The integral care that l have been receiving at Lifemark Maple is outstanding! After my MVA l required intensive physiotherapy. I was overwhelmed! From the moment I entered Lifemark Maple l was so impressed with the friendly and extremely professional staff. Alex and Sarah accommodated my schedule and explained all the paper work thoroughly. My Physiotherapist Tristan is so knowledgeable and takes the time to tell me what to expect during my treatment. Tristan uses different types of therapy to achieve great results. James my Kinesiologist is very through in the variations of exercises and modifies if l feel any discomfort. James will always find an exercise that is effective and challenging. Rob’s priority is my comfort level and always provides me with great relief from muscle tension. The gym and rooms are clean and orderly after every session. The whole staff work together as a team and l feel like l am with people who care for me and each other like family! Thank you so much for the highest level of care that I have ever received! Such a great physiotherapy place. I've been coming for a couple of months for physio and massage on my ankle after a surgery. Excellent professional staff all around from the front desk to all the therapists. They gave me great exercises to improve my rehab and I've noticed tremendous improvement. Billing is also taking care of really well. Highly recommend life mark.

RUN fast! I've switched to another physio, this is a horrifying experience! Is there any supervision in this place! 1st they cancelled without prior notice, 2nd nerveous Male therapist PT-Abby bully always late & sneaks out 10 minutes from the middle of my physio acting he's getting a pad but he's chit chatting giggling outside, I tolerated his telling & harassment, he said I'm not a servant, 3rd, as for reception Angy disrespectful judging, double standard, covering for one another, so creapy -

Was referred by my GP after experiencing a shoulder injury. Was thru OHIP & only covered 6 visits but what a difference. Found the staff understanding & professional. Have me the exercises needed to heal & the results are perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Lifemark location.

Be there for for rehabilitation after surgery for both hips and one knee the staff was excellent in getting back to walking normally again will be going back in October after my other knee surgery

I was referred to Lifemark by my Hospital for knee replacement rehab and I'm glad they did. I had an excellent experience with the team. From the beginning of the program I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. During my 6 week post op program James took me through a series of rehab exercises that increased my knee mobility and strength. Each visit I was greeted by the warm reception staff and James was prompt and eager to see how much I improved. They kept me motivated and on track for success. Thank you so much!

Hours are flexible and my physiotherapist, Madeleine was able to pinpoint the cause of my problem and prescribed the necessary exercises.

My experience at Lifemark Physio was amazing in all aspects. From the friendly services at the front desk to the actual physiotherapy program, every step was seamless and extremely beneficial in my healing process. I learned so many techniques that I will continue to keep up with long term. Henry was a great physiotherapist who was friendly and knowledgeable. He guided and encouraged me, even when I was apprehensive, while also providing me with exercise programs that helped me throughout each step of my recovery process. Overall a fantastic place for physiotherapy and I would highly recommend it!

I chose lifemark maple based on location and reviews I read on line. It was a great choice. I went in with bad hip, quad, knee and shin pain. After two weeks I felt 50 % better. My therapist Tristan was great, he made sure I was comfortable at all times during treatment, along with simple exercises he showed to strength muscles. Today I can walk again comfortably. The staff are friendly and very courteous and highly recommend Tristan and his team. Thanks guys.

After a long waiting time for my knee pain treatment, it was a wonderful stuff there that made me happy, Specially Yasaman she was very well experienced, kind and helpful. I appreciate all good caring treatment, she did and helped me walked well again. Hope that waiting time will be decreased soon too.

I had Henry and James for 32 sessions following a shoulder injury, turning into a frozen shoulder. They were both wonderful to work with giving me lots of help and encouragement with the various exercises. All of the other staff there as well are very friendly.seems like a nice place to work! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing assistance!

My mom specificly worked with Yasaman and Josh, both of them were very nice to her and professional, they exactly know how push the client and where to stop.

