I broke my wrist back in March and started seeing Eimen in June. She worked with me consistently while also being very friendly and sensitive to my situation. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything she is doing and always checks with you first before doing anything. Highly recommend her for your phsyio.

I sprained my ankle after a rock climbing accident. I worked with Eimen for a couple of months and I’ve regained my mobility and strength. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and created a thorough plan that would help me progress in my healing. I highly recommend her!

After my car accident, I got to see Eimen for my lower and neck pain. She’s very thorough, checks in on you, very personable, professional and very kind. She has helped with my improvement on my neck and lower back drastically. She’s amazing at what she does, I highly recommend asking for her.

Came here after a car accident and have only good things to say. Made everything so easy for me, handling insurance directly and all the paperwork so all I had to do was show up. All therapists and receptionists are very helpful and knowledgeable and answer any questions you have.

I had a great experience with Amara (OT), Joanne (PT) and Andrea (Kinesiolgist) as they helped me recover from my medical treatment and return to work. Amara was very kind and helpful in setting functional goals and gave me a lot of great information and strategies on energy conservation. Joanne and Andrea were wonderful in listening to my needs and tailoring treatment plans accordingly. They all were very supportive and encouraging.

Very very rude staff. Communication skills are zero and have no clue how to carry on the conversation. Stay away from this place.

Christian is specialized in dry needling treatment, an effective pain relief treatment popular in Vancouver but not too many physio therapists offer it in Toronto. My injured shoulder felt much butter and mobility was greatly improved after a few sessions with Christian. Not only the treatment was effective but Christian has excellent bedside manner. He always took time to listen and explained what he was about to do before applying any treatment on me. Also, the clinic location is convenient with ample parking, and staff are very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend Christian and the Lifemark City Centre clinic.

Very friendly staff from the physios to the administrators. My mother comes here and she is always raving about how helpful everyone is. Wanted to give a special shout-out to the girls at reception who are always so kind, friendly and patient.

I experienced severe shoulder pain and stiffness and was diagnosed with left rotator cuff tendinitis. I visited Ms. Amy Pogue of Lifemark City Centre and underwent physiotherapy treatments. She is friendly, caring, patient and professional. Now, I am pain free and have regained most of my shoulder mobility. I would recommend anyone is not satisfy their current physiotherapist or with similar problems to consult with Ms. Pogue.

I got into a car accident last March and was at a different clinic. I was discouraged until I started coming into Lifemark city centre and seen the physiotherapists Christian and Amy! They are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Amy then recommended I see Andrea for my strengthening exercises and with the combo of both; I am seeing and feeling results, major progress! The staff at this clinic go above and beyond. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I booked appointment over the web and sent a confirmation. On the day of my appointment, the clinic was closed. There was no forwarding message. There was no prior cancellation sent out to me. I have concussion injury and as a result I am disabled on a temporary basis. I literally had to waste $50 in Uber to go back and forth from the clinic which could had been prevented.

Both me and my wife Dragana have been visiting this clinic for a few months now due to health issues caused by our many years in IT and have been receiving excellent service every time from Joanne Mulligan and her colleagues. They do their best to fully understand your problem, massage, advice, while providing appropriate exercises for both of us to do at home. With Joanne's guidance and supervision, we are really looking forward to improving our health. Thank you all.

Joanne & Amy are amazing to work with. It's been such a pleasure receiving treatment from Lifemark! I enjoy spending my time each week to come in and learn so many versatile movements that I did not know my body would be able to achieve ever again after my car accident. Amy provides great advice for me as I work from home so working on my posture is one thing that she is showing me how to work on. Overall I've had a positive experience, especially since it is so convenient and in the heart of Mississauga. It really is a community at Lifemark and that is what I appreciate the most. Everyone is really hardworking and it shows.

I went to Joanne because I had vertigo and it caused my balance to go off. Joanne was great at helping me with my balance. She has immense patience when waiting for me to grasp the exercises that she is training me for. She is always polite and friendly and has helped me overcome my balance issues. I had a great experience with physiotherapist Dr. Patel and their staff. I was hopeless with my terrible wrist Tendonitis pain. But his treatments and exercises helped me alot.

Their must be some more persons to look after patients of Physio, as they have more patients in one time for same Physio carrying person. If not referred by insurance person, I would not be their. Regards

Thanks to his team, as he was very helpful in treating my Shoulder at earliest which was really in a bad condition, i could lift my hand, and now after couple of sections and exercise I can move, lift weight, drive car and very important remove my T shirt by myself.lol! Lifemark has played a significant role towards my rehabilitation after my MVA in 2017. Christian is a very knowledgeable, patient and astute physiotherapist. He has always gone the extra mile for my recovery process. The staff is incredibly accommodating and polite. I've always recommended this location to family and friends for their therapy/rehab needs.

Super friendly and efficient staff at this location. Priya & Aiden {my therapists} provide me with very personalized, compassionate and effective treatments. I also appreciate their understanding and flexibility in accommodating me. However the equipment at the clinic seems quite out dated.

