Lifemark Physiotherapy Fonthill

I feel I have had quite a long journey at Lifemark Fonthill, I have been attending for quite some time now. Before attending Lifemark Fonthill I had previously attended 2 other physiotherapy clinics located in Brampton, ON for post MVA injuries. It is sad to say that attending these clinics made me discouraged as well as lose faith in physiotherapy and made me feel like I would not progress. Due to the pandemic I moved to the city of Welland, ON. I had to relocate my physiotherapy closer to home, which is when I came across Lifemark Physiotherapy Fonthill.

Originally, I had attended for post MVA injuries for about 3 months. I then attended for a work related injury. Now have completed 18 weeks of treatment in the OWN program, I can say I feel confident in returning to work and being capable to return to my regular work duties. It was a tough journey for me but thanks to the amazing team I had at Lifemark, my physiotherapist Evan Roberts. As well as the kinesiologist's Katelynn Bolibruck, Aurora Battis Sarah Darko. My psychotherapist Samantha Roberts and others from the OWN program. I may never be the same after this injury but I now know how to maintain and build my strength, how to manage any pain that may occur. Overall, Staff are professional, friendly, helpful and resourceful.

My experience was extremely positive. My surgeon gave me a new hip but Evan gave me back my life, my independence and my mobility. Every week I had many questions and he answered them professionally and patiently. The exercises Evan recommended gave me strength and the gals in the back were excellent following his directions. They demonstrated the exercises, provided support and suggestions and when leaving gave me print copies of the exercises to help with my routine.

Very unprofessional staff I don’t recommend any one to go there because they are very careless people.

I highly recommend life mark physiotherapy on highway 20 Font Hill. Throughout my life I have broken many bones and I've been to many physiotherapy clinics.
None of my previous visits to various clinics compare to this one.
From the various physical exercises to the mental and emotional support, I never gave up and it was their professional and personal approach that got me through some rough times

Very happy with the results and Tyler was very helpful and explained many health issues that I was unaware of. I will definitely refer others to Life Mark. The other staff were very helpful and informative as well.

I began physio in March, after an injury in July 2022 didn’t heal correctly and in turn I got tendinitis. After months of trying to stay off of it, and lots of pain, I was eager to start rehabilitating it. I’m only 28 and have a toddler and it was really taking a toll on me emotionally as well. When I began I couldn’t even stand on my tip toes to reach into the cupboard because my right foot just kept giving out on me. Today I completed my eighth session, and have full use of my foot again. (with no pain!)
Not only did Krystal give me the tools to get where I am, she also gave me simple explanations of what exactly what happening where I was injured, and how it was affecting surrounding muscles as well. Krystal was very informative and also created a very relaxed, fun, comfortable environment. I felt like I was visiting with an old friend each session. You can tell she truly cares about each of her patients. And Kara, was very thorough with explaining workouts, as well as watching my form and giving me tips, everyone in the office was kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing these services to check them out! Hopefully I won’t need physio again, but if I do, I know where I’m going. Thank you for helping me reclaim my life.

I had knee replacement surgery in January of this year. I contacted Lifemark and they set me up with Krystal for my PT. Krystal is very knowledgeable and caring. She set my exercise routines each week for my success. Kara was excellent with explaining the exercises and helped to make sure I was doing them correctly. They helped make my recovery not only successful but fun. Krystal, I cannot thank you enough for your time in getting me ready for the golf season. Could not have done it without you.

Friendly well trained staff. Work with you on exercises that you can easily do at home. Very conscious of not keeping you coming for appointments but more concerned about completing your therapy with them then continuing at home.

It's clean and the employees are very professional and they always a smile. And because I'm french, sometimes, I don't know a word in English so I'll say it in French and they translate for me.thanks!

Physiotherapy with Krystal was an amazing experience. Having been in a motor vehicle collision, the sessions and prescribed exercises provided by Krystal gave pain relief as well as improved mobility. Krystal is knowledgeable, patient and works with you (she was always super understanding and accommodating when it came to my appointments). On top of being an excellent professional, Krystal also has a lovely personality and makes you feel comfortable. Tim the Occupational Therapist also provided me with helpful virtual sessions and resources. Thank you to all the great staff at Lifemark Fonthill!

Good physiotherapy clinic. They do have a wait list for over 65 Ohip covered care however they called us when they said they would and scheduled my wife's and my own appointments so we could come at the same times for eight total sessions. Very thorough and helpful treatment by the staff treating us both!

I was thrilled that Tyler was able to quickly diagnose the cause of my debilitating and nauseating vertigo. He performed a series of tests and monitored my eye movements with a special set of infrared goggles. Tyler diagnosed the problem, put me through a series of movements to reposition the crystals of my inner ear, and provided me with a program to self treat. Thanks, Tyler, for getting me back on my feet.

I went in to see Krystal after developing knee pain while running. She was fantastic to work with and quick to diagnose my issue and develop a specific exercise program for me. Not long after I was back to running pain free. Thank you!

My son had ACL Surgery. Krystal was amazing through is recovering process. She knew what his needs were and how to challenge him to push him to continually perform his exercises to improve. I highly recommend her and Life mark Fonthill.
