The massage therapist is great, however one of the front office staff was extremely rude. It was an emergency situation and I called up and made 2 appointments for the following week. At the time I was offered an appointment for the Saturday which I could not take. Things changed and I left a voice-mail on Friday night that I wanted the Saturday morning appointment. I left my number twice in my message. When I didn't hear back by 9: 20am I called and was told that Christine had now blocked the time off and was no longer available. The receptionist said she had left a long message on my machine, however she called the WRONG number. I had the phone with me at all times and it never rang and no message was left. When I called back again I confirmed that she heard me say I would take the morning appointment. She explained that she needed confirmation before she booked and that's what was in her long message. However when I stated the fact that she then called the wrong number, she hung up on me. Extremely rude!

I would like to add that the staff in question apologized to me on two occasions; I was contacted by the owner and all has been resolved and I was very pleased with the way my complaint was handled. It was done so in a very professional manner. Thank you.

Deo and his staff helped me to recover from knee replacement surgery.

This is the best Physio clinic to visit, Dr. Sunil is the right person to get the treatment. He is very professional with his work. Talking about my experience, Dr. Sunil treated me very well. I had minor injuries, and his therapies and communication helped me a lot. Must visit when in problem!

Lifemark Fisherman, I would highly recommend this clinic. Mr. Sunil gave me PT sessions for my arm fracture and I was able to return to work in couple of days. The support staff and front staff is really supportive and professional. They'll give a valiant effort improving you.

I went there for physiotherapy due to neck and foot pain. My therapist Sunil is very professional. He understood my problem and treated me very good. He doesn't rush and spent good time. I am feeling way better now. Also all staffs working there are very friendly and helpful. They don't expect you to come more often unnecessarily. I am happy with them

I've been to other Physio therapist b4 but never was satisfy with my treatment since January I have been coming to Lifemark Physio and my Therapist is Sunil and my massuse is Christina, I'm so happy with my treatments, I differently will recommend Lifemark for both Massages and Physio also every one else at this center is so nice and respectful.
