We had the installation fellows, Cory, Noah and Kyle install four exterior doors in our house. They were very polite and professional. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. They came back to address some of our issues without hesitation.

From purchase to installation Lifestyle provided excellent service. The windows are a top quality product but more importantly the people at Lifestyle put "service" back into Customer Service. Well done Kyle, Linda, Jesse, Hope, Cory, Blake.

I'm so glad we chose LifeStyle to do our windows and sliding doors. Our old windows were drafty with a lot of condensation build up that created a lot of mould.

The installers were hard working and cleaned up behind themselves as they went. There was never a mess for me to clean up. Surprising since we had two sliding doors, 4 large picture windows, and a smaller tall window in the front room overlooking the Bay. There were also 3 standard size bedroom windows and a large bedroom window. The large window was a problem because it was too large for a standard window so LifeStyle customized it by putting a small window on the bottom and a large slider window on top. It looks great and we now have a window that we can open that is large enough to allow air in. The previous window only had one tiny square at the bottom that was fairly useless.

We had some weather delays but that was expected since the installation happened over the winter. It is a little difficult to put windows in during a snow storm.

The installers had to get creative to come up with ways to install a couple of the windows and the sliding doors. The contractor who built our front room took shortcuts. Eric and his crew had to actually rebuild the door sills because the old doors weren't supported properly.

Our house is much warmer, we no longer have condensation that causes mould, and our heating bill has dropped.

I asked them if there was anything that we could do about our front door which leaked a bit of air and showed them the gap. The took a look and tightened some screws and in about 5 minutes it was working great. That was not part of our contract as we didn't replace our front door but it does show how much these guys are committed to customer service.

The installers were on time, friendly, professional and left our home clean after the job. We would use them again. Plus we have a new bath and shower to enjoy!

We commissioned a walk-in shower from Lifestyle Home Products. The lead installer was Benjamin. We are quite happy with his work, and willingness to rapidly address some issues we encountered along the way. I particularly liked his philosophy of treating our home like he would treat his own home. He was very willing to answer our many questions, and address our concerns.

Great conversion of our tub to a shower installation, all in 1 day, looks amazing and Ivan & Scott were extremely friendly and helpful. They reviewed the process for the day of installation, and answered our questions. They made sure everything was laid out to our specifications and cleanup afterwards. Great Job! Recently Wesley and his crew (Cory) came and installed two glass patio doors for us and their service was impeccable! I was concerned about rain getting behind the board and Batton walls and Wesley immediately understood the issue and came up with something to resolve the issue and the end result looked great too! Tom Gwen We had 6 windows two doors done. Never heard from sales at all till there was an issue. The measured the windows wrong frame in was to be frame out. They had to break good windows that we wanted to sell to help pay for the new ones. They did say they would take 2 hundred of but not anaff. Took day of work for the window looked poorly installed witch cost me to make sure the second day went better. Wesley an Dave with a new guy put front boorish in and looks real good. They caped windows that the window guy was to do and now have to come back to finish inside witch was left poorly as wellagain window guys. I have recommended Wesley and his team to finish for they do real good work. The office needs to get there stuff together the odimated text they hide behind is anouwing call and talk quite sending text. If is wasn't for Wesley the door crew that had to fix the window issues you would be 2 stars. One window leaks inside that shouldn't as Wesley says. I will let you all no how we make out Product looks good.

We have had two bathroom installations completed by Lifestyle Home Products. Ivan and Tom were friendly, professional and hard-working, leaving us with two beautiful bathrooms. Lifestyle was a great company to deal with from start to finish! Thank you, Lifestyle for the lovely transformations!

Great quality windows, but cannot recommend the company. Our experience with the former sales consultant was fantastic and she helped us leverage a rebate for new windows installation. Windows are great! Installers were courteous, and appeared to complete the work. Unfortunately though, it's been since discovered that some caulking was not done properly on some windows which could have led to some damage, and we also experienced some broken screens very shortly after the install - which - unless you notice every detail on the day of installation (as per their service consultant) (!), they won't cover under warranty. Our repeat attempts to communicate with the company for assistance on this matter have gone nowhere so from a product support, genuine care, and follow-through, Lifestyle has let us down and we will not use them again nor recommend them. Considering the expenditure of the windows it is laughable to us that you, Lifestyle, cannot make the project whole with the screen issues. And then you call us to see if we want a sunroom!