Great place, totally recommend it. My father had a shoulder pain from a tear, all lifemark team was very nice specially Yasaman; as his trainer she was kind, showed alot of patience and will to help and clarify. More than professional, I can almost see her smile under the mask. All team from reception desk to the trainers are great. Totally recommend.

After my car accident I decided to get my treatment at this place because of their flexible hours during Covid-19. My physiotherapist, Henry Tan was incredibly friendly and considerate. Henry was patient and supportive as he showed me different exercises to improve my condition with the more difficult exercises being demonstrated in the later stages of the recovery program. Henry is someone who is pleasant to talk to and always explains what the exercises are for, what it targets, and gives you different variations of the exercise in case you find it too difficult to do. The staffs, from receptionist to massage therapist are very friendly and tries to know you on a first name basis. This place offers many different types of therapy and services which makes it convenient for clients. I highly recommend checking this place out if you have any need for a therapy.

I'm glad I chose Lifemark clinic, and Madeleine for my physio therapy needs.  Madeleine  is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The first  assessment was very thorough, she took the time to understand my pain issues, and recommended a clear treatment plan for different parts of my arm. I had a great experience at Maple Lifemark Physiotherapy. I made an appointment very quickly and conveniently through the website. I worked with Madeleine, who was very kind and attentive, very thoroughly and professional. She gave me a great set of exercises to do at home to help me recover faster. The whole atmosphere in the office was very friendly and COVID-19-safe.

My GP referred me to the clinic for muscle sprain treatment. I was able to book my appointment online and choose my therapist. I didn't know anyone at the clinic so I booked based on the closest availability.
My appointment was with Jasreet Otal and I won the jackpot! She is amazing. On the very first appointment I came home feeling better and my pain has significantly improved after just two treatments. She is professional, knowledgeable and attentive. She explained regarding treatment at home and educated regarding recovery. She also sent me home with an exercise program that I can do and access on the clinic website. That is most convenient as there are actual videos in addition to a written explanation on how to perform the exercises correctly.
I will return to her for any issue. A real 5 star treatment.

After becoming a victim in an auto collision, I attended this facility weekly for 4 months to address my back, neck and shoulder pains. Whereas everyone else didn't understand my pain or sought to take advantage of my situation, it was at Lifemark where I truly felt understood, cared for and comfortable. A Bastion for recovery in my most troubled times. I genuinely looked forward to every visit.

During my sessions I received chiropractic treatment, was taught new and interesting recovery exercises and stretches, received expert massages and was provided with all the tools I needed to continue my recovery at home (heat/cold pads, stretching equipment, etc).

About half way through my treatment, I re-injured myself, and this is where Lifemark would earn its 6th star in my review. Pardeep Gill was very agile, flexible and adaptive to my treatment needs and really went the extra mile to ensure my full recovery. That was his priority. It really meant a lot to me, thank you.

Last but not least, as of the writing of this review we are in the full swing of a global pandemic. The health and safety procedures at Lifemark are second to none, and I felt completely safe and comfortable at all times. A testament to how caution and responsible action trumps panic and fear.

TLDR: Well run facility operated by expert professionals. The place to go for accident recovery. 6 stars.

I was very sceptical about approaching for help from lifemark physiotherapy because i was not familiar with any staff at this clinic. But from my first few session I was convinced I made no wrong decision in approaching for relief from this clinic. The covid protocols intact are very strict which made me feel safer every time I came in for my session. The staff are so welcoming and were very patient with my recovery process. I am very pleased with their service and will be recommending this clinic to all my family and friends.

I had a great experience, came in with a bad shoulder. After a few weeks of intense treatment under the supervision of My therapist Josh, I can finally enjoy and play golf/tennis again. Staff are very friendly and professional, highly recommended. Thank you Josh!

