Lifemark Physiotherapy Meadowvale Town Centre

This my second experience with Priya as my physiotherapist was extremely satisfying. Her treatment and care exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality care from a physiotherapist. Her then assistant Anna was friendly and understanding and did her job effortlessly.
As a repeat patient at Life Mark Medowvale I find it not only comfortable with helpful and willing staff but also convenient.

Years ago I was a client here at Lifemark and my physiotherapist at the time was amazing
I was rear ended and was off work for three months. Mohammed got me back on my feet and back to work.

He was really communicative in everything he did and I got value in my sessions. He made notes on my progress and did my return to work letter detailing the steps I needed to take and how much was enough and too much for me.

Unlike many physio clinics where they simply attach the nodules and walk away he was invested in helping me to recover which was the important part.

My sessions were very intense. The workouts challenged me and everything I did was curated to the job I was doing so I would be able to come close to doing some of those tasks again.

I used to get massages here on the regular as well with a young man who was phenomenal. The treatment plan for my recovery was a 10/10

Years later I'm back neither of these gentlemen are here and it appears the place have changed a lot. That being said I was placed with Priya for some ongoing issues with my back.

Priya is fantastic. Very communicative in explaining what's going on with your body and also in explaining the treatment plan and how she plans on getting to the root of the issues.

She is very laid back and personable, and seems genuinely interested in helping you to recover as quickly as possible as safely as possible. She is encouraging and makes you feel at ease.

She did get to the bottom of the issue and my back started to feel better. A big part of physio also involves you doing your part and I've learned not doing your part can delay your progress.

Will definitely continue to see Priya and get to the bottom of this yet again.

I found Lifemark Physiotherapy Meadowvale to be a very clean friendly clinic. My therapist and assistant were both very friendly, patient they explained everything clearly and listened to what I was saying. I liked that they would email me the exercises that we worked on with pictures so I could not forget or do them incorrectly.
The clinic seemed to run on time since I never had to wait. When I first contacted the clinic after my surgery I was expecting to be told I would have to wait a long time before I could start but was surprised that I didn’t have to wait long, I started just after I had the staples out. I liked the idea of sending me the paperwork online when I first made my appt. It saved time and I didn’t have to do at the clinic. I will definitely return to this clinic for any future therapy I need. It was a very good experience. Thanks to everyone at Lifemark Meadowvale.

I have been attending sessions here from November 2022 to May 2023, the staff has always been very professional, eager to help, I was very happy with my services from Malak and her team with Reuben and Brittany as well as the students they had on board during my time there

I started going to Lifemark a week after a complete knee replacement and Niyati has been amazing. She pushed me through the exercises that I needed in order to start getting the range of motion that my knee required and my progress has been fantastic! I could not get to where I am right now with her expertise! Thank you so much!

After my knee replacement surgery, I visited LifeMark Physio center in Meadowvale, Mississauaga, Ontario and they completed full assessment week after my surgery and devised a plan.

I have had over 10 physiotherapy sessions so far and my progress is simply beyond my expectations. During my 6 week post surgery visit with my surgeon, he was extremely pleased with my progress and my range of movements. My main physiotherapist was Jayapriya and I found her and her team of PTA’s extremely helpful and accommodating.

I would highly recommend both this LifeMark facility and Priya as your physiotherapist.

Not my best experience, only been there 2 times and both times it was for assesments, not sure when I'm actually going to get treatment for what I was refered there for which is Vestibular Dysfunction and Dizziness.

I was in a car accident back in January, and my insurance paired me with Sarah and Mala for Physio. They’ve completely changed my life. They assessed my injuries, put together a targeted workout plan, and followed up with me to make sure that I’m getting better. It’s been 5 months since the accident. And I’ve gone from being in pain all the time to feeling more like myself. I definitely recommend using them if you have any sort of body injury!

The experience is comfortable and helpful. Dr Malak helped a lot with my TMJ jaw problems and I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling. Perfect and all staff were kind and considerate.

I had a great experience doing occupational therapy with Nat Ko. She was so kind and helpful it was such a pleasure working with her. It is very evident that she lives what she does. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Lifemark and Nat Ko. What a lovely person.

I called on Friday Feb 25,2022, to have my call answered by an extremely rude receptionist, I was calling to inquire about services, I explained my issue (since last Friday Feb 19,2022 ive been dealing with left sided neck pain caused by a pinch nerve, I told her I had tried different at home therapies and otc medications and nothing was helping. I had mentioned that I didn't have coverage and I was on odsp and do they offer that, she said that odsp is just like Ohip (not even close) and that they weren't taking any new appointments until May and that was for both ohip and odsp, I couldn't even get an appointment if I was paying out of pocket, well I wasn't going to wait that long, I even tried telling her that it was hard for me to sleep and to do daily activities but she cut me off. So I said thank u and hung up. Your loss.

The team at Lifemark Physiothetapy are fantastic. The care that was given to me after my workplace injury as well as the resulting surgery was incredible. They really take the time to ensure that the recovery is what it should be and that you are at your best upon completion of your program. If you are lookong for a place where they truly care about your recovery, look no further.

