Lifemark Physiotherapy Main East & Kenilworth

I recently had surgery which lead me to needing physiotherapy. I live right next to here and thought I’d try it based on reviews and I haven’t been disappointed. Pam is so lovely and great to work with along with the rest of the staff. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I was very comfortable with the treatment and instruction for the exercises I need to do. Alex was amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing physio.

Great amazing staff, especially Emina. She was really nice and friendly person. Thank you Emina for being so nice and always with the big smile on your face so we really feel welcomed when we come there

The staff is friendly, organized and efficient. My physician was very good at explaining what and why she was doing things and made sure I understood the exercises.

Sean (Shawn?) and Alex have been fantastic in helping me rehab my knee replacement, super supportive, knowledgeable and pleasant as they push me to the point of full recovery. Fully recommend them!

The people who work here are incredible humans. They are ALL attentive, respectful and kind. Everyone has a great sense of humor and enjoy keeping things (other than exercises!) light. The physiotherapists are amazing and making sure they are helping you to work within your comfort zone, yet still are able to gently push you to exceed your limitations, as you're able. Now my one complaint would be the OT.just kidding, she has been so helpful in getting through the anxiety of driving after an accident. She is so personable and easy to talk to, and is always encouraging. Thanks Steph!
Laurie, the massage therapist here, is perfect as well. Never too harsh or too light, and is always willing to adjust as needed.
Reception staff doesnt get any better than the front line ladies, too. Kind, polite, patient women they are. With everyone.

After suffering with vertigo/dizziness for yrs and it becoming debilitating in the last year, I went in to see Sean. First session, finding a possible cause, given exercises. Second, he tested for vertigo and found it. Within 4 mins, he was able to fix the issue. Third visit, he retested and given a clean bill of health for this issue. He was amazing. He was so kind and gentle, but quickly sorted out the problem. Would highly recommend this place, and will be going back if needed

All the staff is extremely professional. They keep everything clean and sanitized during the pandemic. Couldnt be happier with my results

I had the great fortune of working with Sean and Jen following, what was for me at least, a debilitating concussion. Sean was the first medical professional in my journey that truly listened to me, and provided me with hope for recovery. Jen pushed me to improve as I was getting stronger and more like my pre-injury self. Everyone at the facility was warm and welcoming, and without the team I have no doubt I would not be where I am in my recovery, on the road to running in a half marathon in March. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional and caring atmosphere I encountered here. It goes without saying that I would recommend these folks without hesitation.

I came to Lifemark for pelvic floor therapy, which I was not anticipating with any great joy. However, Elena’s professionalism and friendliness quickly made me quite comfortable. She was always ready to listen and give good advice and I never felt rushed, even when I was unfortunately late! I would definitely recommend Elena and Lifemark.

After my car accident in September I truly couldn't imagine getting back to 100%, I am a very active and competitive person I really needed to be able to get back to where I was prior to the accident. With the help of Sean Buchner my physiotherapist, Dave my massage therapist and the other talented kinesiologists I can confidently say I am back to 100%. Sean is extremely smart and passionate about what he does and I feel so lucky to have had him to help me get back to normal! As my injuries healed the exercises needed to be altered and changed to continue progressing, without the help of everyone at lifemark there is no way I could have learned everything I needed to on my own. 10/10 would recommend Lifemark. I knew physio therapy was important prior to my accident but I never imagined it was this effective! Thanks Lifemark you gave me my quality of life back!

I have attended physio here on more than one occasion and I always have a great experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. All of my interactions with the staff has been positive and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Stefano is a great physiotherapist. He helped me regain full mobility and strength back in my knee and gave me the knowledge on how to maintain its health. I could not have had a better experience. Fingers crossed I don't get hurt again anytime soon but at least I know where to go if I do!

Ihad been to Lifemark 6 years ago about a broken wrist and was very satisfied so I went back yesterday because of a torn meniscus in my knee. I went to Elena this time about and she was awesome. Being a plumber, I was worried about my job if my knee was permanently damaged. Elena explained everything to me perfectly, she's a very good teacher. She showed me some exercises.
The next day my knee feels perfect. I'm back to work and no more worries about my knee anymore.
Definitely my go-to place for any future injuries.

