She also set up our payment option and kept us informed regarding delivery and anticipated installation date. Jerry H.and Christian F.arrived on time, introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing and proceeded with the installation. They are both very pleasant, professional installers and we were so pleased with their work ethic. The window and door look fantastic. Sometimes an older home provides many challenges when renovating, but Jerry and Christian were very capable and we couldn't be happier with the finished appearance. Lifetyle is fortunate to have these talented men working for them.

Jerry and Christian from the Kingston crew arrived on time and had our old patio garden removed in about one hour. They prepared the opening for the new door and had it installed, caulked, insulated and the new door hardware installed in about four hours. We had our front door replaced this past August and were so impressed with the quality of the door and the installation that we decided to replace our backyard patio garden door.

The installers were courteous and always made sure to keep us up to date on the day to day progress. We are in love with the quality and impressed with the quick installation time. Brad and Kris out of peterborough did a fantastic job!

The installers arrived at our home at the assigned time. Jerry and Christian were very professional. They took me to the trailer to see our new door even before they started the installation. They had the old door removed rather quickly and cleaned up the area as they worked along. They put mats down to protect our floors and explained to us what they were doing as they went along. Jerry and Christian had our new door installation complete in about 4 hours. They installed our new door hardware, spray foamed around the door cavities, caulked around the entire exterior as well as along the bottom of the door on the interior. They cleaned up their work area frequently and took away old old door.
My wife and I were so pleased with the installers experience and professionalism and the final product that we had them measure up our back garden door to get a quote.

Pleased with all aspects of the process of getting new windows and patio door. I found the initial sales pitch very aggressive but everything else was fine.

We needed a new shower installed and our salesperson, Matt, was helpful in choosing the best options for us. Our installers Dave and Eric were excellent, respectful and polite. They kept us informed throughout the install and answered all questions we had. Thank you!

Very happy with work done by Dave and Jay when they redid our bathroom; and very happy with work done by Dan Smith and Dan when they replaced four of our widows. Very efficient getting the jobs done and no mess left behind. I will definitely have Lifestyles back for some other renovations.

Recently had a new front door installed by Lifestyle. Let me start by saying, I LOVE my new door! I would have given five stars, however I did encounter a series of unfortunate events during the installation. I won’t get into all of the gory details - and there are many, BUT I will say that Lifestyle stood behind everything and ensured that everything was right and fair in the end. Mistakes happen, but not trying to minimize or dodge them, makes all the difference in the world, and that was my Lifestyle experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them myself again.

Dave, Jason (installers) were professional, cordial, respectful. Dave explained the scope of work before, during and after the process. After completing he inspected with me, they cleaned any construction materials away.

Ordered and had installed five cottage windows and a patio door. All the work was done to a high quality and the workers were very respectful of us and our home. They cleaned up after the work and arrived when they said they would. We had a minor issue with the patio door and they are returning on a service call next week to adjust the door. Great install experience.

Amazing, Dave and Jason were wonderful, answered any question we had during the two day install of a new shower and tub. Yup 2 bathrooms in 2 days. We are so impressed with the quality and care given to the products and installation.

I find your commercials with the child screaming at the viewers, to be very obnoxious and irritating! It is actually very disrespectful and it is NOT cute! You will lose customers with commercials like this and you are teaching the child to act like a bully!
