We had a bathroom reno done where Lifestyle did the tub to shower part. The installers Ivan and Scooter were very professional from start to finish. The install was supposed to be done in a day, but because their travel time to get to our house in not so great weather, it delayed their start time. They did call while enroute and gave me their ETA. Once they arrived, they went right to work and got probably 90% of the work done by the end of their workday. Each step of the install, Ivan kept me in the loop with what they were doing and any choices I needed to make.
They cleaned up the workspace and were super friendly. They came back the next morning promptly at the time they said and did the finishing touches to our new shower. The end result was amazing and my husband and I were very pleased.

We have had an ongoing issue with this company that is refusing to fix an issue we have had with them since they completed the 4 season room they built. From the beginning we were unhappy with the look of the heating/air conditioning unit as it is a big bulky unit that is cream coloured in our white room. The bigger problem is the unit does not work properly and is so loud you have to raise your voice to be heard over it. We have had mould in the room as well around the unit and have had technicians out multiple times with no resolutions. The last time we had a technician come out he didn’t know why he was there and didn’t know how to fix the unit so my husband called the supervisor who was on duty who then called my husband a liar and was condescending. At one point we were asked to work with the company that installed unit and a part was sent to us that was never replaced and the technician claimed he didn’t even know why we have the part. We have been trying for years to work this out with Lifestyles and we continue to get ghosted after we either talk to some one directly or by email. I called recently and asked to have the unit removed and the wall repaired. I was told someone would get in touch with me in the next 48 hours that was on February 20th and again no response. To say we are unhappy with the service is an understatement. This was a huge investment for us and this room has essentially been unusable. This has been a complete waste of money and the amount of time that has been spent to try and work with them to get this resolved is embarrassing that I continued to give them opportunity to resolve it.

Lifestyle's installer is called Dan Smith. He did a very good job on window installation at my house. Even he and his helper cleaned everything and left no mess in and around the house. The windows look very nice. Very happy with the product and service.

Great company! The installers were great and we even had a person come to our door to follow up!

Terrible service. Went to the Caledon Strawberry Festival where this company had a booth. Filled out a contact form with all our address information. Got a call to follow up only to find out that they don't service our area.which is less than 10km from the where the booth was. Complete waste of time.don't bother going here.
