Absolutely horrible! This place has gone through so many changes of Management. They are in capable of submitting insurance claims, Poorly managed bad service do not recommend! I see this is a trend with them - They do not properly process insurance claims, and then months later you will get an invoice from them stating you need to pay at that point your insurance Will not accept the claim anymore.

This is a great physical treatment clinic, organized and well equipped, excellent client-care and accomplished treatment providers. I had chronic neck pain issues which exacerbated by whiplash and I received superior care & high quality treatment with wonderful improvement. Denise (admin) very courteous & polite, Dipti (physiotherapist), Nicholas (Massage Therapist), and Haslin (Clinical Director) are very competent, knowledgeable and experienced. Strongly recommend anyone needing great care and service ️️️️️

Loved my experience at Lifemark in Ajax. Haslin was my RPT and she was very knowledgeable and so kind and patient. The 2 receptionists were also very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

Very pleased with the service received from Dr. Haslin. Took the time to assess my issue and then put together a program that was easy to access. The entire clinic was friendly, professional and helpful.

Lifemark sent me an invoice an year after my session asking me to pay when the payment should of been processed with my insurance; My insurance wouldn't accept the claim because it was submitted passed the one year mark.

I would highly recommend Lifemark Ajax for their services. My physiotherapist Haslin has been a great help to me to recover from many sports injuries throughout the years.

Its a good physical clinic, from courteous front desk Denise, to expert Dipti the physiotherapist, to the wonderful Nick RMT, nice combo to get physical and mental wellness ️️️️

I pulled my groin and decided to see a massage therapist. I booked an appointment the same day with Nick and it was great. I found out I was stretching the wrong way before my runs as I’m training for a marathon and learned a lot about the different stretches that would help me for pre and post runs. I went into the RMT with a lot of pain and left with a lot less. Highly recommend.

So glad I found this place and Katy. I always look forward to my chiropractor visits and feel refreshed for the next few weeks. Unlike other places I have gone where they spend 5 minutes to adjust your back, Katy spends a lot of time ensuring she covers all areas using different techniques at each visit.