The place is very clean, tidy and welcoming. The receptionist Tisha sets a very warm and inviting tone right off the bat as soon as you enter the premises. My experience has been very good and I consulted with Christian and he was extremely experienced and highly knowledgeable in the area. He has very versatile treatment options from physiotherapy, acupuncture and more. He also gave me few dry needling sessions which helped me a lot with my shoulder and I am feeling good now. I also had couple of sessions during pandamic Covid 19 and I was very pleased to see all the guidelines set by the province were strictly followed ensuring safe and effective treatment. I am so shocked that a reputable treatment business operates this way! I booked an hour massage and arrived early. I was allowed to enter at 2: 58, when I went upstairs I was greeted by the receptionist. I then went into the room with my massage therapist. He couldn’t get his computer working and couldn’t locate my name for about 10 minutes. Finally at 3: 15, he told me that my appointment wouldn’t actually be for an hour. I said well I’m paying for 60 minutes so that is how long the hands on treatment should be. He said the 60 minute includes assessment (20+ minutes?) and sanitization. Why am I paying for a clinic to keep sterile during a pandemic? They let me know I could have a 45 minute massage, which is not what I booked for. Any other place asks you to fill out a form upon arrival, and then your treatment begins. Slow technology should not be the fault of a paying client. I decided to leave and forfit my appointment as I was so disappointed and uncomfortable! I have never been to a massage treatment where the intake conversation took longer than 5 minutes and took time out of your appointment. What a waste of 30 minutes! So disappointing. Please speak to your staff so they can properly inform clients of the process before they come to your establishment.

Excellent service at this location, very welcoming and positive receptionist named Tesha. Hong is a great massage therapist that is good at targeting the areas that need the most work. Priya is a very knowledgeable physiotherapist to help in my progress to heal. Always offering very practical suggestions on how to locate the issues and how to correct them. She teaches me certain exercises and movements that work to help me get better.

Went in with my acute neck pain. Great customer service. My therapist Christian was very thorough with the assessment. He explained the problem to me in a way I could understand and the treatment he provided worked very well for me. In 3 visits my neck pain is gone and feels back to normal.

Knowledgeable & friendly professionals. My PT Priya took notes & took time to understand my issue. She also provided practical exercises that I can do at home. It took her only few sessions to correct my issue. Overall great experience.

I have visited this Lifemark location a number of times during the past decade due to recurring SI joint problems. I always found the staff to be very professional, helpful and friendly. At this time I have an issue with my shoulder and rotator cuff. I could not have a better physiotherapist than Priya, she is looking after me at this time. Her understanding and knowledge is outstanding, and within one month I have experienced a noticeable improvement. I also have to give credit to Tisha, the receptionist, her cheerful manner certainly adds to the overall positive experience at the City Centre location.

I was referred to Lifemark City Centre by my car insurance provider post MVA. I had severe neck/ shoulder pain from the whiplash. I worked with Christian the Physiotherapist, who is the best. He took utmost care of me. Very patient, listens to your concerns and provide relevant and excellent treatment. All the other staff at this centre are friendly and genuinely care about your well being. Christian is knowledgeable and experienced professional. We have been working together since June 2019 and I am fully recovered, all thanks to Lifemark!

I started working with the physiotherapist at Lifemark in February 2019 while recovering from a shoulder injury. Christian has been wonderful in helping my shoulder heal. His approach to changing up treatments and targeting exercises has been instrumental in my recovery process. I am now at a point in my recovery where I can confidently get back into my workout routine without having to worry about hurting myself again. Highly recommend Lifemark.

Joanna and staff literally helped me get back on my feet after I dislocated my knee cap. I felt I had very little mobility but did all the exercises and made appointments every week. Before I knew it I was back to myself. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was referred to Lifemark City Centre due to a long term injury/issue and I truly did not think my pain would ever improve. I have worked with numerous treatment providers over the years and can honestly say Christian is by far the best treatment provider I have worked with. We have been working together since June 2019 and I have noticed improvements and a decrease in my overall daily pain. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. If you are lucky enough to get Ms. Mira Miskovic as your therapist then you will recover. I have been her Patient 6 or more times over the years and each time I was back to work quickly or just recovered nicely while at work. I have endured numerous injuries over 47 of my 58 Years and although the surgeries will always give me pain, Ms. Miskovic has always given me the exercises and discipline it takes to recover. She is a very Humble but social-able Lady who is always polite and cheery. We in pain are not so Happy but she understands that aspect of care giving when recovering. The entire staff are very nice and take good care of the clients they serve.

I’ve been trying to recover from a concussion for over a year now and have been going to Lifemark for about 4 months. I’ve been fortunate enough to have Ryan as my therapist. He’s helped me set and reach many of my goals and has often gone above and beyond to help me in my situation as well as accommodate my light and sound sensitivities. The rest of the staff have also been extremely kind and encouraging throughout my experience, especially Quinlan at the front desk. Thank you to everyone working there for contributing to my ongoing recovery.

I've been going Lifemark since mid December 2018 till the present. I'm doing back to work physio 2X/week, I've lost 13 pounds without a diet. I had a knee injury and have been off work for almost 4 years. So my initial appointments were difficult, tired have sore muscles and frequent muscle cramps. Presently I can do a squat without holding, do stairs, household duties and knee down for more than 8 minutes. I would like to thank Quinlan for being tough but sweet, encouraging, knowledgeable and being great at her job. I would also like to thank Joanne for getting me back to work, her dedication, knowledge and experience speak for themselves. All the other staff are friendly and on the job. Special shout out to the receptionist, T, always so friendly and has great people skills. I'm going to continue with my weekly visit and will definitely recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy City Centre to all my family friends and co-workers.
