Amazing staff! After 2 back surgeries, my surgeon recommended Lifemark for physiotherapy. After spending some time in the hands of Abhi, he has me back on my feet, feeling great and back to work! I can't thank him enough for the time he has spent working with me! Always a welcoming experience from day 1 walking in the door. Thanks again!

I picked the lifemark office first time for location and parking when I started coming to the office always there is positive atmosphere and on time treatment. I would recommend this office for the great and professional personal. Thanks a million for your help.

I had an appointment scheduled and they called the day before it to ask if I could come in earlier due to a cancellation and I said I could. I arrived earlier than the appointment time and the door was locked the lights were off no one inside. I left multiple messages and emails before I decided to leave after surpassing the time of my appointment. I spoke to someone at fitness forum who stated that the staff left early and they did the same thing to someone the week before where they never informed them they were leaving earlier and just let the people show up to no one being there and waste their time. Absolutely unprofessional.

Great Service. Friendly people. Only negative is they don't bill OHIP for Seniors getting treatment.

Since my accident I have been in good hands here at this Lifemark location. The staff are kind and welcoming, more than that, they care about my wellbeing and my recovery. Everyone of them excel at their role and pay attention to my needs. I am always greeted with a smile and I am constantly given good advice that I can apply to my current physio and a healthy future for myself. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, 6 stars!

I would highly recommend White oaks above all physiotherapy places. The staff are amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and well trained. Everyone always have a smile for you. It's like your part of a family.
