Cant say enough good about this place! Injured my shoulder approximately a year ago, and Juliana was amazing in getting me back to A1! When I recently had a workplace injury, there was no doubt that I would be reaching out to Lifemark for my care. Juliana, along with Sami and Nathan were exceptional! Lifemark is clean, organized, and always well received by the front desk staff. Thanks again, would highly recommend!

Excellent diagnosis and therapy. I've used a number of physiotherapy clinics in Orleans and have consistently found Lifemark Orleans to be superior. With each problem they always do a careful, medically-based assessment and propose step-by-step treatments and therapies. The therapists and other staff I've relied on have been very knowledgeable, careful, helpful and pleasant in every way. Excellent clinic. I suppose it's clear from this that the results have always been what I hoped for.

I had a frozen shoulder in 2019 and I now have a bursitis on the other. The team at Lifemark in Orleans, is top notch in professionalism and courtesy. From your arrival to the gym you are treated with respect and feel like there number one concern is you, how's the shoulder today? We will fix that for you. There just awesome. Michelle and Nathaniel were both very knowledgable and helpful with my recovery and were always able to answer any questions that I had. The location is very well equipped and Jacques was always very welcoming, friendly and organized. Would definitely recommend this location.

I have received physiotherapy treatment from this clinic in 2022, and on previous occasions for other issues!
The staff is very professional, welcoming and have a team approach to helping the clients feel motivated and encouraged!

Sat outside and watched a very loud badly dyed blonde woman bellow to her two male companions while they all went out for a cigarette. They had a very loud conversation about how some people should not be seen naked. Clients would come and go while they carried on. Dressed very unprofessional, behaved unprofessional! I would never even think to enter that establishment if that is what they are offering.
Perhaps taking smoke breaks during break time and a way from the front door of the business.

I have been going to Lifemark Physiotherapy in Orleans for many years now. Juliana and Sami are amazing! Anytime I have an injury or just need a tune up, they are always my first choice! Not only are they both knowledgeable, professional and hard working. But they genuinely care about my health. I feel heard when I share how I’m physically feeling and what my needs are. It’s a warm and caring place to recover when I’m feeling at my worst. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

This was my 2nd injury that this location has helped me with treatment. I loved both times. Everyday when you come in, you're greeted very friendly, everyone is there just to help you get better. I had experience with enough of the staff over that time, and I'd never go anywhere else in the future. If you need to get back on track, go here.

I have had physio in the past but this place is exceptional. I have been going for therapy for my concussion and shoulder injury for the last five months. The moment you arrive you are greeted by a positive and friendly person at the front desk. The staffs who works with you towards your recuperation are very caring, knowledgeable and professional. Each therapist who works with you do so as a team to ensure stability toward the end goal. The atmosphere has always been pleasant and friendly. The team works together and communicates with you, to give you the best care and results toward the set objectives. I don't hesitate in recommending the Lifemark Physiotherapy on Portobello in Orleans to those who need physiotherapy due to a personal injury.

Juliana and Mylene are amazing. 2nd time here with different injuries, their professionalism, knowledge and accute attention to how you are doing each visit is reassuring during the progress to the end result. The team in general is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this location/facility.

I had a work related injury and I got to work with Samy and Julianna. They were amazing while they took care of me. It was a long process to get better but they were there each step of the way. Julianna had worked with me on my back injury as well. She is a well informed and great physiotherapist. Samy is the kinesiologist and he tailors the program to fit your needs.
Although Samy is an arsenal fan I don't blame for his choice in football club.

Friendly and honest staff. They will work directly with your insurance. My insurance paid them instead of me, by accident, they caught the discrepancy right away and refunded me within two days. Newly renovated and they have an optional online appointment booking system. Private session rooms as opposed to other places that use curtains. Educated and skilled physiotherapists. Juliana is fantastic! They offer a number of services, a one stop shop, which makes it easier to coordinate appointments.

This a great place, the staff are awesome Steph and Nathan know what they are doing.people and the front desk could not be nicer. NOTE if you ever get asked if its okay if someone in training works with you say NO! I had one today and red lined my injury and then at the end asked what type of surgery I had. Is there a difference between a physio therapist and a gym trainer?

I just wanted to convey my deepest gratitude to Lifemark Physiotherapy Orleans for putting my life back on track during my recovery from an injury due to an automobile accident. In contrast to other (Not Montfort related) clinics I've visited recently this Montfort location is simply amazing.

In for an MRI today, they said arrive at 9: 10 for a 9: 40 scan. I arrived on time, did the customary paperwork and was taken in right away.

Loaded me up into the machine and in what seemed like moments it was done.

