Great and attentive staff. I've been attending this clinic for well over 1 year due to a serious back injury. Great atmosphere.

Lifemark operates really smoothly and professionally. The admin paperwork is really easily managed with direct billing, pre-emailed forms and printed exercise plans.

I’ve had ongoing back issues due to sports injuries/corporate lifestyle. Rishita Patel was able to help manage the lower back, upper back and neck issues. She is an extremely knowledgeable physiotherapist. I highly recommend reaching out to her as she was able to assess the injuries very quickly and help build a short term/long term plan. The exercises were exactly what was needed to both relieve pain and rebuild strength.

All the staff is extremely friendly. I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend!

All the therapists are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. The entire experience was truly a turning point in my life and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to get myself strong enough to return to work after being off and injured for 10 months. I go to Lifemark Physiotherapy King East to have my massages by Angela.

I always leave feeling relaxed and less tense. Angela really works on my problem areas. I also like that she mentions during the massage which areas are very tight and tense. I have been seen by several massage therapists throughout the years, some good, some bad, but Angela is most definitely at the top.

All of the staff at this location are friendly (always saying hello as I walk in) and helpful.

The appointment reminders via email/text are extremely helpful. Also, the processing of insurance claims done by the staff makes my life much easier.

I will be a repeat patient for a long time to come.

I was referred to this center through a WSIB specialty clinic for treatment for my lower back injury of two years. After only a few months, my mobility has drastically improved, and I have hope now that I can eventually fully recover from my pain.

I was in a car accident over a year ago. My insurance provider suggested I schedule my treatment with LifeMark. The staff at LifeMark has been essential to my healing. I have being receiving physiotherapy, massage and occupational therapy over the course of roughly 1.5 years. I have had a lot difficulty, following my accident, with neck and back pain as well as headaches. I also experienced several cognitive challenges returning to work. LifeMark staff have never given up on my treatment and have been passionately focused on my progress and improvement. Angie, Joan, Ian and Nick have a multitude of experience and never tire of my complaints concerning my condition. Slowly but surely I am improving. LifeMark has also done an incredible job of documenting my journey in detail, sharing it with my insurance provider and Doctor and handling my benefits. While my experience surrounding my injuries have been challenging, to say the least, LifeMark has been a light at the end of the tunnel, helping me make it through another week.