I've been to 3 physio places in total starting before my back surgery and afterwards; this place by far is the best. I wish I had of gone here right from the start.
My therapist there was Maryanne, my assessments were done by Pam and I also had Stephanie my O. T. All were excellent, caring people however it didn't end with just them. I got to know everyone there because they all care.

This physio place is definitely a team! If I needed any type of assistance and my therapist was busy assisting someone else, someone else was there to lend a hand; Aleks and all the others and I apologize I can't remember everyone's names.
From the time you walk in each day for your appointment to the time you leave, your care is important to them. The receptionist even offered to help me to my car when she saw me struggling, as well as Maryanne one day when I forgot my cane.

The atmosphere here is excellent! They all enjoy their jobs and care about their patients.

I highly recommend this location due to their work ethic, caring attitude, cleanliness, teamwork and professionalism.

Lifemark helped me get back to my job quick and efficiently! They were able to get me started in a program as soon as I needed. They were flexible to me modified schedule. All the staff are very friendly! I would highly recommend them for your rehabilitation needs!

I was in a work related injury on May 10th of this year, fracturing three of my discs, and if it weren't for the staff at this establishment, I doubt I would have progressed the way I have. The journey to recovery has been as enjoyable as possible regardless of the pain.
Whether it's the physiotherapists, kinesiologists or even the front counter receptionists, their positive attitude has been truly helpful and appreciated. It truly feels like a family atmosphere where everyone cares about your recovery. And to boot, the upkeep of the establishment is always spot on.
Highly recommend anyone coming here who needs any type of physiotherapy.

Aleksandra and Pam have been great to work with and they always reassure me when I think that I haven"t gotten as far as I think I should be. They've been a great help and a pleasure to be around. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will miss them when I am healed up.

I was in a motor vehicle accident this past summer and required physiotherapy treatment when I was cleared to start using my arm again. This clinic was recommended to me and what an exceptional recommendation that was. My Physiotherapist, Stefano, has been imperative in my recovery. He has provided assessment, treatment and liaised/advocated with my insurance to help facilitate my recovery. Furthermore, the Kiniesologists (Owen, Jen, Mary Ann, Alex, Brier, Patty), Masseuse (Lori) and admin staff have been nothing but exceptional. The Kin's guide my treatment sessions and push me to achieve as much as I can in a safe manner. Not only for me, I see this for other patients in the gym as well. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, they treat you like family. The ultimate group of medical professionals in my opinion. If you require physiotherapy treatment I would highly recommend this clinic! Thank you all so much.

Such a great location. All the staff were very warm and welcoming and very attentive to my recovery. I was very comfortable doing all that was needed and never pushed past my limitations. Everyone on staff is very friendly and personable I have had a few of the staff help me during appointments and every single one was a pleasant experience, the one day they were even short staffed and everyone was still very kind!

There is a temperature check upon entry and masks are mandatory. They sanitize all impelents/areas as soon as you are done for the next person to use. They also make sure people are properly spaced out.

My husband goes to physio there for his feet. They are very kind and helpful and are very understanding to his needs. A great staff of people.

After hip arthroscopy surgery in February I have been working with Stefano on the road to recovery. Overall great experience and would recommend this location. Their top priority is making sure patients get the best care possible. Stefano always ensures I am doing my exercises properly and without pain. It makes it very easy to be successful by having your exercises either printed or emailed to you. Staff ensure the safety of everyone by screening protocols prior to and upon entry. Ensuring cleaning after use of machines and other items. You are always welcomed with a warm hello from the staff at the front desk to other physiotherapists who comment on progress you are making. Thank you for making my recovery easy!

I love this office. My physio treatment has gone really well, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the general atmosphere is very relaxed. Something I was nervous for in the beginning, became something I looked forward to. Is it weird to want to extend physio sessions so I can go back again?