1. Got a reasonably quick appointment
2. My time was respected and I did not wait a single second.
3. Procedure was performed in a text-book perfect manner.
4. Procedure COMPLETE before the scheduled start time.

This is pro level treatment and other organizations should take notes.

Congrats to the team running the show there. You know how it's supposed to be done and really give public healthcare a good name!

I have been going to Lifemark for about 1.5 years. I had vestibular therapy with an amazing physiotherapist who understood about concussions and also explained things to me. This was an added bonus because I then understood myself better. I have also been getting occupational therapy and again had and have a great OT who really listens and helps me with everything. Even when she isn't completely sure what I should do, she will review books and talk to others to try and help in every possible way she can. Highly recommend the clinic as a whole, i haven't had any bad experiences with anyone there. They seem like a true team and family and have been only helpful and amazing to work with.

So far so good for my first day. Compassionate and caring and ready to make a game plan for recovery of an injury. Clean and following all safety protocols.

I am so happy with my experience (this far) at the clinic. I see 4 different therapists and they are all amazing! Front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. I feel that the team has my best interest in mind always and are giving me 100% so that I can be successful in my rehabilitation.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I’ve been seeing Michelle for about 2 months and had nothing but a positive experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and is honestly very good at what she does. I would recommend anyone to this clinic and especially to see Michelle.

I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is amazing- thank you Diana H.and Stephanie! The clinic is quite spacious, has ample parking and excellent hours.

I really like the place. The staff is very professional and have fantastic bedside manner. The clinic has many specialties including concussion treatment. They are equipped with massage therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and psychotherapy. There is also a MRI machine on site though it is not used by lifemark. The majority of vehicle insurers send their customers here after accidents. It is well trusted.

Front office personelle are very polite and knowledgable, always willing to help. Physiotherapists are awesome. Knowledgeable and thorough, with a variety of specialties. The awesome happy upbeat attitude certainly helps with the recovery process.

Physiotherapy at its finest! Friendly and knowledgeable staff help get you back on your feet in no time.or as much time as it takes. I've been here twice now for work related injuries and they work directly with WSIB which saves you a lot of hassle. I recommend Steph, she has looked after me both times and my hat is off to her cause I know I was a pain to deal with but she got me better. They also offer other injury health related care which I am no familiar with given I only dealt with the physio, however I'm sure it all ranks as high up.

This beautiful display of treats and décorations for the holiday happens on a regular basis where the clients are the center. They have a vision statement that is phenomenal! My favourite is. WE HAVE FUN. The exercises, the environment and the therapists are very helpful. They have encouraged me and pushed me to be better not only physically but in all areas of health. Thank you Diana², Mylène, Steph, Juliana and anyone else I may have forgotten for standing with me in this process.

The staff seem genuinely interested in helping patients. They relate and break barriers that ultimately can make or break the trust. I have been here a number of times throughout the years, and I expect the same service I always had. So far, it’s on point.

What a great crew, helped me over the last four to five years from hardly being able to walk think or lift to a point which I am slowly merging back into society. One main focus was always to play music / piano and strangely enough with my conservatory background I seem to be able to do that which has been amazing.

I absolutely LOOOVE this clinic! They go the extra mile for their clients and your not like a number to them. They know you and call you by your name and are so accommodating as well. I am in the best hands and it feels great to feel this way especially after a motor vehicle accident. I have been with them for over 13 months now and my nasty injury is that bad! They are great with me! Stephany is amazing and works with me not against me that means so much to me and Mylene is the best always puts a smile on me! They have the BEST FRIENDLIEST staff and I highly recommend them! Their massages are also amazing thank you so much Rose i will miss your amazing service. Were always welcomed with a smile no matter how busy they get! Thank you guys so much!

My daughter has been diagnosed with CRPS and she has been attending this clinic for 2 years, the staff are extremely comprehensive and very knowledgeable, everyone in the clinic takes part in making my daughter’s appointments fun and educational. They also pay close attention to her abilities on a day to day basis and are definitely part of the reason that she is on the road to recovery. The physiotherapists even take time in communicating with her healthcare professionals to make sure that they’re treating her CRPS accordingly and are progressing according to plan. Words cannot describe the gratitude I have towards this clinic and their staff.

I went to Sante Montfort a year or so ago for my neck. I’ve started to go again last month for bursitis on both hips and shoulders. Why did I go back to the same place you might ask? The level of service received by Stephanie and Mylène in the past is what brought me back. Their expertise helped me with my neck and the visits were not drawn out. I felt relief within a very reasonable time frame. The same goes for these recent sessions have helped me deal with the pain and with a mixture of massage by Rose OMG she’s amazing by the way, is leading me to a full recovery. Love the atmosphere and professional staff with extremely sound judgement.