Malak Yassa is my Physiotherapist. Malak genuinely cares about your personalized recovery regime. Her assistant Britney is excellent and a huge asset to their team.

DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC. Absolutely horrible experience. The website automatically books you for virtual appointments, even after it specifically asks you whether you want an appointment in-person or not. This happened to me twice in a 3 day period. The therapists and the front desk staff were incredibly rude, abrasive and refused to take any responsibility for the error and the lack of communication. When you make a mistake and it has an impact on your potential patients, the least you can do is apologize. This is a staff that is clearly at best ambivalent to patient care.

Back in June to August Sarah Gadala helped me with my right arm. Sarah and her team helped me. I have my arm back. I still do exercises today. Thank you so much! Should ever have pain again. I know where to go to.

Dr. Zhang referred me to Lifemark Physiotherapy, Meadowvale, for my knee pain. This location is open and clean place adhering to COVID 19 protocols. Susan, my physiotherapist carefully and in-depth assessed my problem and created a personalized exercise plan for me. I find Susan very knowledgeable and she worked on my knee problem with patience. I will strongly recommend Susan and Lifemark to my friends and relatives. Thanks Susan for helping me with my pain. I give Five stars * * * * *

My physiotherapist Nili is great She is patient and understanding. She listened to my concerns; answered my questions; showed me how to strengthen my core; improve my posture and relieve my back pain.
The facility is clean and organized. I highly recommend this facility and Nili.

The staff is friendly. Sarah is amazing and so is Narmala. I would definitely recommend them for Physio.

Few bad experience faced at this clinic:
1. They don't do direct billing. I offered to make upfront payment and asked if the invoice will be submitted to my insurance by them. The answer is a NO. Didn't faced this with the 2 physiotherapy clinics I have visited in the past.
2. It seem the clinic want you to be sick forever. If patient don't visit them in 3 months,
patient has to go through the complete reassessment for the very same injury. Difficult to understand this policy.
3. The receptionist was in such a hurry that she couldn't left the number properly in the voicemail and it was unable to understand the message.

I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Wish I could give zero star.

I've been coming here since my car accident in late July and I've had the best experience. I was recommended by my insurance to visit Lifemark Physiotherapy and see Sarah Gadala. Sarah and Mala have taken such good care of me over these couple of months and I am forever grateful to them. They seem to know everyone who walks in by name and they give everyone the same outstanding care. Sarah is attentive and seems to really want progress and healing just as much as her clients do. There has not been a day that i've walked out of this clinic feeling disappointed, or like my time has been wasted. I also really appreciate the reminder emails that they send out when you have an upcoming appointment, as they have definitely saved me a few times. I've seen such improvement in my injuries since I first came here and, though I'm sad that my time here is coming to an end, I'm happy that my experience at Lifemark was as positive and impactful as it could be.

In August of 2020 I had a left Achilles rupture. My surgeon recommended physiotherapy and I decided to go to Lifemark Meadowvale. Sarah Gadala was my physiotherapist. She is excellent! She created a personalized plan to alleviate my pain and return to my range of motion. Sarah presents great professional confidence and she will never jump to conclusions until she thoroughly examines you.
Sarah is very professional; she knows her stuff and she worked very hard and with dedication to ensure my Achilles healed properly and in a timely manner. She is easy to talk to and she is patient. Every time I had any concerns, I addressed them to her and she answered all the questions that I had. Her assistants: Mala, Ally and Alex are also great.
Sarah helped me walk again properly after 3 months. She helped me build up strength in my left leg and after another 3 months I felt that I was ready to play sports again. However, she asked me to have more patience and continue to build up strength in my leg for a few more months. She is very knowledgeable. I listened to her and now I am able to play racket sports again without having any problems.
Therefore, I just want to say a big Thank You to Sarah and the entire outstanding team at Lifemark Meadowvale for the care that they provided to me. I strongly recommend their services to friends, neighbors and acquaintances.

This place is great! The staff knows all their clients by name and always makes me feel welcome. Sarah my physiotherapist is very professional and at the same time shows how considerate she is, always providing holistic care. Mala when showing me exercises, no matter how difficult they are, makes me want to persevere. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!

I attended Lifemark clinic with a doctor's referral for treatment for a soft tissue injury after a fall on the ice and I am so glad that I did! The care and treatment that I received from Priya and Sheren was excellent. In addition to being professional, knowledgeable, and competent, they are both congenial, friendly, and obviously enjoy their jobs. I appreciated their thoughtful encouragement to commit to the recommended treatment that resulted in a successful outcome. The clinic is very well-run, clean, and with the appropriate Covid precautions in place. I also very much appreciated initially being asked whether I preferred a male or female physiotherapist given the location of the injury and treatment area. I highly recommend Lifemark Meadowvale to anyone who needs treatment.

I have been a patient at LifeMark for several months now. I suffer from bilateral vestibular damage.
During this time, I have been under the excellent care of Michelle Schober.
Michelle is very professional, always well prepared, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Her skills and gifting are remarkable.
After my initial assessment, Michelle set up an exercise and rehabilitation program, specifically designed for my needs. When I first met Michelle, I could not walk without the help of a walker, and after several weeks, she had me walking unassisted for short periods of time. My balance and strength have improved to a very high degree.
Each week, I feel that I am making wonderful progress. My wife and I cannot thank Michelle enough.