I had two bathroom installs completed (bathtub/surround and a brand new shower/surround) by Ivan and Tom. These two men were friendly, hard working and most importantly, did an amazing job! I am impressed with their work ethic, their attention to detail and their very thorough clean up. This is my first time using Lifestyle and everyone in the company - Tim, Danielle, etc.have been fabulous to deal with. I will be calling on Lifestyle again.

We recently purchased ten windows from Lifestyle as replacements for the original windows in our home. Our experience with Lifestyle from start to finish has been exceptional.
They were always prompt to return phone messages and Kyle visited our home to help us to choose the window styles. From this point, all communication with Lifestyle was timely and professional. We made a special request about the trim and Lifestyle team member Hope made it possible. Before long, the installation crew of Mike and Randy appeared and had our windows installed perfectly over just a two day period. We appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail that Mike and Randy showed and they both went above and beyond our expectations.
Once the windows were in, we noticed a small defect in one of the screens and, Anna, in Customer Service has been prompt to sort out a replacement.
Our experience has been very positive and we highly recommend Lifestyle Home Products.

Your customer service in the office needs work, other than that the guys that came and installed our patio sliding door were fantastic, they did a great job installing the door and did it in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.

It has taken myself over a year to post this on Facebook. I have tried to work with lifestyle Peterborough numerous times. And after almost 6 service calls they have yet to solve the issue right from day one.
I had lifestyle install double doors in my kitchen and the same in my walkout bedroom.
The doors have never closed properly since day one. They leak every time it rains. And now that it's getting cold again surprise they leak cold air big time from the bottom seals.
They take forever hoping that you will forget or just not call them back. I have been more then patient with them.

I have had their own tech bad-mouth their products to me in my own home. This is so frustrating and need to be resolved. And they fail to fix in a timely manner, they fail to even compensate for the hassle and my days off to accommodate their techs during the 8-4 working times. However after the first four accommodations this is getting ridiculous. The leaking has damaged new trim, new quarter round, even my hardwood flooring. And I'm afraid that it has also possibly leaked below the door to which I can not see.

This has the worst buying experience ever.
And quite possibly my worst purchase from a business. The importance of tight windows and doors is essential to the overall building envelope. DO THE RIGHT THING AND PRIORITIZE THIS COMPLAINT!

Dave and Dan from LifeStyle Home Products were great. They came as scheduled, introduced themselves and set up their work area to install the new front door without any fuss. The final product was professionally done and we were very happy with the outcome. Dave and Dan were friendly, and even explained the process. There was very little mess at the end which was a huge benefit. We are looking to work with Lifestyle in the future again to upgrade our backyard doors!

Just had a new front door installed and we could not be happier with both the service we received and the quality of the product. I have done several work with Lifestyle - metal roof, windows, soffit, eaves etc. They are always friendly to deal with. The customer care is awesome and they respond to all questions patiently. I have to make a home addition and hence need to extend the roof and had some questions. So I spoke with Anna from Finance and she was awesome. She answered all the questions in detail and explained every bit of the process. I am very impressed and will continue to hire them for future projects.

Was not happy with this company at all. Products seem to be ok but the finishing was not up to par in my books. Caulking was poorly done. Unfinished wood trim not painted. Now have to hire someone for that. A lot of cosmetic jobs not adequate.

Had a good experience dealing with Lifestyle for the windows in our house. The sales rep (Phil) listened to our wants and concerns and then gave us an option that both worked for us and saved us a lot of money. The office staff was good about updating us. COVID played a part in delaying delivery of some materials but that was to be expected. The installers Mike and Randy did an excellent job, were polite, on time and cleaned up after themselves. The windows are in, look great and we are thrilled that we picked Lifestyle to replace our windows. We would definitely recommend this company.

Very Happy with the job that Keith and Carl did with our new screened in sun room and covered BQ area as well as our screened in front entrance. I sat in my backyard today, admiring my new windows. They look GREAT, especially when compared to all my neighbors windows. You can spot the difference immediately. They just popped. The installers were very pleasant, professionally and treated my with respect. They swept up the floors after and haul away the old windows and debris. They even took away a few pieces of broken glass i had store in my garage.

Lifestyle put in a sliding patio door for me. The entire job was done within 2 hours and I LOVE it! They showed up on time. Cleaned up when they were done. They were professional and friendly. I have used Lifestyle in the past and am always pleased with their work and quality!