I attended LifeMark Physiotherapy in Maple after my revision total knee replacement surgery. At first, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the clinic, and the welcoming and friendly feeling that the front desk and all staff gave myself and other patients, making visits to the clinic an enjoyable experience. The staff also did a great job in following the safety Covid-19 protocols in keeping all patients and staff safe. My physiotherapist Josh was very professional and an effective communicator in providing helpful exercises at the clinic, and ones to do on my own at home. He did a great job in keeping me steadily progressing in my rehab process. Josh’s assistant Yasaman was also very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to deal with. She instilled confidence in me to keep pushing towards the right direction and not lose motivation. She is also very respectful and caring. I am certain that she will also one day make an excellent physiotherapist. My only recommendation for the clinic would be to get the snow removal company that services the plaza in the winter months, to do a better job in removing the snow from the entrance area given the mobility concerns of the many patients that attend this clinic to avoid any potential accidents. Beside that, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff at the clinic for their fantastic service, it is greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend this clinic to others!

I got a Total knee replacement surgery and I referred to Lifemark Maple. I am really satisfied with their service. At the beginning I had lots of pain and very sensitive but the pt Josh and Yassmin are the best really patients, kind and helpful. They encourage and motivate you to get the best results friendly. I was lucky that I got these guys.

Lifemark Physio is amazing! I have been coming here with my mother after her knee replacement surgery. The staff is great and very professional, I have been coming twice a week and it has a pleasure to be able to come here! I would like to thank Josh, Yasaman, and Alex! Had an unfortunate car accident and experienced pain in lower back and neck and shoulder. Began by seeing the clinic director and chiropracter Dr. Pardeep Gill. He is totally dedicated to the patient needs and helped me along my journey to recovery. Very professional and above all else a heck of a nice guy! He also suggested some massage therapy with Robert. What a blessing! The sessions with him were intense and well worth the little discomfort at times only because he was very focused oriented. Again a very nice guy. In fact all of the employees, Henry, Josh, Sara and Alex seem to really care about you as an individual and a patient. Josh especially helping me pre hab my sore knees as i was also preparing for bilateral knee replacements. Thanks Josh! The location is kept very clean and sanitization happening almost at ever turn. Sara and Alex always answer your qustions promptly and with huge smiles on their faces. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend to everyone!

I have been to Lifemark Physiotherapy for two different reasons both times I had Josh who was friendly to help me, first for a bone spur on my heel, and second for sciatic back pain, he was very helpful in choosing the right therapy for me, and giving me detailed exercises to do.they also take your temperature and give you masks to wear, following all the guidelines during this pandemic I highly recommend this place for your physio needs.

My 6 physioyherapy sessions at the clinic had been an incredible journey where I am now. The whole staff were warm, accommodating, patient and understanding. I received the treatment with ease, comfort and appropriate level of exercises to revive and strengthen my knee that was replaced. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I have been seeing my physiotherapist Kristen Crane for about two weeks here and have seen a ton of improvement already. I had a work related injury and could barely move and was in severe pain when I first showed up. I am finally able to sleep through the night without pain and I am so relieved. She’s wonderful, really knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. The clinic itself is very clean and has good COVID practices to keep you safe so I feel very comfortable coming here.

Kristen Crane has provided exceptional service in helping me slowly recover from my back pain, from physio to numerous stretches and exercises. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and has been of tremendous help and I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the service. Having suffered a car accident in June 2020, I have been under the care of Dr. Gill and his amazing staff. Dr. Gill has tremendously helped me gain back strength and control my pain. I’m also under the care of Balpreet Dhugga The Occupational therapist who has helped me mentally in getting me behind the wheel again and focusing on positive views. The lovely ladies at the front desk Sara and Alex are Soo pleasant to deal with and very helpful with booking appointments and all paperwork. I was referred to this clinic through my insurance company. I highly recommend this clinic. I feel very safe walking in to this clinic through COVID 19. They have all the necessary precautions in place.

I was in a collision recently and was referred to this clinic for treatment. The staff here are very friendly, and my physiotherapist Kristen Crane has been amazing at treating my pain. She’s put together a really good exercise program for me that I can access and follow through their helpful website. I’ve referred my daughter here as well.
