I had a wonderful experience working with Eric after I hurt my knee and was unable to walk. He showed me many great exercises and stretches and was also reassuring me I would be walking again in no time. (He was right) I am forever grateful for his help, patience's and kindness during this vulrable time.

I really appreciated the physiotherapy that I received at Wortley Road Lifemark from Eric (and from his physiotherapy student who was there on placement for the first few sessions). They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was recovering from a broken bone near my shoulder and from frozen shoulder, as a result of not moving my arm while it was healing. They showed me how to do the exercises that they recommended and sent me emails with videos of the exercises so I could continue them between appointments. I have had a frozen shoulder before and I was so impressed with how much more quickly I recovered from it this time as a result of the physiotherapy.

I enjoyed going to my appointments. I progressed physically and mentally and had fun doing it. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind. I also learned a lot and have the tools to progress on my own now. Highly recommend

I had a small tear in my right elbow area which started to cause so much pain that I could not even lift a mug of water. I searched up physiotherapy places and decided to go to this one. I was assigned to Laura Ritchie as my physiotherapist! She asked all the questions to understand my injury and level of pain I was having. I followed the exercises she assigned to me and i started to see the results immediately! I highly recommend her to anyone! She is wonderful and takes the time to understand your questions/concerns and follows through on your progress. The staff are professional and friendly and the clinic itself has a comfortable environment.

I am incredibly happy with my experience at Lifemark Wortley Village. I saw Eric Cho for an ankle/joint injury. Eric was very thorough in his assessment of my injury. He created a treatment plan tailored just for me and within days I saw tremendous improvement. Not only is Eric a great physio, he’s kind, welcoming and has a positive attitude.

I’ve also had a few massages with Claudia Wills, who is a master in massage! I always leave feeling so relaxed and she’s such a kind person.

The clinic is also very clean and organized. They still follow Covid protocols also which made me feel safe.
The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and very helpful. I was pleased to learn that they offer direct billing.

Everyone at Lifemark Wortley is friendly and approachable. From the people that assist with appointments to the physiotherapists and everyone in between. They are all knowledgeable and take an interest in your wellbeing and in generally just being helpful. Special shout out to Laura and Sunil for their professionalism and level of expertise that produced results for me with my knee replacement therapy.

Can you imagine being really happy to go to a physiotherapy appointment? You will when you go to a physiotherapy clinic with excellent staff! The entire experience here has been great and staff from those gals who work at the front desk to those involved in treatment have have friendly, knowledgeable, caring and professional. After a hard fall that severely damaged my shoulder, Laura Ritchie and Cresel worked their magic to return me to optimal functioning (a work that is still in progress). Laura clearly explained shoulder anatomy so that I could understand how the injury had affected my shoulder. She performed passive range of motion (ROM) treatment, prescribed an exercise program and completed letters for my doctor and other paperwork for my workplace. Her professionalism, compassion and calm demeanour helped me to see past the pain and some down days towards hope down the road. Cresel assisted to demonstrate the correct form in performing ROM and strengthening exercises for my home program, and performed ultrasound treatments and taped me up. She is patient and caring. Lifemark Wortley is a safe and clean environment. You will also find various items such as therapy bands, pillows, walking sticks and other physio supplies at a reasonable price for sale. (Oh, and there’s oodles of parking and shops and eateries to visit while you’re in the neighbourhood…) This is a solid and well-deserved 5 star review. What a wonderful group of people…it’s been such a positive experience getting treatment here and I highly recommend Lifemark Physio Wortley Village to help you after an injury or surgical procedure!