After enduring months of neck and head pain, my doctor suggested physiotherapy. I was very fortunate to meet Elena! She has been a godsend in slowly but surely working on strengthening my neck with a combination of stretches, exercises and manipulation. Since I seem to carry much of my stress and tension in my neck and shoulders, Elena suggested massage therapy with Lori - another amazing therapist who worked on my achy shoulders with heat and deep massage. By working in tandem with these 2, I can say I’m feeling so much better and my headaches are gone. I can’t say enough about Elena and Lori! They are wonderful!

This was my first experience with physiotherapy and I was very nervous to say the least! Stefano was amazing from the moment I met him, very knowledgeable and personable. He worked with me and encouraged me every step of the way (pun intended) I really wasn’t sure I would walk again after a pretty serious injury, happy to say that I am walking again (slowly but surely) and life is starting to get back to some sort of normalcy! Can’t thank Stefano and his amazing team enough for everything they’ve done for me and continue to do for me! They truly are great people, from the front office to the gym! Thanks guys!

I have been with working with Stefano for over a month now due to a fractured foot. He has been absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable and professional. I haven’t been the easiest client since I hate people touching my feet and he has been very patient with me! He is very encouraging and seems genuinely happy when you have made even the slightest bit of progress! All the staff are amazing here!

Lifemark was very clean! And covid protocol was on point! All equipment was sanitized after every use, I was very impressed!

I have been going for almost a month and wow have never felt better. Stefano is my Physiotherapist who is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time to even ask how I am doing. He has taken out the worry and stress of me getting everything back to normal. The office staff is friendly. I have been recommending people who need these service to give them a call.

After my car accident, this place was recommended by my insurance company in order to assist in alleviating the pain in my right arm and shoulder area. From my initial assessment with Stefano to doing the exercises with Phillip and getting those wonderful, relaxing massages from Lori, all three of them were personable, knowledgeable and respectful and always were concerned with the level of pain, so I was given the best possible exercises and massages to specifically target the inured area. The entire staff at the clinic were always professional and willing to answer any question I had while I was filling out the forms, since this was my first time requiring physio. I would, one million percent, recommend this facility to anyone in need of physio for any minor injury. They're great. You will not regret it.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this physio therapy clinic. I was rear-ended almost 2 years ago and of course the insurance companies have their "preferred" physiotherapy clinics which these guys fall under. I was handed a piece of paper with a few exercises each visit by a co-op student and then left for the duration of my session. Then for the last 15 minutes they would put the tens machine on me. Then charge anywhere from $100-200 per visit. My health insurance only covered a certain amount and the insurance was supposed to cover the rest but after a year and a half of not hearing anything they now want a couple hundred dollars out of my pocket. What an absolute joke. I wouldn't recommend or refer LifeMark to even my worst enemy. Save yourself a hassle and a bunch of money and go to a privately owned physio therapy clinic. If I could give 0 stars I would've. And their so called customer service team from head office is a rude inconsiderate woman who is only after money. Beware and stay away.

Just wanted to leave a review of my experience at Lifemark for future clients. I did 10 sessions with Stefano and found him to be caring, patient and well informed. He provided me with solid workouts that were not only directed at treatment but at overall health. I have incorporated a lot of what he taught me into my life and its definitely helped me improve physically. The interior is quite nice with everything you need and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

The physiotherapists are amazing! Friendly, caring and understanding, and bring such positivity to the programs they create and deliver. The attention to detail surrounding the Covid management, make the environment safe. Everything is cleaned after each and every, ready for the next person to use it. The screening is detailed, yet done efficiently. Awesome place for physiotherapy treatment.

Amazing experience! Did virtual therapy with M. Stephano Spaziano and it was great. Even without the in-person physio experience it was still amazing service!

This was my second time going to Lifemark Physiotherapy (Main East & Kenilworth and I gotta say, just as great as the first time!
The first time I went there was when I was 15 and I worked with Pam mostly and such a delight she was; very thorough, lots of knowledge, and on point too with regards to what was best for me and my recovery for my back injury.
I went there again last year, 25 at the time, and still, the same great place it was before and this time I mostly worked with Sean. Sean was also a delight, very thorough, on point and highly knowledgeable throughout my recovery process. Everyone else that worked there too were very helpful if you needed help with anything

10/10 I would recommend anyone to go here. Almost forgot to mention that their front of the house staff are very pleasant people too. ️