I am going through chronic lower back and upper back problems for long time. SInce the end of last year I started working with Lifemark Meadowvale specifically Jeyapriya Physiotherapist and her colleague Sheren for my treatment. It has been really good experience and have been attending sessions for few months. They are an amazing team so as other employees helping with the care and support. I was recommended for Spinova Osteo brace product by Priya which I have started using this since last week.

I had my first ever physiotherapy assessment and it was with Malak Yassa. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family. She was thorough, professional, cordial and very understanding. She listened to me and explained her take on things with clarity. She answered any questions I had and even though she had a mask on, I could "see" the smile on her face. Edit. I jumped the gun on my original review. The staff have been great overall. I think I just needed to be a bit more patient as it is a process and things don't improve overnight. I have just had a rough go lately so I let it cloud my judgment. This is a good location for anyone who needs care. The staff are friendly and they do a great job.

Definitely recommend this place. Recently I had a chance to get their service due to my wrist fracture. My PT Michelle Schober is very diligently doing her job. Due to her dedicated services, my recovery is definitely faster than expected.

I’ve been a patient at the Meadowvale clinic for about 4 months now with Malak. Malak is amazing at her job and is both attentive and professional. She always works on the specific areas that are bothering me and has great recommendations for what to do at home to alleviate the pain. She is very nice and easy to talk to. The clinic staff are all very friendly, make you feel very comfortable and so organized! They’re always able to accommodate my messy schedule. The clinic is very sanitary and on top of their COVID-19 protocols. I would highly recommend this clinic and Malak as your physiotherapist. I will keep coming here!

I am giving 5 stars to the physiotherapist Malek Yassa. She has always been amazing and now in covid when people are scared/hesitant to see anyone and doctors doing more of zoom calls for patients, Malek is still giving the same personal attention and treatment to her patients. I had severe back pain and shoulder pain, after a few visits, I feel much better.

The Therapist Malak Yassa was very rude and Confrontational. The worst physiotherapist I have ever met. The receptionist and other staff are good. But if a company that employs are person like her says a lot about who they are

I've been a patient at this location for 6 months and, even in these difficult times, they have been very responsible with their COVID protocols and are very professional in their practices. They aren't easy on you, but they also aren't going to push you beyond what you can handle.

UPDATE: an assessment centre with a Physiatrist specialist agreed EXACTLY with the Physiotherapy/ care program which I have been receiving from Richard Mercier and his program & direction since November 2018; many of the EXACT same exercises.and findings, and Recommendations. This was especially pleasing to know that I have been receiving the Exact care that a Specialist doctor recommends.

The staff here have been phenomenal, I have never been taken late & the rehab service for my broken arm has been great. Nellie & staff treated me effectively & I have no complaints. Her service was professional, knowledgeable & she took care of any concerns I had during the recovery process. A variety of recovery technologies such as magnetization and electric stimulation were used in tandem with the physical exercises. I have also been given strengthening exercises to heal at home. This place has run like a clock anytime I've been. Thanks for the amazing service!

I’ve been to Lifemark for both my back and my shoulder. My physiotherapist on both occasions was Malak and she is truly remarkable, in fact all of the staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and polite and more importantly they have helped fix what ails my every time.

They book too many patients and a one hour visit turns into a two hour long ordeal. No one seem to be in too much of a hurry.

Probably the best place for physio in town. Nellie really knows her stuff and was able to adapt her rehab program specific to my symptoms and needs. The rest of her team is just as amazing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs physio.

I was in a car accident earlier this year and have been going to see physiotherapist Sarah Gadala to regain strength in my shoulders from whiplash. Sarah has been very kind and patient with me as well as very knowledgeable about my injuries and how to treat them.
I feel a 99% improvement in my shoulder and neck mobility as well I am no longer suffering from chronic pain. Sarah and the staff at Lifemark are just amazing people who really understand and care about their patients.
I recommend it 100% for anybody who needs rehabilitation.

This location is close to home and and I walked in to get an appointment but was lucky to get an assessment and therapy the same day. Thanks to Sarah D, a professional physiotherapist who looked after me and fixed the hip pains I suffered for almost a month. Sarah was thorough in providing instructions, exercises and treatment that showed good resulta in a few sessions. Thank you again and to all caring and friendly staff!

I had Sarah as my physiotherapist and she was phenomenal! She worked very hard to ensure my TOE healed properly and timely. I've never seen such dedication on such a small part of the body - but Sarah did it! She was pleasant to talk to and very informative. I've been working with Nellie for separate shoulder and knee injuries for several months now. I am impressed with how quickly she was able to diagnose the injuries and develop a rehab plan to address them! I've been to other physio clinics in the past, and they seem like they are just guessing what the problem is, rather than truly identifying the root cause.

The clinic hours are also great as I'm able to come after work, in the evenings! Thanks Nellie!
