Staff are very knowledgeable especially their physiotherapists. Their team is very accommodating, flexible and friendly. I recommend this facility to everyone. Its worth the visit.

Excellent service. When I started seeing Tilak, I could not move my head due to my neck injury. By the end of our time together, I am back to normal and feel great. Tilak performs a service called dry needling. I cannot praise this treatment enough. He was gentle and relaxed my muscles more than any massage ever could. I strongly recommend his services.

My mother have only experienced wonderful things from this center with the therapist Brijya. After having her left knee completely replaced, We were advised to visit this place following surgery. Things are going fine after nearly four weeks of post-rehab care. My mother’s pain level and range of motion have significantly changed.
Talent, wisdom, and confidence radiate from the therapist. In addition, she thoroughly discusses the therapy and helps you feel at ease. Good overall experience. My mother had to perform a lot of exercises with Amina as well, the PTA, is a gifted and modest person.

I had a lower back injury from work. Brijya gave me some exercises and the right cues for me to activate the stabilizing muscles of the core, followed by massage and heat pack. After about 10 weeks of treatment my back is 90% better.

Brijya was very kind and knowledgeable. Christine, at the reception desk, always greeted me with a smile when I walked in for my appointments.

10/10 would recommend. And if I need more physiotherapy in the future, LifeMark will be my first choice

Went for physio assessment after 5 mo of pain that i hoping would have subsided. I am an active middle aged man. Miss Patel Diagnosed me quickly and with her team and take home exercise videos I am on my way to fully recovery.

I visited Lifemark with an ankle injury which has taken a fair bit of time to heal. During my journey, Nerissa helped me through the process and got me 90% of the way back to health. Unfortunately she took a new position but my new therapist - Tlak - is also great and I expect a full recovery. The staff at Lifemark are all fantastic and I highly recommend the Derry and Bronte location.

I have been coming to Lifemark since Dec 2019. They are amazing! My physiotherapist is Andrew and he is very patient and has been very helpful through my continuous recovery. My wife also sees him for her bunions and has been very helpful with her situation. Since Andrew had to leave for maternity I have started seeing Tilak. I was hesitant in seeing a new physiotherapist but he’s professionalism and knowledge had made me comfortable and I can honestly say that he is making a difference in my situation.
I cannot forget the lovely ladies on the front desk… Allison and Christina! They are very welcoming and their smiling faces makes a difference. They try and get to know you as a person. They are wonderful! Keep up the great team Lifemark!

All of the staff at this office was welcoming, accommodating and very kind. Brijya took care of me and helped relieved my hip pain. She was thorough and took her time with the assessment and treatment. She provided in depth explanations regarding the problem and solutions. I was provided treatments during my sessions along with at home exercises. Treatment was swift and professional. I highly recommend this location.

Brijya was very accommodating assisting with my torn rotaror cuff issue. She is very pleasant to deal with and motivating to ensure I complete the require exercises needed to deal with my concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for Physio treatment.

I had pain in my wrist and fingers also I felt numbness in my fingers at nights for about four months and I was disappointed to get cure. Brijya was my physiotherapist and she did a great job! After a few sessions I am pain free now

Beyond amazing physiotherapy

I personally saw Andrew Hill and was beyond thankful and happy every time!

I have had multiple injuries needing physiotherapy, (ankle, both knees, wrist, and a wsib claim or 3.) And each time he was extremely helpful in not only treating me and taking away AND preventing my pain! He was always compassionate and honest as well!

We got in touch with Andrew Hill at Life marks Milton through Milton Springers Gymnastics club, and it was a blessing for my daughter. My younger daughter who is a gymnast had an injury in her left ankle and the tightness and stiffness had slowly progressed to a level that she could not keep her left feet flat on the ground. We went through a series of x rays, sports doctor visits and none of it took us anywhere as they could not know what the real issue was. After seeing Andrew, he gave the confidence that she will be well within 2 months or less based on his assessment. Under Andrew's treatment, my daughter is able to do turns now on her left feet. He suggested the right exercises and my daughter still misses the massage of her feet and ankle that she looked forward to at her weekly treatments. He is extremely patient and very good with children. There was an instance when he and his family were sick and he went above and beyond to write a personal note letting us know to move appointments. I highly recommend Andrew and can speak very positively on his skills to treat patients. I am forever grateful to him and his team. Keep up the good work Andrew! Thanks again.

Everything is professional, yet personal from the physiotherapist to the administration staff.

I went to this clinic for my shoulder injury. The staff were friendly. PT Nerissa was very friendly and knowledgeable. She provided me with the appropriate treatment and i was discharged to a home exercise program within a few weeks.

I have had the pleasure of having Narissa support me with my neck injury. Narissa has been incredible! She has provided me with a lot of education on how to improve my condition and has also helped me with exercises and an ongoing physiotherapy plan. After seeing her for the last 3 months, I have seen alot of improvement with my injury including sleeping better. The biggest benefit has been a decrease in laryngeal spasms that used to often plague me at night but by strengthening the muscles in my neck, my throat is also feeling better! Narissa! You are a superstar! I wish I met you earlier! You are improving my quality of life!

I picked Lifemark as it was a convenient location for me and I'm so glad I came here. Brijya was my physiotherapist and she did a great job! She gave me some initial exercises to practice throughout the day and as each day progressed, I got better and better. This was followed by other exercises that improved things even more. Within a few weeks I was pain-free. Come here if you want knowledgeable, professional care in an excellent facility. Front office staff are lovely as well.

I was injured at my workplace and I came here after having a negative experience at a different physio clinic and I’m so glad I chose this place! The comparison is night and day. Andrew is my physiotherapist and he is very friendly, knowledgeable, and listens to all your concerns. I’ve been seeing him for 5 weeks now and my injuries have improved greatly. I’m also doing acupuncture for the first time which has certainly been helping with my recovery and I recommend everyone to try it. Everyone at the clinic is also very friendly and I look forward to my appointments each week. Thank you!

Great experience at this location. The staff made everything super easy, including coordinating all paperwork with insurance, providing supplies etc. Physio Nerissa D'Mello was great too, taking care of both on site treatment and a custom workout plan to ensure as quick of a recovery as possible. Without any second thought, I would give best rating to Nerissa for not only her treatment more than that her best analysis skill. Based on first analysis from Physician, I thought I had problem with hip for which I have been suffering for last 6 months. She analyzed and found that the root-cause to be femur and gave best treatment. With in 5-6 sittings, I got recovered fully and got back to my swimming and running. She promised above timelines and it worked exactly for me. I would recommend her to my friends and colleagues for any treatment.

My son has been coming to see Benson Vincent 2 times a week for the past 2 months and we are super happy with the result. My son’s elbow was broken and fractured over the summer. Vincent has helped him with exercises and massaged his elbow to strengthening and extending his muscles and bones. We have seen big improvement. My son really likes Vincent. Vincent has made his visits tolerable because Vincent connects really well with him. We also had some virtual sessions with him as well. They were all great! We would definitely recommend Vincent for your visit!

Great place. Andrew and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I went there for some knee pain and they provided treatment and exercises that worked.

Life mark physio has been a lifesaver for me after a back injury. Mari is very experienced and intuitive. She got me mobile again and pain free. I go on a regular basis to keep the pain away.
