I injured my shoulder at work so I came here for physio it has been hands down the best clinic I have ever worked with every one is so pleasant and helpful I strongly recommend this clinic for your physio therapy needs

My recent experience at Lifemark Physio was nothing short of exceptional, and I'm excited to share the outstanding care I received from Hashim and Caleb. The clinic's ambiance exudes professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming space for healing and recovery.

RACIST STAFF. I went here once and never stepped a foot in there again, mainly because as an immigrant i witnessed the receptionist and one of her colleagues making fun and mocking a son and his mother who were struggling with answering their questions due to language barriers.it was such a disgusting thing to witness.so yeah, no thanks.also, they will rip u off, they didn’t complete all of the physical therapy i was supposed to do simply because someone else was using the equipment i was supposed to use and they still charged me full price for being hooked on a vibrating machine for 15 minutes lol.

I have been to Life Mart physiotherapy several times, and I keep coming back here because they are to me the best. They are very thorough. They are very professional and very knowledgable at what they do. They are very effective and I am very happy with the progress that I’ve made because of them. Five stars for sure. I had a great experience at Lifemark! I saw Jessica M and she helped relieve my pain significantly after my first visit. She was extremely thorough, took the time to understand my pain points and past history. I felt better after my first visit and she also provided preventive and strength building exercises for me to continue at home. I will be returning to Lifemark!

Came here after suffering a mcl strain and partial acl tear. Everyone was informative and professional. My physio therapist Hashim was great too, answered all my questions and helped me figure out a time frame to get back to what I wanted to do. They also helped me choose a brace and adapt to it. Highly recommend!

Being through WSIB, work ethics are poor, assessment and treatments were delayed, filling up forms was part of treatment, patients time was completely ignored

The staff here are truly incredible. From the receptionists all the way to the manager, jess. Everyone is super friendly and professional and knowledgeable of the type of therapy they give. I was given a full treatment plan to rehabilitate after my MVA, and slowly got better. But the people here are what makes you happy to come back, and feel better about that situation our in.

Jessica is so amazing, i went in October 25th for my BPPV Vertigo, i went back on the 27th, she checked everything dizziness gone. She is very knowledgable, concern on patients conditions.

Brian and Tamara are absolutely the best! They are both so professional and friendly, they made my recovery an enjoyable though at times a bit painful experience. No pain no gain though and the improvement in my leg was dramatic.so grateful for Brian’s help in getting me back to work.

They healed my knee, next up are my wrists (arthritis) and whatever aches next, i know where i'll be going for treatment

Very welcoming feeling when I arrived. The staff was great and did an excellent job of explaining how my treatment was going to take place.

I was swimming at the beach with my kids today and it occurred to me how much I was enjoying the full range of motion I had in my shoulder. Not a usual thought for a healthy person, but for me.wow. I was told, by my surgeon, not to expect to ever get that back.
Then I remembered how, the whole time I was doing physio at Lifemark, I kept thinking to myself that I'd have to leave them a nice review. Kept forgetting. Never did, until now. It's been 8 months since my last visit. Brian was amazing. Sure, all the staff there were amazing, but I'm singling Brian out. He did the heavy lifting of actually putting my shoulder back into usable condition.
It hurt. At times I felt like he pushed me too far or like he didn't understand what I was going through. He did. He's a pro. He kept finding the edges, the boundaries, and widening them just a little each time. Thanks to Brian I'll have an arm that can reach over my head or behind my back. I'll actually have an arm.
You cats were all great and please don't feel snubbed that I'm not naming you all by name. It's just that I think people with injuries are likely to choose a physio clinic based on the therapist moreso than the rehab or support staff (all excellent, by the way). A dozen screws and plates in my arm and a doubtful surgeon, but Brian got me back.

I tried this location close to my current home. Although processes are slightly different to my previous, the attention to the care and rehab of the clients is the primary. They are intent in making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed, allowing maximum benefit for the work involved.

I had my first RMT massage with them in September 2019 and it was fantastic! Strong, deep and I continued to feel better for a few days.

The staff were all very pleasant and professional. Gillian did the intake and Jen gave me the massage. The other clients waiting in the sitting area seemed happy and I struck up a conversation or 2 and they reassured me that this was an above average clinic. I must concur.

I've been back an will return. I may even spring for the massage membership, it was "that" good!

I went there to deal with sciatica and sciatic pinched nerve my lower back down my left leg if anything it did not work even though it was only after it started to get worse and they kept getting me to do the same thing and nothing was helping
