including physiotherapy with her, occupational therapy (Virginia and Tracey are amazing) kinesiology (Kevin also amazing) and massage (and you guessed it both Jane and Mark are amazing).

I have lessened the numbness and regained strength, both things I had given up on. So lucky to have found them.

Also need to mention Lori and Chantal at the front. They have been just as big a part of the care and made sure everything worked for me time wise.

My daughter had a severe calf injury and worked with Nicole to get it back to 1000%. What we liked most is Nicole was very hands on and provided the necessary tools to recover. We would highly recommend this clinic.

They are very nice but I have discovered that there was so much more they were supposed to do for me but didn't. I wouldn't recommend them for Physio.

Anne really took the time and care to diagnose and treat my neck and shoulder condition. Would definitely recommend seeing her. Thanks Anne!

I have nothing but grate things to say about this clinic I have worked with Chris, Jen, Kevin, Julia, Jain and Liesel and they are all wonderful they’re very accommodating and all work together to make sure I am not duplicating treatment and working on all aspects to get me better. I go in to the clinic 2 times a week for the past 5 months and each time its like being treated like family. Chantal is always at the front desk and is a joy to talk to when waiting for your appointment. I don’t event live close to this clinic but if you want the best care this is the place for you, I would never even think about changing to something closer they’re worth the drive!

I just finished six sessions of physiotherapy for a hip/lower back problem over a six-week period at this Lifemark location (March/April 2019). I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this clinic to anyone needing this type of professional treatment. Service was prompt, professional, courteous, well-explained and, best of all, it fixed my problem. Book yourself in. You won't be disappointed.

I really recommend this location for physio needs. I came here for minor inguinal hernia treatment and Lauren Morley helped resolve the issue. She was patient, courteous and communicated at ever step of the treatment. This place deserves a 5 star. The front staff is also really nice.

I experienced a brain injury almost 4 years ago and have been seeing Chris Dorcas throughout my recovery. Her knowledge of post concussion syndrome and her support for me throughout this highly challenging time in my life has been invaluable. My appointments with Chris have been one of the bright lights that have kept me going and I will be forever grateful for her support.

I was assessed and provided with exercises all in one day. The exercises helped me recover quickly. I had 2 follow-up appointments and improved greatly in a short period of time.
